Storyline: In fiction, a plot or storyline is the rendering and ordering of the events and actions of a story, particularly towards the achievement of some particular artistic or emotional effect.
So... the storyline here would be the setting + your intentions about the RP and where to lead it...
You can most likely take some good examples from other threads, as all of them tend to start with that kind of information

Well, I guess we can always collaborate on one right now. Since this RP is called Blood Moon, it's set deep inside the forest, and there is a ribe of Wolf demons... it's leaning towards the fantasy side. Though of course, it could also be futuristic, depending on the surrounding area. Hmm...maybe a realm of mystic beings, struggling to survive in our modern day world? Dunno, just popped up in my mind. With urban sprawl and pollution, it is becoming harder and harder for th emystic spirits of ancient times to continue their way of living, as more and more of the pure source for their chi is being polluted. How's that sound for a start? Ideas?

When I saw a "Blood Moon" RP here, I read this assuming that it would be set in the world of Bloodmoon (that's a link.) If you are creating your own setting and story, then your RP belongs in the "Fantasy" forum.
2 ) If you are this inexperienced at RPing, you should start by joining someone else's RP and learning from other players before hosting your own.
