Indigo looked down at Milla and smiled. "I could of carried you, you know." He laughed a bit. He looked over at Odelia she was snow white and shaking all over. 'the dark.' he thought remembering that she was afraid of it. He put his hand on her shoulder and shook it as though it was a form of encouragement. "Don't worry there will be light soon enough, and real light this time. Who knows there might even be some real Rain." He took his hand off of her shoulder and linked it back with Milla's. He watched curiously as Grave crawled up the ladder and slid the lid over the hole, everything went black except for a few slits of light. He gave a squeeze to Milla's hand not really sure if he was telling her it was going to be alright or if he was reassuring himself. "Good idea." He nodded at Grave. "I say we start moving, the sooner the better." He said as he began to walk into the darkness tugging Milla along with him.

Odelia was shaking, Rain was laughing and her heart was pounding. 'Scardy Cat! Need your boyfriend to save you?' Rain laughed at her inside of her head. 'Rain would you please be quiet!' Rain just kept laughing and she knew why. She was about to walk into darkness, Rain loved the dark because in the dark Odelia could no longer tell what was in her mind and what was real. She looked back at Indigo when he touched her shoulder she gave a fake smile and went back to looking at the darkness. "Yea real rain." She said softly. Only problem was which Rain was she talking about? She hadn't been out in so long. She didn't even know what the sun felt like anymore. A shudder went through her as grave closed the lid to the sewers. It was almost pitch black now. She grabbed onto his hand immediately when he came back down. "Yeah let's go." She said in a shaky voice. 'Yes hunny thats right juts walk into the pitch black tunnel.' Rain laughed deviously
So happy to be back and writing, feels awesome =)

“Don’t leave me.” Milla whispered softly to herself half taking about her sanity the other talking about Indigo. Biting on the inside of her cheek Milla kept her eyes closed while walking knowing it would only make a difference on the inside. With her eyes closed she could picture the place differently. The walls were not red but painted a cheery yellow; they were not walking in blood but on soft, fluffy carpet. There was also a lot of light shining down on both of them as they danced around the room. Free, they were free finally. If only it was true.

Grave picked Odelia up feeling a lot better about the whole thing with her in his arms. She was so tiny and light it was nothing. Cradling the girl in his arms he kept walking straight but watching his step the whole time so as to make sure he never tripped. Pressing her tightly against his chest he kept repeating encouraging words for both of them.
I do not post until two others have posted in front of me so it does not turn into a 1 on 1...Unless it is a 1 on 1 O_o

"Never." Indigo said as they left there one bit of light behind. He held onto her hand and brought her forward so that they were next to each other. "We have to be careful the ceiling could get lower." He said, but truthfully that should be the least of their worries. The doctors could catch up to them, they could be stuck in darkness for days, there could be something down here basically anything could happen. Carefully he took steps, he could hear the ground squishing underneath him, he didn't dare to think about what it was.

Odelia felt herself being picked up. "I'm such a whimp." She laughed, but she was sure that that was just an insult from Rain. She wanted to walk but she was comfortable in Grave's arms. 'Your not dead. Just walk.' Rain whined to her. Odelia shook hear head as she watched the last bit of light she had disappear. 'Your in my world now darling.' Rain chuckled. Odelia shivered, for all she knew now Rain could be hiding in the shadows. 'Don't worry, this will be a fun experience for me.' She laughed again and Odelia swore that she could hear the laughs echoing. She closed her eyes tightly and buried her face into graves chest. "Don't let her hurt me." She told him, not really caring that she sounded insane.

It felt like they had been walking for days but in reality it must have been for two hours. Breathless, tired, and in dire need of sleep Milla sunk down onto the ground not caring for now that it was blood. “How much longer.” She asked not expecting an answer at all. Hanging her head she began to steady her breathing that came from when they decided running might had been a good idea. Whosever it was…Well they must not have been thinking clearly.

“Nothing will harm you when I am here.” Grave whispered into Odelia’s ear while taking her hand and letting her rest in his lap. This way she did not have to sit in the blood like he was. “I think this would be a good time to rest for awhile. I will stay up so I can wake you in case any doctors decide to pay a visit here.”

Indigo sighed as he picked Milla up and off the ground. He sat down next to Grave with Milla in his arms. "I'm sorry it was my idea to run." He apologized to everyone. He felt Milla's face with his hand and wiped the hair out of her face. He kissed her forehead and the taste of blood filled his mouth. He ignored it though. "Yes let's rest." He said as he put his head against the wall not really caring what was there. He closed his eyes and tried to fall asleep.

Odelia shook her head. "Rain well get me." She said shakily. The running hadn't helped. She had started to run because she thought that Rain was chasing after her, Indigo has just happened to mention they start running as soon as she started. She could still hear rain laughing which sent a shiver down her back. "D-d-don't let her h-h-urt me." She whined as she buried her head into Graves chest

Milla closed her eyes feeling herself drift off to a restless sleep. The blood soaked through her clothes as she rested against the boy; her head throbbed and chest ached. How much longer in this hell hole? Escaping seemed like it was the most idiotic idea ever, at least they had beds. Always though the chance of dieing. Maybe it was smart then.

“Shhh, with me here nothing will get you.” Grave wanted to ask her what she was talking about but thought it would be better to leave it. Struggling to keep his eyes open Grave began to rock the girl back and forth soothing and running fingers through her stained hair. “Don’t worry. I will hurt whatever wants to harm you.”

Indigo finally let the sleep get the best of him. He bent over one more time to kiss Milla before surrendering to sleep. He dreamt that they were out. That they had found the way and there was sun again. Everyone was so happy, so joyful. Then the clouds came back and everything went black. He groaned as he opened his eyes. He adjusted Milla on his lap and pushed away a rat, he wiped his hand on his jeans and went back to sleep.

Odelia groaned a bit as she could feel the sleep sneaking in. "You can't get her. She's...not here." She said barley loud enough for Grave to hear. When grave started to run his fingers through her hair she gave up to sleep. As soon as she fell asleep Rain was there. In person and she looked exactly like the dead girl back in the basement.
"Odelia." She smirked.
"Rain." Odelia groaned.
"Haevn't seen you a while."
"No ya know you only live in my head!" Odelia yelled as she pointed at her head. Rain just chuckled and took out a knife from behind her back "Lets play a game Odi!" She laughed as she walked forward. Odi was what Rain called her back when she was younger, back when they really would play games.
"No! No! No!" Odelia yelled as she began to move in Grave's arms she awoke screaming and jumped out of Graves arms. She backed against a wall and looked around. "No light! No light! NO LIGHT!" She yelled. She had never woken up to darkness there had always been light for all she knew she could still be dreaming.

Screaming awoke Milla causing her to jump out of strong arms. “What the hell!” She screamed scared out of her mind. “What the fuck, what the hell…” Darkness, thick cloud of darkness, screaming, blood. She felt as though she was in the scene of a murder and all she could think of was one thought. To get away. Rushing towards the sound she gripped tightly on the girl before slapping her across the face. “Get a grip! Nothing is here to hurt you and if there were you would be leading it to us!”

Grave tried to hold tightly to the girl who was freaking out but she was too fast. Standing up he tried to find Odelia but couldn’t in time. Hearing a slap then silence he knew instantly that someone had slapped her. “What just happened?” He hissed before grasping the assaulter and pushing whoever it was to the ground. “Don’t touch her!”

Indigo awoke dazed and confused. Milla wasn't on his lap any more and someone was screaming about there being not light. 'No shit sherlock.' He thought as he got up. He heard Milla yelling and then a loud whack filled the air. The screaming had stopped and by what he could guess he assumed that Odelia had been screaming and Milla had hit her. "Milla!" He yelled as he heard a body being crushed to the floor. He ran over pushing Odelia to the side. He pushed who he assumed was Grave off of Milla and onto the ground. "What are you doing?!" He yelled as he pinned him down by his shoulders. "Stop it!" He yelled as he punched him in the face. He didn't know what had come over him but Grave had just hurt Milla and that wasn't aloud.

Odelia let out a yelp as a hand came across her face. It stung like crazy, she put her hand up to her face it was warm from the hit. Everything went in slow motion she heard Grave yell something as he knocked someone to the ground and then Indigo came and pushed her against the wall, she heard a punching sound and let out another yelp. She ran over to where she heard the punching sound not really sure what to do. "Indigo! Stop!" She yelled afraid to do something. Instead she just ran back to where Milla was. She bent down beside her and pushed her up so that she was sitting. "You okay?" she asked.

Groaning Milla allowed whoever it was to help her up; the voice told her it was Odelia’s. “Thanks…” Rubbing the red spot on her face she weakly stood up and shook her head trying to figure out what happened. “I was only trying to get you to stop freaking out.” She admitted an apologetic tone in her voice. “I was not trying to hurt you or anything…Though I was pissed.” Shouts, fist hitting skin, it was all too much. Rushing over Milla began to scream at them “Stop, this isn’t helping anything! Stop it!” When they didn’t Milla shook her head, glad it was dark so the tears didn’t show, and rushed down the tunnel.

Struggling, Grave moved his head so the boy’s fist hit the ground instead of his cheek. Using his arms he shoved the boy off of him and slammed it into Indigo’s stomach. “Fucking bastard, think your strong?” It was all anger and all he could see was red. Hit him! Take him! Let the blood pool Demons were in control now and they were hungry. The screams were merely a buzzing noise that annoyed him.

Indigo groaned in pain as his fist struck the ground. While he was shaking his hand Grave punched him in the stomach. His body slammed against the wall and he slumped downwards into a ball. He wrapped his arms around his stomach and coughed. "Yeah actually I do. Because strength isn't the only way you can be strong, at least I don't hit girls." He groaned as he rolled onto his side. 'Couldn't even take one hit, what's wrong with me?' He thought.

Odelia knew what was going to happen when she heard Grave yell at Indigo. She rushed over and stood next to Milla. "He won't listen, the demons have him now." She said in a haze. She knew that she could try and stop him but a certain part of her was afraid to move any closer. Cautiously she took a step forward and she placed a hand on his shoulder, she gave it a light squeeze and cautiously bent down next to him. "Grave, You have to breathe. Please." She whispered to him as calmly as possible

Milla kept running, running, her feet throbbing with each step they took on the ground. Her lungs screamed for air but she continued to push herself. It wasn’t until she slipped and hit the bloodied ground hard when she gave up. Shuddering she grasped her legs and pulled them close tired and wishing that they were out already. “How much longer?” She asked herself for the hundredth time that day. Or was it a new day? She didn’t know and wondered how much longer it would be.

Gasping for breath Grave stood up and walked over to the man on the floor. All this blood it was driving him insane, it was powering his need. Slowly he raised a hand ready to hit Indigo with a deadly blow but stopped when a voice entered his mind. Turning around he grasped the owner listening intently to her words, the only sane part of him holding tightly. It took a few minuets but he was back to normal.

Indigo got up and brushed himself off as he ran over to Milla. He picked her up, "Soon, we'll get somewhere soon." He said as he cradeled her and kissed her forehead. He shook his head, how was he supposed to know if they were going to get out soon? For all he knew they could be walking for days until they find light. Only problem was they didn't have days. They needed food and water, both of which there was none down here. "Let's keep moving" He said as he began to walk forward with Milla in his arms.

Odelia smiled at Grave as she grabbed his hand and helped him up. "It's okay, no demons are going to get to you. Not while I'm here." She let go of his hand and brushed it off on her clothes. She knew that in some way she helped Grave, it seemed as though whenever she talked to him the demons seemed to calm down. He did the same thing to Rain. When ever he talked to her she could feel rain shrinking away slowly. But she would always come back as soon as he left. She looked down the tunnel and sighed. She began to walk but then she had an idea. She stuck her finger in her mouth, the rustic taste of blood filling it. She then took her finger out and held it above he head. She could feel a breeze, A beautiful cool breeze. The breeze was coming from where they were headed so she knew that it wasn't the testing room. "We're close." She said as she began to walk forward.
