Blaise nodded. "It must take forever to get everyone ready for school. Well, unless you are all homeschooled." He rubbed the back of his neck. "I don't know why it's so hard for me to talk to you now." He shook his head. "Back on the island, I could tell you anything but now I'm afraid to say some things." Blaise murmured quietly.

Blaise sighed and shook his head. "No, it's not you that scares me." He chuckled softly. "Like I could ever really be afraid of you in the first place." He joked. "I'm just scaring myself, it'll pass eventually." He lied cooly.

Blaise smiled and ruffled Chantelle's hair. "I've felt your furious slap before." He chuckled.

Blaise laughed. "Oh come on, you like it, admit it." He smirked and ruffled her hair again. "You like it because I'm the one ruffling your hair." Blaise teased.

Chantelle sighed and shoved him playfully which made her stumble and clutch onto a flower pot. "Maybe I shouldn't try & shove you."

Blaise helped Chantelle stand up and chuckled. "Not for a while at least." He grinned. "I was just teasing with you you know." Blaise smirked.

Blaise shook his head. "I used to. I quit to take care of my dad." He sighed and rubbed the back of his head. "I'm thinking about going back though."

"Probably Mayfield." He shrugged. "Where do you go to school?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "Are you home schooled?"

"Well..I don't really go to school..I'm studying at university..via the internet..I teach the little kids..and I'm trying to get a proper teaching degree." Chantelle said quietly.

Blaise smiled. "A teacher? Really?" He sighed. "Are you ashamed of that?" He asked. "I'm sure you'll make a great teacher, even if your just taking online classes." Blaise smiled.

Chantelle shook her head. "I'm not ashamed..I just....I'm only taking the teacher degree online..so I can teach the littlies..I plan on doing it..for a long time..instead of..s-s-s-s-surfing." She choked out.

Blaise sighed. "Oh." He frowned and looked at Chantelle. "Do you want to do that?" He asked. "Quit surfing just to teach your 'family'? Is that something you really want to do?" Blaise wasn't going to force her to surf if she didn't want to. But giving up something she is good at would just be stupid.
