“Another wonderful day..”
Indeed so. It certainly was a great day. The sky was an azure blue as white fluffy clouds bounced throughout the sky. It was peaceful, but the girl knew that this wasn't going to last forever. Those humans would be destroying the peace once more, but, she was in this new territory. Who knew that she was a +Anima? No one did, and no one would. She would keep it so that she could sneak around unnoticed, she hates being acknowledged. Anyways, who said she didn't have her freedom?
Chance sighed, sitting in a tree within a forest. She just came to this place and decided to take a break, and then head out to a nearby village. She needed to get more items, she was running out on the food too. She would probably sell the fur skin she found somewhere, or maybe just steal something. So many choices, but she guessed she should just get rid of the heavy load first. If she needed to be quick and fast, she needed to be as light as a feather. Her ice blue eyes scanned the area, looking if there were any other animals or people around her. She had perfect sight, so it wasn't a problem since sometimes she couldn't smell the scent from distances.
The leaves of the trees covered her. She could see someone, but no one could see her. She didn't know why, but she liked small places where she could fit. She felt safe for some reason. She smiled to herself, seeing a bird fly by. She paused for a moment. That bird seemed a little too big, and didn't seem to be covered fully by feathers. She narrowed her eyes, wondering what it was. Could it be another +Anima? A rush of wind flew by her as the branches shook violently. She covered her nose, smelling two strong scents and one faint scent. Blood, Axe Spray, and Wood mixed with soap. Such odd scents, she never smelled anything like that before, but she knew the scent of blood.
The blood smelled like a Human's, so she highly doubted it was some kind of prey. Someone must have killed a person, but she wondered why. She didn't bother lingering on that subject for long, it didn't concern her. Right now, she focused her attention on the two odd scents. She got up, jumping from tree tree silently as she fallowed the red blur. It also seemed like a +Anima, maybe one of them killed the human. The sounds of bullets entered her sensitive ears as she wondered. There was another scent around her, but she didn't know what it was. She was too far away to take notice, but it seemed to be by the human.
