Blaise shrugged and was now cooking the birds. "I can't say it's a bad thing. It was easier to get everything done, not having you up to slow me down and..." He grinned at her. "Distract me." He pulled a little meat off one of the birds and tossed it to Chantelle. "Try this, it's way better than turkey or chicken in my opinion."

Chantelle caught the meat with one hand and she chewed at it. "Not bad..actually quite good. But I've never tried Turkey before so..I'm not one to judge." She admitted, chewing some more.

Blaise chuckled. "You've never had turkey?" He sighed. "I used to live off of turkey sandwiches as a kid." He smiled and put out the fire under the birds. "If you want any more you better come over here before I eat it all." He grinned. "Maybe we should check out the island today. See if anyone else is here or if we can find something to get us off this damn island." He pulled off another piece of meat for himself and slowly chewed on it.

"I'm not hungry." Chantelle sighed, even though she had barely eaten and she knew she should eat. She just wasn't hungry. "Blaise..no one else is here. If they were, they would of heard or seen us....and it's not that bad..maybe it's just because your stuck here...with me."

Blaise shook his head. "But we have to find a way out of here." He stared at the ground for a few seconds. "We can't live on this island forever, someone's going to notice we're gone and they'll send the coast guard to come look for us. That wave couldn't have carried us too far. Could it have?" He sighed.

Chantelle sighed. "No..It couldn't of. But I'm glad to get a break from my hectic life." She gave him a small smile before singing a couple of lines of this song. And when she finished she starting singing, I Want To Make Magic, from the musical Fame.

Blaise smiled. "Your a great singer." He laid on his back and sighed. "I want to say that I don't want to be here but truth is, I like it better here than back home. Like I said earlier, it's like a vacation." He sighed. "But vacation's have got to end at some point. What happens when we run out of food? Or one of us get's sick?" He looked at Chantelle. "When do you think the'll find us?"

Chantelle ignored eveything he said, but she smiled at his singing comment. "Then listen to the next song. It actually has some meaning to what's happening." Chantelle took a deep breath, then launched into Invisible, Taylor Swift. "Did you get the meaning?" Chantelle asked, puffing as she flopped back onto the sand.

Blaise smiled as she sang. "You must really enjoy entertaining me." He muttered when she finished. "I think I get the meaning, but, can you help me to understand it better?" He looked over at Chantelle.

Chantelle blushed, still lying on the sand. "Well..what do you think it means?" She asked him, propping herself up on one elbow as she looked at him.

Blaise shrugged. "I'm not quite sure, but, I think your attracted to me." He grinned. "It's what I'm getting from the song." Blaise sighed and closed his eyes. "Am I wrong?" He asked.

Chantelle blushed. "Your not wrong." Her eyes flickered closed for a second but she opened them again, eyeing him carefully. "Can I look inside the shelter? Or is it to precious that clumsy old me might knock it down?"

Blaise smiled. "I don't know, you might knock it down I mean, you fell into a mud puddle today." He teased. "Go ahead. Let me know which hammock you choose." He folded his hands behind his head and listened to the sound of the waves crash on the beach, his eyes still closed.

Chantelle peeked into the shelter and walked back over to him. "Okay..considering one is close to the ground..I'll take that one. I won't be able to reach the other one. Good job. Did the waves just get choppier?? And did it..wow..they are some big clouds."

Blaise looked atthe waves then to the clouds. "Well that's not good." He frowned. "Judging by how big and dark those clouds are, you can pretty much expect some heavy rain and probably a thunderstorm." He sighed. "Maybe it would be better if we did find a cave."

"Great. Just what I need..another fear.." Chantelle trembled, her eyes slowly filling up with tears. "I hate thunderstorms." She whimpered, her arms wrapping around herself.

Blaise looked at Chantelle. "Don't cry." He sighed standinng up and walking over to her. "But if it is a thunderstorm, we should go look for a safer shelter than the hut." He faced the forest and started walking towards it. "Grab whatever you need then come on." He picked up his wetsuit and waited for her.

"But I'm scared..." Chantelle whined but following him, already wearing everything she owned. "Chantelle's scared.." Chantelle's tears started to spill over.

Bliase frowned and stopped to look at Chantelle. "Why are you scared? The thunderstorm's not going to hurt you." He grabbed her by the shoulders and looked into her tear-filled eyes. "It's not going to hurt you while I'm here."

"W-W-Why am I scared? That's a s-s-stup-." She was cut off by him grabbing her shoulders. "How do you know? I hate to break it to you but your not super strong and your not made out of something very protective." Chantelle said quietly. "Chantelle's even more scared." She whispered chilishly, before pushing past him and making her way into the forest.
