Yes!, Finnaly i bleach rp that wont die before it starts. This rp goes back to when the SoulSociety was first born.
First you should know what the Gotei 13 is

The Gotei 13 (goteijūsantai, 13 Division Imperial Guards, or 13 Court Guard Squads in the English dubbed version) is the organization which most shinigami join. It is split into thirteen divisions (hence the name), with several divisions having certain specializations. The 4th Division is the medical/supply division, the 11th Division is the combat division (specialization in swordsmanship), and the 12th Division is the research/scientific division. The 9th Division was shown, in a Shinigami Cup extra, to be in charge of newspaper and magazine-related duties. It's unclear if the other divisions are specialized, as the four above are the only ones who receive any significant attention apart from their members.

Kiba walked along the side of the building, it was another boring day in the Soul Society, "hmmmm," he sighed slowly as he looked out and saw a cherry tree in the court yard, giving a faint smile he walked over to it and sat under it, he sword in his hands, "another day in the soul society," he thought.

Tellius spotted Kiba sitting under the cherry tree and decided to join him. He walked to the cherry tree and looked at him.
"Someone was dieing but we managed to save him. Another job well done." Tellius said sitting sitting next Kiba. "Hows your day so far" he said looking at him and smiling.
