Hey I know I disappeared awhile and I apologize but I was wondering if you would like to continue this?

Hey.... Wow this has been ages lol but sure I would love to continue with this.

Lol I apologize sincerely but due to personal issues I had to leave RPing for a while but great I'm glad you're up for continuing this.

Thats okay. Maybe next time if you can just give me some warning that you are going :)

Tanner smiled back at Abby before letting out a shrug. "I'm used to it so it doesn't bothe me much anymore," he started as the waiters brought them out a cup of water. "I actually pity them. I mean their lives are so boring that they're worried about what we're doing." he explained to her. "but enough about my life what do you want to talk about?" Tanner asked not wanting to just talk about himself. He hated to feel like he was the topic of every conversation. It made him seem conceded or something.

Abby frowned a little when he spoke about them living boring lives. That was what she did for a living and she certainly didn't think that she had a boring life. Well, it wasn't as interesting as his but it still suited her just fine. She didn't need the fast life with the expensive things. Abby was glad though when he changed the conversation.

"Well before we get too caught up in a conversation, I want to thank you again for letting me get those interviews today. It is fantastic and will help out a lot at work... my boss, well he doesn't really take me all that seriously" Abby said as she remembered how all of the other people that worked there were at least five years older than her and had a lot more experience. She was never given any of the important stories but hopefully having this connection and interview with Tanner and the cast would help out a little.

"Of course. Anything for an old friend. If you ever need anything like connections or something then don't be afraid to ask me. And I'm sure your boss believes in you he just needs to be able to know he can trust you. It's like that with all the newbies in the business." Tanner explained hoping he wasn't offending her in any way. He truly thought Abby had alot of potential. When they were younger he knew that Abby would be successful with any path she chose to take with her life. He had no doubt that one day she would run her own company.

Abby shook her head a little as he mentioned that he was sure her boss believed in her. "Oh I highly doubt that he believes in me... all he see's is a pretty face and my bra size" She said with a small blush. "I'm not old enough and I dont have enough experience for him to take me seriously. Everyone else is years older than me and been doing this since I was in first grade" Abby said with a sigh. It was a tough career, she loved it but that didn't mean that it didn't wear her out or frustrate her at times. She was just as good a reporter as the other people who worked for the magazine but it was just that they had been there longer and therefore got all of the good interviews. Without those chances to do anything of importance, Abby couldn't get the experience she needed to enable her to get those. It was like a never ending circle.

She looked up at Tanner with a small smile. "I'm sorry... the last thing you want to hear about is me complaining about my job. Let's talk about something different?" Abby suggested, trying not to make this all about herself.
