What if the advice you got when you were a child was the wrong advice? But what if you took this advice to heart and now swear by it? Are you considered evil or just misunderstood?

It’s 2121. Human existence is booming and the world is reaching its population limit. People aren’t respecting the planet at all. Smog is abundant and you can see trash everywhere you look. There is really no rule here because the presidency was overthrown by some guerillas and no one is brave enough to stand up to them. Corruption and greed are everywhere. Theses qualities are taught even to the children as they grow up.

Our story brings its focus to New York. The once beautiful city is now covered with trash and smog so thick you can’t breathe. Times Square is now a dumpsite where people take their trash piles to get rid of. The Big Apple is now known only as the dumpsite. Not a single person lives in this barren place anymore. All had moved out when the trash started piling up. There wasn’t a single soul until the letters arrived.

A letter was sent out to a group of special kids with very special abilities. These kids were aged from 14-18. They were very carefully selected and were going to be used as a formidable weapon in the war of existence, but little did the kids know what they were getting into. The letter reads as followed:

Dear children,

This letter is coming to you with the utmost of importance. You need to report to the nearest train station immediately after receiving this letter. Do not ask why you have to and do not ask how we know you. Just do as this letter instructs and you will find further information when you arrive. After reading this letter please destroy any evidence that it was ever here.

1. Raye can control smaller fires with her mind. When she gets really upset she can control much larger ones.
2. She can seduce most males. She was naturally blessed with goddess like beauty from the Fire Goddess herself.

Personality: Personality: Raye has a very outgoing personality. She loves to be the center of attention and can get jealous if she isn’t. She likes to think that she is the most beautiful person in the world and will do anything to be reminded of it. She likes to flirt with any male in the room. She can have quite a temper if she doesn’t get what she wants though.
Short biography (or long, whichever): Raye was born on a small island in the middle of nowhere. Her mother and father were deathly rich and Raye always lived in the lap of luxury. On her 13th birthday she had to follow the island’s customs and go up to the edge of the volcano and throw in something of great value to her. This was to keep the island gods happy with the town.
On her 13th birthday Raye headed up to the volcano with one of her most expensive lockets. She came to the edge of the volcano but instead of throwing in her own locket she threw in a locket she had found at school. It slowly faded from sight and a huge fire broke out.
A goddess stepped out of the flames and glared at Raye. She told her that she had to sacrifice something of her own and yet she chose to be selfish and use someone else’s item. The goddess was pleased with Raye’s choice as the goddess had done the same on her 13th birthday. The fire goddess blessed Raye with more beauty than the village had ever seen and also with the gift of fire.
Raye came back down to the town more beautiful than all the girls and also very powerful. She soon was the queen of the school. She had all the boys she wanted and could keep the girls away with her fire.
After graduation she decided that the island had become somewhat of a bore in her eyes. She hopped on the next plane off their and is now traveling the world and seducing men from all across the globe. She has learned how to fight and can protect herself in any emergency.

Hair: Rayken’s hair is a pale green color and sways lightly around his face and barely reaches his shoulders. It hangs loosely from a worn white headband that is wrapped around his head.
Eyes: His eyes are a deep purple color. In his culture his eyes are a blessing. Those born with purple colored eyes are said to be truthful and good-natured. Sometimes Rayken feels as though they are more of a curse then a blessing, painfully reminding him of his dreadful past.
Clothing: Rayken is clothed in an old dusty white overcoat that hangs almost to his knees. Around his neck rests a loose brown cloak. He usually has a headband wrapped tightly around his head slightly holding back his hair. An emerald tipped spear is latched to his back for easy access if he is attacked.

Background: Rayken was born to a small family, in a small village, living on a small island in the south Pacific. The moment he opened his eyes to reveal huge purple irises he was considered special. He was dubbed; “The Honest One” and all the village chiefs would come to him seeking honesty and truth.
From the age of 3 he was forced to sit in among meeting of the high priests and listen to endless babbling. He never got the childhood that all the other children had received. He would watch out windows with envy at the others playing together. Late at night you could hear him crying.
At age 7 he discovered something very unique about himself. He found that he could move small pieces of dirt and rock with his mind. He toyed with it for a long while until he could throw rocks rather long distances. He was overjoyed to have something the others didn’t even though he couldn’t share this information with anyone.
At age 16 he was put through the rigorous training of the village to enter manhood. There was an obstacle course that had to be completed within three days. His father had finished in 26 hours, which was a record for the village. Rayken entered the course and used his new found powers to beat it in a mere 16 hours. The village elders bestowed upon him a very special gift. This gift was an emerald tipped spear.
This spear, Rayken found, contained special powers. He could cause plants to grow or die if he so chose to. He came to the elders and told them of his gift but they laughed in his face. He tried to prove it to them but he was embarrassed and his powers weren’t cooperating. Instead he made a fool of himself. The elders took him for a fool and demanded he return the spear to them, for now fool should wield such a weapon.
Rayken ran home to find guards surrounding his house. They lunged for him but he called some rocks that slammed into them. He ran off to the forests to hide. He could hear people crashing through the trees around him. He shoved the edge of the spear into the ground and called all his powers to come protect him. There was a bright light and it seemed the ground beneath him was trying to swallow him whole and then everything went black.
Rayken woke on the deck of a ship. He opened his eyes to a young blonde girl staring at him. He jumped up and looked around at the crew. “Where am I?” he stammered. The crew later informed him that they were sailing to his island when it seemed to be swallowed by the ocean itself. They later found him drifting on some debris. They informed him that he was the only survivor.
He came to America to start a new life. His powers he chose to hide and never use again. He keeps his spear in the back of his closet so as to remind him of the friends and family he lost. It’s been 7 years since that horrible accident and his life is now on the right track. He is working for a huge computer company and is perfectly content in an apartment by himself.

Short biography (or long, whichever):Jakes parents gave up on him and threw him out when he had Autism...they left him to fend for himself,as his drunkard father could not provide anyhelp..So that is how Jake became aggresive,he had to fight for anything he wanted,which made him how is now,beleving a fight will end anything..

Personality: Like the powers she controls, Erin is mostly a pretty calm person. Yet when riled, she can become as violent as a storm or hurricane at sea. Sometimes she comes off as a little cold because of how society today has developed (or hasn't, rather), so hardships have rudely slapped reality in her face. But inwardly, if given the chance, she can be rather kind and open person. She reacts as need be, so depending on what happens, her personality may change a little. After all, in reality, not everything is set in stone; especially not a person and how they are.

Short biography: As a child, she often went to the beach or near rivers or canals---anywhere there was water because it was fun to see the fishes and sea creatures swim through them. She liked watching the water flow by and take the little creatures wherever need be. What she didn't realize at the time was that the reason behind her fascination was because of the power growing inside her.

By the time she was twelve, and during hurricane season, she found that she had the power to manipulate water to her will. When disaster struck her town and dozens of people died, she was of the few who were caught in the storm and couldn't escape. Fright took over her and when a giant wave threatened to crash over the auditorium where the stranded were huddled together, waiting for rescue; it was here and when she snapped and her powers woke.

She'd cut through the wave that threatened to drown them all, and forced it to redirect itself. She'd saved the people and herself from imminent death. Granted, because her body couldn't handle the stress of controlling so much power at once, she went into a brief coma for three months. After that, she vowed never to use her power again. However, fate had other things planned.

From that point on, she has had reason to use her powers again and again. Thankfully, she hasn't had need (as of yet) to strain herself as she did when she was twelve, but little things, little tasks have given her opportunity to continue to use her powers and keep people from harm.

Where are they from: Japan but is currently wandering in New Jersey

Special Ability: Combi is able to absorb electricity from just about any source into his body and send it flying back at his targets. He has practiced with it over the years and is now able to manifest his own form of lightning bolts and can carry a certain amount within his body.

Appearance: His hair is a dark blood red on the left and a solid pitch black on the right. His eyes are two-toned the top half being blue, the bottom half gold. He is often seen wearing baggy hoodies that stop at his waist black jeans with a black belt with rainbow studs, his pants down to where his boxers stick out some. Also he always has headphones in his ears blaring industrial music so loud it would make anyone else deaf.

Personality: Combi is rather dark and sadistic, or so he's been told, and has a fasination with blood and death. He's rather quiet losing himself in his music as he roams and wanders. He can also be very anti-social, not really speaking much.
