The world has gone to hell, and the few people left are struggling to survive, and take back the world that once was theirs. Werewolves roam freely. Unable to control their instincts, the lycans, as they are referred to, will consume any who cross their paths.
These aren't your average fictional werewolves either. They are human-like in every way except their animal instincts, and killer will to survive. Who gives a care about the full moon? Try dealing with these creatures 24/7!
Several people against an army of werewolves, and the genetic genius of the century. Doesn't seem like a fair fight, but it's all they have. Not to mention there are two werewolves on the good side; and one of them is an infiltrator in the enemy’s domain.
Rules:
-No god-modding.
-No one-liners. At least one paragraph a post, and try to stay literate. That means proper capitals, minimum spelling mistakes--typos are understandable--and please try to have proper grammar and sentence structure.
-Keep romance according to the rules. I personally don't mind romance, but if you have to do anything too far, either just imply it in the text or take it to PM's.
-Violence must be sensible, no killing without permission, etc. If you have given permission for your character to be killed please PM me so I know that.
-Cursing must be reasonable. Some is fine, but don't be vulgar, please. It's not enjoyable to read.
-If you are leaving or unable to post please notify me.
-I have the right to ask you to leave the RP if I see fit.
-Please try to keep the gender ratios even. I don't want ten girls and only two guys. I will be strict on this if I have to be.
-Please only post in the IC once you have been accepted.
-And also, do try to have a good time. This is meant to be fun. ^^

Now then, here are the specific, premade characters. Some originals are alright, but these need to be filled as well.
Annika is a young werewolf, struggling to keep her mind in complete control. No lycan has ever been known to stay sane as long as Ann has, but is she really in her right mind?
Being the first of many werewolves has changed her perspective of the world, and value of life. She knows she can't keep from going insane forever, but does her best for her lover, David. Of course no one wants to be friends with a potentially dangerous werewolf, and she only has her friends David and Ayla to keep her company.
David is sad and defeated. He lives only to help humanity, and to be with his true love. He is afraid of losing Annika again, after being separated for seven years, till the night they both happened upon each other at an old house. He tries to help Ann in every way that he can, and gets overly protective of her when everyone else bullies or ignores her over her unavoidable condition. David is best friend's with Ja-Lun; the leader of their little 'squad', or, werewolf hunter's group in the small society they live in. He is part of the squad, but would break all the rules for Annika.
Chris is the loner type. He doesn't dare befriend anyone for fear of losing them, like he lost his family and everyone close to him when the lycan disease started. At least not until he finds Matt; a lone survivor looking for refuge. He tries to be funny and under-serious, purposefully, intending to keep everyone in camp happy in these rough times. He is a part of the squad, and is very loyal, but will stand up for himself and other's when he logically sees fit.
Matt is a boy who struggles with bravery. He depended on his older sister Jenny to keep him and herself alive and un-infected from werewolf attacks, and the shortage of resources. Jenny died and Matt was left home to seek help. He knew nothing of the wild, and couldn't care for himself if his life depended on it, which it did. He was found spying on the camp by Chris, while searching for a new home. He was immediately accepted, and was to be watched over by Chris, when the squad's smaller campsite was rampaged by werewolves. More werewolves than were in a normal pack. He was bitten and infected with lycanthropy.
Ja-Lun is an authoritative figure among the camp. Being close friends with David, you would think he would be more accepting of Annika. But he is the follow-the-rules type, and discriminates werewolves because of their dangerous and unpredictable nature. He believes Annika to be the source of the attack on the squad, because she is one of them. And he isn't far from the truth.
Ayla(Alia) is a girl of eleven. She had lived with the camp since the age of four, and doesn't know where she came from. She is unknowingly the younger sister of Matt, but was lost long ago after their parents were infected, and they had no supervision. It wouldn't be obvious who she really was, even to Matt, because no one knows her real name. The best they could get out of her when she was little was the name "Ayla" slightly off from her actual name. Ayla act's like she knows it all, but has the tendency to whine a lot, and everyone see's her just as she is; a little kid.
The Doctor is pretty much the equivalent of a mad scientist. Not truly evil, but not truly good. He has moral reasons behind what he does, mainly because he doesn't want to see mankind destroy the earth. He plays around with genetics, and invented the lycan disease as a viral accomplice to kill off humans. He is very mysterious, and nobody knows his real name. He has an army of werewolves to do his will, and sometimes makes 'pets' out of them, by giving them extraordinarily enhanced muscles, while toying with their brains, to use them against his enemies from the inside; often the result of his tests. He feel's threatened by the camp, which is why he sent his werewolves to capture their defenses (the squad). He has a secret plot to get rid of his adversaries.

Other:(Optional.) She unknowingly betreyed the camp; she had a tracking device inside her, installed by The Doctor to find his enemy. She had no idea, therefore she is not responsible for it. It was what caused the attack on the squad.
Appearance:(Pictures are fine) Annika is pretty, even though she had been living in rough times. She has short brown hair that goes just above her shoulders. Her eyes are grey and wolf-like, and she has werewolf reflexes. She doesn't have a clothing style, since most of her clothes are hand made, or scavenged.
I won't have the IC up till at least the main characters are filled in.
