The twist: Twist: The weredragon outlaw, they say she was pure myth. A simple story thought up to charm young ones into being good. I(n the detective's office, they brought in someone more than once who claimed to be the Weredragon Outlaw, but they only got as far as getting her prisoner picture and number before, when nobody was looking, she always pulled off a disappearing act. So, they hired L to track her down, but when he finds this 'Outlaw' he finds there's more to her than meets the senses.

"Aw, shit." "What happened?" "She got away again..." Said the man at the desk. He had been watching a suspect on the monitor screen, and just like that, she had vanished, into thin air, the cuffs? The cuffs had fallen onto the ground without even being unlocked. "Oh fuck..." Muttered the second man. "Do you have any idea how ridiculous this is getting? That's the tenth time in the past three months! Not including before!" Said the second man, a hint of irritation in his voice. Who were these officers complaining about? Somebody whose true name they had never gotten, someone that could never be truly captured without being realized was missing once again. Nobody knew who she really was, history had given her many names, her latest, noted because of her bloodlines but always kept secret, was 'The Weredragon Outlaw.' She was greatly attractive in a number of ways, but, mind you, she had her quirks. Like her short temper, get her angry, and it's likely to be the last thing you ever do with a head. How had she gotten away? Some believed it was camouflage, others believe she turned completely invisible and simply walked away. And still others believe she teleported out.

She regained her looks in the town in a dark alleyway, she walked out quietly, not really being noticed as inhuman. There was one thing inhuman about her, but, everybody believed it was simply a trick of the light: Her eyes could change colors. But it all depended on her mood. You knew when she was angry because her eyes turned as red as a ruby. She quietly wove her way in and out of the busy lines, stopping by a department store to pick up some new clothes. She didn't want to be recognized very easily. She got her hair dyed from blonde to reddish brown and cut boyishly short, some black pants and a red T-shirt, some new shoes, and a pair of sunglasses, and, just because she wanted to, she got her left ear pierced with a silver bolt topped with a diamond. Yes, she was wealthy, she loved spending her valuables or trading them for new things.
