OOC: Wow, I'm really sorry for all the delay. I was gone for a tournament and didn't have much time to post. I'll try to catch up real quick. Sorry didn't have time to spell check.

The Generals waited for the Ambassador's party to leave before they would make a move. Once the entire party had left the room, the Generals headed towards the main exit into the lobby where the supposed murder had taken place. The gaurds followed by into the emptied lobby. The hotel owner came angrily over towards the Generals. He made an attempt to complain for the General's lack of action to prevent this, however General Prescott noticed the bullet had penetrated the shoulder and no other major organs. Prescott alerted Chamberlin who shrugged the hotel owner off and set out orders to one of the gaurds. The gaurds then went over toward the bloodied mess that remained of the man to check for life. A low pulse beating through the man's neck signaled blood loss, yet life none the less. Chamberlin looked over the injured man and around towards the various blood stains on the walls and carpets.
Chamberlin:"Heh... The barbarians can't even keep themselves under control for two days. Peace with these kinds of brutes? Earthlings were destined to cause nothing but chaos. I would be surprised if this peace lasted for more than two days. Prescott, I need you to make sure the media doesn't spread this news. Having the Earth ambassador responsible for an attempted murder on the Colonies would look very bad on their part."
A few minutes later a military medical aid truck came by to transport Dante to a nearby hospital assigned specifically for military personnel. The Generals watched him be carted away. Chamberlin leaned over to whisper in Marshal's ear. Marshal smirked lightly with narrowed eyes and nodded.

The next day, a message arrived at Seraphina's door just as promised. Inside was the list of supplies and aid the Colonies would require in compensation for the growing hostility:
1. 300,000 credits per Colony under the Space Imperial Nations (SIN) totalling to the amount of 900,000 credits.
2. 3,000 Kilos of oil per Colony under SIN totalling to the amount of 9,000 Kilos.
3. 30 tons of refined Uranium per Colony under SIN totalling to the amount of 90 tons. These materials must be transported as per de facto safety regulations that meet the expectations of both Earth and SIN.
4. The Earth nations must collectively reduce the number of mobile weapons in operation to 25% their current amount over a 1 year period. Mobile weapons production must come to an absolute halt unless to replace a mobile weapon already confirmed as part of the 25% in operation. Upon effect of this bill dating exactly two weeks after, a 10% reduction should already be noticeable as we have determined approximately 10% of your current mobile weapons are useless.
5. A neutral party to monitor the disarmament has been proposed, however the SIN cannot make a decision on this matter in the absence of the All Powerful General Sin.

OOC: OMG! Dante is still alive?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...*coughs* sorry....

Dante looks up at Zeke dazed and in tons of pain. His eyes glaze over as the bullet penetrates his body. He slides down the wall slightly, and darkness consumes him.

[ooc] If I remember correctly, the bullet went through the shoulder. No where did it penetrate a vital organ let alone the heart. Unless I missed it, if I missed it please let me know and I'll fix it. [/ooc]

To be fair the path of the bullet is never explicitly stated however Zeke had his hand on one shoulder when he shot Dante so unless it was a strange shot it would be unlikely to to go through a shoulder, however it would be interesting were Dante still alive. In the end it's your call Sinful but if Dante wants to be dead it's probably best to let him stay that way.

[desc]He couldn't help but smile as he peered over his shoulder to see her take off her coat and remove the weapons she had concealled. Zeke chuckled lightly and turned to face her as she sat and twirled one of the tonfas. He then mimicked her and dropped his leather trench coat to the ground revielling his muscular chest that was hidden beneath a tight t-shirt with no sleeves. His arms buldged as he gracefully slipped out of the chest holster that held both of his FN five-sevens. He set that on the table and pulled one out. Zeke twirled it over his trigger finger on his right gloved hand. It spun forward, then backward before he slipped it back into the holster.
He then spread his legs shoulder width apart before raising his hands to his face level, open palms and grinned at her.[/desc]

She smiles languidly at Zeke, takes another swig from the bottle, and stands up. She immediately drops into a tsuruashi-dachi stance, her eyes glinting with a slight savagery.

[desc]Zeke grinned as he prepared for what he assumed by the stance would be a counter kick to whatever move he made. So Zeke brought his left foot around in front to step closer to her and moved his left arm up at a ninety degree angle to block his face. He couldn't help but grin, he started to get pleasure out of this. Zeke finally got to fight some one here, even if they weren't defending they're life. He almost wished that he would loose, he hoped so despirately for a decent opponent. Then he found himself thinking that if she won, he would probably be in love with her after that. Nothing hotter than a girl that can handle herself. He tightened his muscles as the massive man started his strike. He shot a quick jab towards her with his right hand. [/desc]

Svetlana grins as he changes his stance, and when his muscles tense, she quickly moves and grabs his right arm, twist it, moves behind as she twists his arm, and punches him in the kidneys. She quickly releases him, and moves into a fighters stance as Zeke stumbles forward slightly from the blow. All the while, she has a crazy grin on her face.

[desc]He takes the hits and stumbles forward. As quickly as he could he regained his balance. He took a boxing poise as she grinned at him. He couldn't help but smile himself as he faked a jab and threw up his left leg. It stopped above her left shoulder. Zeke let out a chuckle as he brought the leg back knocking his heel hard off her head, but not hard enough to do much damage before he retook the boxing stance.[/desc]

Seraphina woke up slightly heaing the ruckus outside. Her whole body ached terribly, but it was nothing in comparison to the ache in her heart. She felt dead inside. Her emotions had been so powerful that she was left with a physical ache in her chest that did not come from her injuries. She reached for the pills on the nightstand and popped the top. Four or five spilled into her hand. For a brief second she thought about taking them all. She quickly pushed the thought out of her mind as she shoved all but one into bottle. She took it quickly and settled back down into her bed to sleep.

"Hail Mary full of grace blessed art thou and blessed is the fruit of thy womb our Savior Jesus CHrist. Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. God have mercy on my soul."

She whispered to the artificial night. She loathed herself for what had happened to Dante. I let my rage consume me, damn you woman, she reprimanded herself. I have to get out of here, I have to go home I long for the streets of Florence.

She fell asleep and dreamt of the Tuscan sun warm and golden on her face, but as the hour of waking approached her blue Tuscan sky turned to red.

Svetlana's grin gets even bigger as Zeke kicks her in the head. She shakes her head slightly, and her eyes glint with a hint of respect. She winks at Zeke, and in the blink of an eye, she leg sweeps him. She jumps on his chest as he falls to the ground and pins him to the ground, kisses him hard on the mouth, does a somersault over his head and stands up in a fighters stance.

[ooc] I'm sorry, I actually didn't see anywhere in that post about Zeke aiming towards any vital organs on Dante. Only part I saw was Zeke basically said "boom" and Dante suddenly started holding his shoulder. I assumed he meant to imply a shot to the shoulder. It appears Dante wishes to live, but I guess if he chooses he can die in the hospital. I'll be dealing with him later. [/ooc]

[desc] The message from Seraphina was received by General Chamberlin. It was immediately apparent that there would be a slight problem, as she believes Dante is dead... However he is clearly alive in the military hospital. Chamberlin dictated a message to his secretary that read as follows: [/desc]

We regret to inform you that Dante's body has been lost in the hell pits for those who choose to betray the future of humanity. We grieve with you in your loss and apologize for the inconvenience. To aid in your time of sadness, we have prepared an early shuttle for you and party if you so choose to leave the Colonies due to this sudden turn of events. The shuttle will be waiting for departure upon your arrival in the B-4 hanger. Four Virgo mobile suits will escort you to within a mile of Earth's atmosphere at the edge of our territory. These series of events is most unfortunate, but do not hesitate to ask if there is anything we can do to help.

[desc] The signatures were obviously stamps and General Marshal's signature was mysteriously left out. The message was immediately forwarded to the Grand Sin hotel and sent directly to Seraphina's room.

Chamberlin sat in his office sipping red wine while staring out the window at a sterile city. Marshal's limo was speeding towards the hospital at which Dante was being treated for his wounds.[/desc]

[desc]As Alan burst through the doors Zeke looked up from his position under Svetlana. She kisses him hard and flips off, unexpected but not unwelcome. Zeke jumps quickly back to his feet and turns to face Svet. He raises his arms and throws a jab as he steps back.[/desc]
[ic]You can lower that thing Alan, we're fine. Just havin' a lil work out.[/ic]
[desc]Zeke pants as he throws mock jabs to keep Svet at bay while he speaks.

When he's finished talking to Alan he moves in and ducks under one of her counters to slide up behind her. Zeke quickly swings his right arm around her neck and grabs the wrist with his left as he starts to pull backward to close the choke hold. He kisses the side of her neck under her chin as he squeezes.[/desc]

She can't help smile to herself as this sparring match starts to turn x-rated. She wraps her right leg around his as he kisses her neck. With a deft twist, and the pulling of her tendons in her left shoulder, she knocks him to the ground. Her left hand now gripping his left arm, she twists it as she kneels on his neck with her right left leg cutting off his air supply. Her eyes twinkle with pure pleasure.

"Give up yet?"

[desc]Zeke watched her eyes twinkle as he slowly suffocated. He couldn't help but smile himself. This was one interesting girl. He nodded and wheezed. Zeke couldn't continue fighting with no breath so he admitted defeat for the first time since Virgil and him had spared.

When Svetlana let go of him he continued to lay there and lit up two cigarettes as he chocked for breath still. He extended his right arm offering her one as she towered over him. He took a deep breath of the cigarette as if it would help him regain his breath.[/desc]

She takes the offered smoke, takes a small drag as her chest is still heaving from the exercise. She sinks to the ground next Zeke.

"I haven't been that challenged in years. Thanks babe."

Finishing her smoke she stands up, walks over and grabs her bottle. She takes a swig. She flicks the cigarette butt over the balcony edge and turns around to look at Zeke. A small curve to her lips the only sign of her amusement in the situation. She then jerks her head slightly towards her room and walks inside, disappearing into one of the bedrooms.

[desc]Zeke couldn't help but smile as she returned the pet name babe. He finished his smoke and got to his feet just to see her take a swig of the bottle. He mimics her flick off the balcony into the disgust colonial ground. He leaned over the balcony until she spoke to him when he turned his head to listen. His smile grew when she motioned to inside and made her way into the bedroom. He laughed to himself and turned back to the view when she had gone inside.[/desc]
[ic]Maybe the colonies aren't so bad after all.[/ic]
[desc]He wiped the grin off of his face as he walked back inside and walked past Alan who had found himself upon the couch and flashed him a wicked smile as he opened the door to Svet's room. He gave Alan another wicked grin as he shut the door behind him.[/desc]

[desc]Grimbold having releaved Alan on watch answered the door to the messenger and took the note from her. He placed it on the coffee table and stared at the envelope, it was addressed to Ambassador Alighieri. Ambassador, he had insulted a representative of the governments of Earth, and was unsure if any sort of apology would make amends. For almost twenty years he had managed to keep emotion out of the way when working. What was it about this gig that had him on edge? It was important, maybe more than any job he had had. Whatever he must not let the same thing happen again, no matter what.

Well he was good at waiting so he settled back and waited. Hoping more than a little that the Ambassador would rise before the others, he had things that needed to be said in private.[/desc]
