Best Friends: A Harry Potter Roleplay ( )

Hogwarts experienced peace after the final battle between Harry Potter and Voldemort. New students came in year after year, little year ones who stood nervously in the Entrance Hall awaiting sorting to the four different houses. Rivalry between the Gryffindor and the Slytherin is always rife about the school, but it’s nothing extremely serious. It’s just the occasional sparring and duel. Life at Hogwarts was boring, stale and dull—the only interesting things was Quidditch and the sporadic student getting warded in the hospital wing for some mishap during lesson—not remotely interesting to the graduates of Hogwarts. Until now.

Year 2006. Four new “recruits” join amongst the many new year ones, chatting and lounging around in different compartments, the were chatting with one another, making new friends everywhere. Little did the four little year ones know how their lives are going to be changed by Hogwarts and the other three new students.

Year 2007. All four of them bonded closely with each other even though they were from different houses, namely, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw and Slytherin. They were in the same year and all of them had many similar interests even if the Hufflepuff was loyal, the Gryffindor was courageous, the Ravenclaw was smart and the Slytherin was cunning.

Year 2008. Their third year was land marked by many events. First, the Hufflepuff got into a fight with another fellow Hufflepuff when he called the Slytherin a bad name and started attacking her with her wand. Both Hufflepuffs were sent to detention. Secondly, the Ravenclaw invented something that drew them closer to each other. The Ravenclaw invented a diary of sorts that all of them had a copy of. When one of them writes inside, the other three could see it, but others could not see these “notes”. It was a smart way to communicate. Thirdly, the Slytherin started sparring with a Gryffindor for reasons not disclosed by both parties. The Gryffindor (in the group of four) started “raging cold war” against the Slytherin, sometimes arguing and criticizing the Slytherin. The group seem to be on a verge of breaking apart. The last event that happened—it was the one that managed to pull them together. Even closer than before. On a trip to Hogsmeade, all of them got attacked by a werewolf. Unbelievable but true. They fought and cursed and sparred and dueled. They managed to escape and the teachers took care of the rogue werewolf.

School term ended. And the school holidays started.

And this roleplay starts where the school term ends. All four of them are on a journey on the Hogwarts Express, back towards home and towards their family members whom they haven’t seen for almost a year already.

I’m looking for three other very VERY SERIOUS players for three characters—two boys and a girl. You’ll have to choose which house you want to belong to. No sorting, nothing at all. Just choose the house yourself. However, I’ve already taken up the Slytherin house, so you’ll have to choose the three other remaining houses. Please also be reminded that this is on a first-come-first-serve basis and all characters are 14 years old. Also, you can be a pure-blood, half-blood or muggle-born. Just write it in the profile where I specified. Post your profile in this thread and PM ME A SAMPLE OF ONE OF YOUR ROLEPLAY POSTS. I’ll be harsh when choosing suitable players, because I want serious and constant players. But please don’t hold it against me. Also, if you have any questions, you’re welcome to PM me.

NOTE
-Activity levels: 3 posts per month.
-Content:
-At least two paragraphs with good grammar and punctuations. Spelling must be of a certain standard. I can't have players typing something I totally have no idea what he/she is expressing.
-Thoughts to be in italics and speech to be bolded. This is for ease of reading.
-Everything to be PG16! Meaning NO SEX. All genitals to be covered properly. You’re in a school, for Pete's sake.
-You’re so allowed to swear. But if you go overboard…

It was sticky and humid against the leather seats in the train compartments; Jeremiah's shorts left his bare legs to peel from the seat like a bandaid from skin. A small groan escaped his thin lips as he tried to readjust himself. Comfort was still no where to be found, it couldn't even be found in the premise of travelling home - back to the hyped, busy streets of London. Yes, the young wizard dreaded returning to his parents apartment in the inner city, towering over the busy streets. There was little to no chance of him even stumbling upon anything in the summer to remind him of his second home - Hogwarts.

Yes, Jeremiah was going to miss the large school as dull as it was sometimes.

He cast his gaze outside the window, watching the dry pastures fly by as the train chugged fervently along. There were no distractions within this trip there was one point. Returning. He averted his gaze to the sliding door of his otherwise unoccupied compartment, almost willing one of three others to walk into his company. Yes, that would at least ease the journey into something much more comfortable.

Where are they? He wondered to himself. Perhaps the three others that he called his friends had found another compartment and where in fact waiting on him. At the thought, an idea struck him and he tugged his rucksack from across from him and began to rifle through the contents. A book spilling onto the seat beside him followed shortly by a quill. Jerim dropped the rucksack and flipped the black leather bound book open, scratching eagerly with the quill into the pages. Ink dropped in and disappeared.

Where are you three? I'm in compartment 12. the ink read before it disappeared.

Nova had her journal open and was about to write something in it when words appeared out of no where. She smiled recognizing Jeremiah's handwriting. Snapping it shut her one blue eye and one green eye sparkled as she gathered her things up. Tossing her compartment door open she closed it with a loud snap before heading towards his compartment. She had been sitting alone in hers pouting slightly at the thought of leaving but it would be alright because she was only leaving for a little while. She'd be at the castle soon enough getting ready for her fifth year. That would be exciting!

With a swirl of shiny black silk like tresses Nova tossed open his compartment door. "I'm here! I got your message just as I was about to write something." Nova told him a big smile on her pale heart shaped face. "I'm guessing you don't know where the others are do you Jerim?" Nova asked sitting across from him as she casually pulled her bag off of her shoulder and sitting it down beside her. She had already pulled her robes oof and folded them neatly in her luggage and was wearing a pair of muggle clothes. A simple black pair of slacks and a flowly dark blue shirt that made her seem even whiter than she was.

Crossing her legs Nova couldn't help but smile even though she was a little sad tha they would be leaving. She was happy that she could at least spend it with her friends. When she had been pouting to herself she had forgotten about their journals. How could you forget about those! They were the greatest thing ever invented so teacher proof! Nova thought to herself as she gave her forhead a quick but sharp mental slap at her own forgetfulness. She didn't usually forget about thing and had a rather photographic memory. She just had to remember to use it was all.

Grabbing her ipod, which she recently converted to being powered by magic, Jeannette plugged the headphones into her ears. She was in a compartment with a few of her house friends, wondering where the hell her best friends were. She flipped her ipod on, turning the volume up, trying to tune out the bitchy gossiping her “girlfriends” were indulging in. Where are they? She asked herself.

Suddenly, a notebook on her lap grew red-hot. She gingerly flipped it open and saw Jeremiah’s words. Smiling a bit, she closed the notebook and put it carefully into her duffel bag, together with her ipod. Picking up her wand, she levitated her trunk up. Shouldering her duffel bag, she opened her compartment door. “See ya later!” She said as she exited the compartment. “Off to find your mudblood friends?” One of the girls asked, snidely. “If you call them that again, I’ll curse your mouth off.” Jeannette retorted. She let the compartment door bang shut to emphasize her words and strode towards compartment twelve. The train was rattling badly and she was off-balance. She struggled with her duffel bag and her heavy trunk.

As she arrived, her duffel bag on her shoulder and her trunk floating in mid-air, Nadine and Jeremiah were already seated and chatting. “Hey!” Jeannette said as she threw the compartment door open in a fluster as she dropped both her wand and her trunk. "Shit," She cursed under her breath. She picked up her wand and levitated her trunk once more. Walking into the compartment, she dropped her trunk at the luggage rack and sat down on of the seats. “Where’s Zack?”

Zachary was dozing off in his compartment. He had stayed up all night the night before and boy was he tired. His eagle was deathly sick and he was up all night to take care of it. Ella was his prized possession and he was not going to lose it. As Ella squawked loudly in her cage, Zachary woke up in a fright. “Hey Ella. Not getting bored, are you?” He asked his eagle, but sounding like he was talking to himself. The compartment was getting unbearably hot and he opened the window slightly to allow some cool air to rush in. It refreshed him and he stood up.

Zachary yawned as he looked around himself, feeling quite alone. He opened his compartment door and stuck his head out. Wherever is the other three? He thought. Aren’t we supposed to be like sitting together discussing holiday plans? He stepped out of his apartment and walked purposefully down the aisle, in search of his friends. As he went past Compartment twelve, three familiar figures “jumped” out at him. His friends. “Hey! Why did you leave me on my own somewhere in this train?” He asked them. Zachary was too tired to go back to his compartment to retrieve his trunk and he waved his wand. “Accio trunk. Accio cage.” Two dark coloured items came whizzing towards him and he directed them into the compartment his friends were in with another wave of his wand.

“Hello, everyone.” Zachary finally said as he settled down onto one of the seats. “I’m very tired.” He complained as he rubbed his blood-shot eyes. I hate staying up all night. He thought. “School holidays are finally here! And my parents promised me that I could stay at one of your houses for this holiday until school reopens. So, anybody keen for a long sleepover?” He asked.

"Hey Zack," Jeannette greeted Zachary as he entered the compartment, as he waved two huge items into the compartment, she ducked down low to avoid getting knocked by his trunk or his eagle. She flipped on her ipod, turning the volume down a little as she stuck the headphones over her ears. She could easily hear her friends and enjoy her music at the same time.

Jeannette loves muggle music. Something her parents detested. A lot. Through the song, she heard Zachary talking. "About that... My pare--" She said, a little louder than usual. She broke off as she heard the lunch trolley rattle outside their compartment. "Give me a second!" She said as she rushed out onto the aisle. "Lunch lady!" She waved her hands to get the old witch's attention. "Can I have some pumpkin juice, muffins, jelly, chocolate frogs and some of those delicious pie? Oh! Can I also have Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Bean, cauldron cakes and butterbeer too?" Magically, the items she named appeared onto her hands and she struggled to give the lunch lady the money. "Don't worry about it, my dear. I'll deduct it from your account." Jeannette gave her a smile. "Thanks!" And she rushed back to her compartment, taking care not to spill or do anything bad to the food that she bought.

"Hey guys!" She said as she stepped through the opened door of the compartment. "I've bought lunch. Take your pick." She laid the food out on the table. "As for sleepovers, my parents would be out of town for a few weeks during the holidays, and they gave me permission to do whatever I want. And I would really want all of you to come over to my house for a massive sleepover. Don't worry, without my parents there, the house won't bite." She laughed as she thought about the disastrous sleepover they had during their Second Year holiday. "Let's discuss this using our diaries and Zack's owl. Please, you really have to come... Or I'll turn into a crazy old bat being alone in that cold mansion,"

( Sorry about the delay guys, internet company has been a pain in the behind. )

Jerim had been quiet the entire time it took the other three to appear in his company, nodding and smiling at each as they had come to his call. Well, not his call really.. but you get the idea. He cleared his throat as the mention of sleepovers occured. "Well, my parents are home, but I'm sure they wouldn't mind if I stayed somewhere for a short while, but they do expect to see me at least for a short term since I'm home for the summer." Just listening to himself speak made him roll his eyes. "Of course a sleepover works for me." He grinned mischieviously, recalling the last overnight gathering they had hosted. He shovelled a cauldron cake into his mouth, chewing as he continued to speak. "Why don't we have a guys holiday and leave the girls on their own with their nail polish and beauty sleep?" Jerim grinned, eyeing Zack.

"Could go fishing?" He suggested.

It was a genuine suggestion, one he actually hoped the girls would be somewhat keen on. Camping or fishing was something he didn't get to do very often living right in the centre of London. Kept him very occupied.. not. Everything there was to do in the city cost money and his parents, although well off enough being upper middle class, did not intend to waste any money on shopping or movie theatres for the young wizard.

In other words, Jerim was left to his own imagination over the summer. Not being allowed to use magic made that incredibly hard.

"Or what about camping?" He pushed the suggestion, looking at all three hopefully. "It could be really fun you know." And he shovelled a pumpkin pie into his mouth. He must have stored the amount of food he ate in his big toe.

"Fishing?!" Jeannette asked, incredulous. "Nope, I don't think so," She said as she grabbed a muffin and started munching on it. Then Jerim proposed the idea of a camp. "That sounds like fun. It beats hanging around an old mansion," Jeannette agreed readily. "What do you think? I think Jerim's idea is pretty swell!" She enthused.

Switching off her ipod, she threw it into her bag. "I'm not sure if this work, but here goes." She opened a packet of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Bean, took a handful and passed it around. "So if all of you want to camp, there's the place where World Quidditch is held. We can go there for a camp. It'll be deserted, I think, for it isn't camping season yet." She paused for breath. "We can buy our supplies at Diagon Alley and I am sure amongst all of us, we'll have one workable tent that is able to fit all of us in it. What do you think? And if the boys want to fish, I'm sure there will be a stream or lake that is near our campsite,"

As Jeanette waited for her friends' responses, she grabbed a cup of butterbeer and drank deeply.

Zachary winked at Jerim as he proposed the idea of a guy's holiday. "Cool idea, man. Think of all the places we could go without the girls!" He grabbed a chocolate frog and squashed it into his mouth, giving a cursory glance at the card he got. Slipping the card into his pocket, he'll show it to his muggle sister later, after he got down from the Hogwarts' Express.

He was not concentrating and the next thing he knew, the compartment was filled with discussions of camping. "Can we change the venue instead, I went there once for a Quidditch match and it was really dismal." He picked up the packet of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Bean packet that was being passed around and took one. He still didn't trust these things. "Great. Chilli flakes," Zachary choked out as he grabbed a cup of whatever it is and downed it. Gasping for air and thumping his chest, his eyes watered.

Wiping away the tears, he sneezed twice and all was back to normal. "I hate these things!" Zachary lamented. "I was thinking, what about London outskirts, where the countryside is? It is a better choice than the World Quidditch campsite. We can find a really thick forest to camp in, or just bunk in one of the barns dotting the countryside!" Zachary suggested, getting almost over-zealous with the idea of camping with his three best friends.

"Fishing?" Zachary asked as Jeanette mentioned something about fishing and streams and lakes. "I love fishing, I have a few fishing rods at home, my father and me are avid fishing people. I can bring them and..." Zachary paused mid-sentence as an idea struck him. "What about a canoe expedition? We can fish, we can camp and we can cover quite a lot of ground by traveling in water than trekking on land," Zachary said as he took another bean out from the packet. He sucked on it and was relieved to find that it was just honey-flavored. "Come round my house in a few days' time and then we can plan our expedition properly, with a map,"

Nova shook her head at the both of them. "We could go any where virtually." Nova said slowly as she nibbled on her bottom lip. A spark came to her different colored eyes though and she clapped her hands together. "I have an idea." She suddenly said almost bouncing on her seat. The pumpkin pasty she had in her hand was long forgotten now. She was just bursting to tell the others her idea and it all came out at once. "Wecouldgotomygrandmother'scabin!" She said before blushing hotly realizing how that had sounded.

Clearing her throat Nova slowed down her speech. "My Grandmother has a 'cabin' by a little lake in France. She is to old to go out and visit it but I am sure she wouldn't mind if we did. The little old house elf there probably needs a visit from reality. Cleaning all the time with nothing to clean really!" Nova said shaking her head. "You can only clean a clean floor so many times and I'm sure Alli would love to see me." Nova told them grinning. She was quite proud of herself for coming up with this answer.

"If we went to her cabin then we would save the money of buying a tent, we could fish whenever we like, and what's more is that we'd be by ourselves in a home instead of an enchanted tent." Nova told them taking a bite into her pumpkin pasty. "Never trust the red ones." Nova added speaking about the bertie bot every flavored beans. "Most of the time they are hot. I had a fire flavored one once...tasted like a lot of smoke but it burned my mouth for a week none the less." She added her thoughts getting the best of her.

Shaking her head Nova focused back on reality. She wanted to see what the others thought about her idea. "The cabin looks small to muggles of course but it is really two stories with a large fireplace, we could use the floo network to get there, and it has four bathrooms so we wouldn't need to worry about that." Nova said laughing a little bit at the thought. She didn't take a long time in the bathroom but still she was a girl and more than likely she took longer than the boys would.

"The best part is." Nova said her pale heart shaped face lighting up with excitement. "We will be with each other all summer long with no adults to tell us what to do." She said scrunching up her nose thinking about it. "And when school is ready to start again in September we just floo back to our houses." To Nova the idea sounded perfect but she wasn't so sure how the others would take it. Sometimes her ideas weren't the best but this one was good! At least...Nova thought that it was a good idea.

Clasping her hands together she tucked them under her chin pulling on her best puppy dog face as she turned to look at the boys. She would try and win them over first because most boys, though not always these two, were powerless against a cute puppy dog face. It was Jeanette she had to be worried about convining. All girls knew that other girls were immune to the puppy dog face. Partly because it was girls who did it mostly. But if she won over the other two maybe Jeanette would say yes as well.

Jerim listened intently all the while imagining being propped beside a shady elm tree, with rod in one hand and a piece of rye grass blowing slightly from inbetween his lips as the wind danced around him in the peaceful serenity of nature. Far, far away from busy bustling central London.

"Hang on - staying in a cottage, doesn't that defeat the whole IDEA of camping?" Jerim stared at Nova, almost dumbfounded. Perhaps the idea of a summer holiday without some luxurious accomodation was too hard for her to fathom, but Jerim imagined camping as just that - tent, sleeping back and the few comforts their store bought magical items could buy them. He had never once imagined living in the french countryside like some rich holiday maker. He'd never even thought of such an idea.

Shaking his head, he folded his arms across his chest, propping his feet onto the seat opposite him, legs flush against the window wall. "Honestly, I think it's a stupid idea. If I wanted indoors - I'd stay home!" He was almost cranky about it, until Zack's fire red face caught his attention. He grabbed the small plastic bottle that he had bought filled with water earlier and withdrew his wand, pointing into the bottle. "Aquamenti." Water poured from the end of his wand and into the bottle, he swiftly passed it on to Zack. "There mate."

Yet still, he stared at the girls with as much determination as he could muster. "Camping involves a tent! And the puppy dog face isn't going to work." He slashed his arm through the air in a definitive no arguing gesture. "And dead honest, I love Zack's idea... the canoeing part is ideal - can see so much more, like he said!"

Clearly, Jerim was sticking with his boy.

"And if you girls fall into the water, at least it will provide some entertainment, right?" He offered a light smile, trying to lighten the mood after his so sudden protest at the cottage idea. "I mean, it was a nice idea Nova. But, y'know. camping." And he slumped down further into his seat, staring out the window. Being nice, sometimes got the better of him.

Zachary listened to Nova's idea of staying in the cottage, it was a good idea, but he didn't like it. Then, he heard Jerim's protests. "Sorry, Nov. I really have to stick with Jerim in this case. The French cottage is really great, but I would really want to get back to basics after so many years of using magic to get around." He winked at Jerim. Zachary was afraid of hurting Nova's feelings, but still. He wasn't okay with the idea of staying in a cottage.

"Tell you what, come along to my house... umm... the day after tomorrow." Zachary said, "and we can start drawing out plans for where we're going to canoe and camp. I have a thousand and one maps tucked into all corners of my room. Cool?" Zachary smiled, he was good at canoeing and fishing. And Jerim was right, seeing the girls fall into the water would most definitely be fun entertainment.

"And then we can start shopping for camp necessities," He continued. Tent, food, clothings, canoes, oars, life jackets, fishing rod, bait, torchlight... He thought, making a list of things that they might need on the expedition, seeing that they cannot use any magic. Hmm... what would dad pack when going on such an expedition?

"Come on, Nov. I'm really sorry that we have to discard your idea, but I know you'll enjoy the England countryside," Zachary gave her a smile and apologized. But he wasn't going to change his mind on the canoeing expedition.

He then drifted back to his thoughts, his forehead creased and his fingers tapping the table in between the seats. "Tap, tuk, tuk, tap, tuk, tuk," They lulled him further into his reverie, to the extent of him dozing off. Zachary shook himself awake. "Are we there yet? It's been a long train ride," Outside of the train, the sun was about to begin its descend down the western sky.

Jeanette kept quiet as she let herself listen to everyone's suggestions. It was really hot in the compartment and sweat poured down Jeannette's face. She wiped them away with the sleeve of her cloak. "Nova, I think your idea's swell. But I've been living in a holiday cottage and a mansion for the most part of my life, and it's like really boring. So, I'm with the boys in this case. I think a canoeing expedition would be terrific," Jeannette said.

She nodded as Zachary suggested the idea of them going to his house. "Hmm... We can get to Diagon Alley easier from Zachary's house," And as she glanced at Zack's and Jerim's mischievous face, she said, "Me and Nova would never fall into the water, trust me. I've canoed before and maybe you'll become the punchline of the joke?" She chuckled evily, giving her best imitation of Lord Voldemort. "Just joking,"

She glanced out of the grimy window and saw dense networks of transport lines. Oh great, we're back in London. She took out her wand and waved it in front of the window. "Tergeo," She whispered as she siphoned off the grime and dust away from the window. "We're reaching King's Cross soon," She commented, locking her ill-feelings deep within her. "So it's set? Going to Zachary's house the day after tomorrow?" She asked as she glanced out of the clean window. "I'll miss all of you like crazy, even if we're meeting up so soon," She whispered to the window, her breath fogging the glass up. "We'll communicate using the diary, yes?" She asked, speaking a little louder but still facing the window.

She turned away from the window, grabbing a comb from her bag. Dragging it through her blonde hair, she "took out" most of the tangles and knots. She tied her bunch of hair into a ponytail with a green scrungie. Finished with that, she carefully smoothed her cloak. "Do I look okay?" She asked for her friends' opinion as she carefully rubbed her snake tattoo on her wrist. Her parents are fastidious people and even if Jeannette couldn't give a damn about what others thought, her parents do think highly of other people's opinion.

"I think we're reaching soon," Jeannette answered Zachary as the train rattled to a stop. By then, the sun was a quarter way through it's descend, colouring everything in bright hues of gold and red.

Zachary felt the train stop and glanced out of the once-dirty windows. "Time really flies, and we'll see each other soon, like in two days' time!" He stood up and stretched. "Come on Nov, you really have to agree to this. It's an experience like no other, and it'll make a difference if you're there!" Zachary said as he glanced at Nova. He hadn't heard her agree to their plans.

He then sat down again. "Even if you're not agreeable, you still have to come down to my house. We can discuss more there," He shouted as chatterings and footsteps of students filled the aisle of the train. He couldn't even hear himself over the roar of the noise the students were making. "What about we making a move out?" Zachary suggested. "I don't want to be stuck in this train when it makes its way back to god knows where," He stood up once again.

He reached for his trunk and brought it down, resisting the lure of magic. He would really have to suppress his need to use magic or he'll really get into some serious trouble. Yawning, he carried his trunk and Ella's cage out of the compartment and out of the train, onto the station. He stood, waiting for his friends to join him. His parents had not yet arrived to fetch him.

Jerim hadn't said anything further after his last comment, merely nodding in agreement with the others. Yes, Zachary's house was the meet up point and until then he had the busy, agonising torment of his parents busy apartment block to return to. Ah, the delight. So when he stepped from the train onto the platform, trunk in tow he knew not to expect to see his parents as it was just a short ride on a bus to get to his house.

He turned to the others with a brief smile. "Well, I'll be seeing you." The charming, lazy grin graced his face as he slowly strolled off through the throng of students and disappeared through the brick wall with but a wave, emerging shortly into the Muggle's station. It was just as hard pushing his way through the Muggle travellers as it had been through the students, but he found himself on the jammed street and made his way to the nearest bus stop for the barely five minute trip home.

At least there were some perks to living in the bustling city. Especially when you've got a whole trunk to follow you home.

"So there, bye," Jeannette pulled down her trunk and stepped out of the compartment. "Bye, Nov!" She stepped out of the train and onto the station platform. And she tripped over Zachary. She slammed onto the floor, skinning her knee. She stood up painfully and yelled, "What the hell are--" when she suddenly saw her parents walking towards her. "Jeannette Lavida Sae!"

With a sinking heart, she walked towards her parents, her trunk trailing along. "What are you trying to do, yelling at the poor boy like that?" "I... I," Her father shushed her, and dragged her roughly to the barrier, her mother walking smartly beside them and their house elf behind the family, levitating Jeannette's heavy trunk. She gave a wave, back to Zachary, mouthing, Remember, we have to meet two days later right? Her eyes slightly pleading. With parents like hers, no wonder she would rather stay somewhere else.

After the family crossed the barrier, Jeannette's father released her and she dutifully walked two paces behind him. "Dad, when will you and mum be going to--" "Hun, we'll be going tomorrow. Dad thought of going today, but we wouldn't miss fetching you home right?" Her mother replied. Jeannette rolled her eyes. Yeah, right. If I didn't know both of you had a very important meeting with the minister of magic today, I would believe you.

They reached their car, a red Ferrari that was magically changed somewhere, somehow. As they vroomed off back home, Jeannette sighed. She missed her friends. Grabbing her "diary", she took out a quill and started writing, I miss all you like loads! Can we meet tomorrow instead of two days later? My parents will be going away tomorrow morning, I hope.

If you appreciate what they do, feel free to donate your spare change to help feed them on the weekends. After selecting the amount you want to donate from the menu, you can continue by clicking on PayPal logo.
