Bio: Around 10,000 years ago plant life form discovered that it could generate replicate and sense what children could. Fifty years later some explorers landed on the planet. Vonorg discovered that it could enter the thoughts of these creatures. It stowed away on ship. Then it took over the ship and killed the crew. 1,000 years later, after a long war they that had almost seen their extinction, they had taken over all the space that the explorers knew. In the process altered their genetics to increase their senses and they discovered that as their numbers grew the stronger they became. After this was done, twenty squads were sent to the various parts of the galaxy. Object one, gather information on all the inhabitants technology; Two, weaken the inhabitants until they no longer resist;and Three Avoid conflict as long as possible until victory is assured or there is no other option. They currently disguise their ships as the enemies of the race they ambush. They currently are not known by anyone but their prisoners. They are responsible for attacks of many ships, stations, and planets in the current skirmish. They dislike the magic users because one they can’t understand them and two they are more resistant to the Psychic abilities. They currently project this sectors conquest in three thousand years.

Weaknesses: His dislike of all non-humans/non-pure blooded humans, Sometimes makes bad rash discussions based on rage, and he is slightly sensitive about is cybernetics.

Bio: Alexander Galelion is the lord commander of the Olive-Branch Legion.The Olive-Branch Legion is a recent group of human extremest who's goal is to make humans supreme rulers of the galaxy and believe in the purity, peace, and prosperity of humans.They believe that humans are evolutionary superior, and that they should be unified. They have been known for their slaughtering and imprisonment of non-humans and humans, who go against there beliefs or are not purely human.

Galelion is cruel and ruthless. Already he has taken 4 planets under the control of the Olive-Branch Legion. With a Very small army though he has captured many ships. The leader of Athtar prime still considers them nothing more then pirates but there numbers grow every day With the number of planets under their control. They even had to stop killing the non-humans because of there need of work in there factories where specialty made ships are made Equipped with altered J-drives ,high energized weapon systems, and overclocked cutting-edge propulsion systems. Also these factory have began the process of making great war machines, Mechs.

Not much is known of Galelion before the start of Olive-Branch Legion. It is thought that he is a blessing of human gods sent upon Athtar to clean up the ilk of the non-human,among some members Olive-branch legion of course.At any rate to the Olive-branch legion he is a true visionary.He Is reported in the archives to be born with a rare muscle disease that he had to replace his legs,one arm, and part of his face. Otherwise all paper work of his existence outside the OBL have been terminated.

Personality: Tally, being young, is naturally stubborn and somewhat emotional (in a word, angsty). Intelligent and quietly observent, she often finds a way of slipping past one's radar, learning things that she never wanted to know. It doesn't help that her most distinctive elf feature, her ears, are unnaturally large, giving her a very acute sense of hearing. Due to her insecurity about her ears, this has caused her to be somewhat withdrawn from others, more introverted. But, like most young females, once you get her talking, she can't stop.

Weapons: Besides her own magic, a small sword made of dragon steel.

[EDIT] Transportation: Since Tally doesn't own a ship, her method of getting around is a small wave-runner type vehicle. This allows her to jet quickly from planets to ships and back again. When traveling, she also wears an oxygen mask, cleverly designed to look more like a motorcycle helmet. [Also an EDIT] When Tally's on her home planet, she gets around on a hoverboard.

Strengths: Besides her ears, her small frame helps her speed, making her an almost ridiculously fast runner. Her only weapon, her sword, is the only weapon she's ever used, and after using it for so long, the sword has absorbed some of her magic, and lends to better and stronger hits.

Weaknesses: Tally is a poor fighter without her sword handy, and although her body is built for speed, it's not very strong. Also, Tally has a tendency to be sympathetic to the wrong people, and her inexperience shows at the wrong times.

Loyalty: Tally is born into Elven Loyalty, and has no choice but to be drawn to her own people. However, anyone is capable of earning her trust.

Bio: Tally's father was one of the founders of the Shining Alliance, and was unfortunately killed in a mysterious battle with a troll. I say mysterious, because there was no explanation of why her father was fighting a troll, and there was no evidence to suggest that the event ever took place. Rumors started to spread, and it was suggested that Tally's father had damning information about the Shining Alliance, and was killed because of it. Since then, Tally's been secretly investigating the Shining Alliance, determined to know who killed her father and why.

[EDIT]Hoverboard: Exactly what it sounds like. Essentially a surfboard that floats. Lean forward to increase speed, lean back to slow down. Turn your body to turn the board. Riders have to wear belly sensors, grippy riding shoes, and crash bracelets. Belly sensors help with balancing your weight onto the board, making it easier to manuever. Grippy shoes are so you don't fall off. If you do fall off, and you're a certain distance from the ground, the crash bracelets catch you by your wrists using magnets built into your board. The crash bracelets only kick in when you're high enough to seriously injure yourself.

Hey andrian are you willing to work with me and allow me to help make a new athatar so that it can move on it has gotten stuck and I think it may help if we restart this universe. But I love how it is built. Unfortunately, I do not think that I can fulfill my responsibilities as a GM with my current schedule of events. I thought this thing died months ago. I really liked it and am priming a book based on it, so I was really sorry to see it die.
