Eye color: Hazel like color between Pink, red, and orange, these three colors are mixed inside of his eye, that holds no Pupil{The black dot in human eyes}, it is strictly Iris{the color part}. The mixture of these colors reminds the looker of a sunset, or a dream.
Eye type: his eyes resemble 'chibi' though showing sadness and curiosity, making him look innocent and abused.
Hair color: Dark blue
Hair type: He has long and straight choppy front bangs that covers his forehead, and fall slight over his eyes, though in the area between his eyes is covered by longer choppy bangs. He has long side bangs that fall to his shoulders, covering most of his ears. The hair that falls in the back goes all the way down to a little above the center of his back, though the ending is perfectly straight, rather choppy.
Skin tone/type:A little lighter then Classic British Coffee . His skin is soft, and pampered, showing no blemishes/scratches, or anything out of the ordinary, also besides the hair on his head and his very thin eyebrows hes hairless.
Facial features: Innocent and young, resembling feminine and childish qualities. His cheeks are slight chubby showing a little baby fat in then, with a little natural blush. His forehead{which is covered} isn't seen though isn't large, nor is it very small it's in average/nice size. He has a 'button nose', meaning it looks likes a backwards 'c' then a straight one or a wide one.Body features: Hes short and thin, he doesn't have any masculine or strong like features. Weapon: Kyūshojutsu- where is aims to attack peoples pressure points to weaken them for close range battles, this could also stimulate or even heal them if he misses. Though what makes him stronger at this is him making tiny soul threads from his fingers and palms that act almost as very thin needles that don't do puncturing damage rather inner damage.
Clothing: Usually something casual to something that makes him seem like a cool person, though he never gets dressed up or looking fancy unless its a must. He likes hoodies, and likes to wears things that are comfortable to him.
Other: He always carries a pack of gum with him.

Abilities
Eyes- His main asset. His eye sight is better then any animal, human, or most robot on the face of the earth, he can see 360 degrees all around him besides blink part in the back of him, and locations no where near him. He can also see through solid objects and even water. He can see the pressure points,the insides, and places in a human/animal where they are weak. Such as if they've been attacked there latley. He can use this against others or for his own benefit. Though the weakness of this ability is that he has a thin area in the back of his neck where is black he cant see in a thin area in the back of him.
Soul Thread- Simply put he can make strands of thread from his body that are almost invisible to the human eye, they appear as nothing more then a thin pinikish blue misty light that appears harmless. They are very strong and can cut through almost anything, besides quartz crystal. They can go through an object{Besides quartz crystal} without breaking it unless he wants it to attack it. Ex: Armor. He can make it attack the human without cutting the armor. He can make hundreds of them at a time, though these are easy to break if someone spots them before they are attack. Also they can not kill a human on the spot if they aren't trapped by it. For those around him, he can use as unwilling, non mind control puppets if they are unaware of his ability, though if they are then this small effect is canceled.
Spider Thread- Almost the same as Soul thread though it works by him conducting it from objects around him, and sticking to other objects to make what could be a web, or this is the perfect way for him to trap someone. his web is harder to break through and can be used as a defense depending on the object hes connecting the web from and two. Its a two way thing. Ex: If he connects a tree thread to a wall thread it would be hard for someone to attack it or get passed, though if it was glass thread to tree thread{Depending on the tree} then it would be easy for someone to get through with enough strength.
Sight manipulation-This is also called Illusioning. If someone is focused on him to long, he can force them to create a person, item or thing from their memories. By them focusing on him he can peer into their soul and memories and find the thing he needs. Though if the Illusion works on them, or makes them weak then he can alter their sight by making his soul threads into that character, though if they get to close by 'hug' or whatnot, then the illusion will disappear and the soul threads will form around their body causing them to become trapped by it.
Blink- This a cooperative skill that he and his opponent or people around him has. If his opponent blinks or closes their eyes then he can teleport himself to a different location around them, though this is only if they blink and not him himself. This is caused by his manipulation of sight, if they cant see him then he is able to move about as he wants.
Awakening- This is a special skill where he concentrates for a while, building enough soul threads off of him, till he begins to levitate slowly, when he starts to levitate this is a dangerous time to attack him because invisible soul threads are cocooning him and you might become a part of the cocoon though in swirling pieces. As this is going in, he is basically in a maze inside of his mind where when he is finished then the thread that is around him with explode and work as hundreds of slashes in the area around him, though this is not fatal it is very powerful and can cause a lot of damage if someone doesn't block it.

Information
Personality: A very hard topic to discuss though Hotaru very calm and collected. He never seems to get upset and he never seems to get happy either. Someone wouldn't say hes shy though he shows something close to emotionless, he doesn't like to fight nor does he have any need for hand to hand combat anyway. Though he never gives up on everything, especially on one of his hobbies. Hotaru shows most emotion if someone gets him to drink any alcoholic beverage which he has a low tolerance for, though when hes drunk hes very funny, because he acts like...well a drunk person. Otherwise he doesn't talk when spoken to and doesn't like to make conversation with people who sees him as weak, because he knows soon they will die.
Bio: Hotaru was born blink with the eyes he had now with no pupil and only iris. Though during a meteor shower, his parents took him to see it when he was very young, knowing that he could see in general though they where playing 'fairy tale'. The Meteor shower was very bright and could have blinded everyone who didn't shield their eyes, though Hotaru watched and after a while of watched he could image him being one of the Meteors, as it flew around earth, he saw every little detail every little picture, image on earth. Though it stayed permanent. He was able to see after the meteors passed, though his eyes didn't change and the rays of the meteors gave him a awkward body mutation where he could make what he calls 'Soul Thread' because of their color and appearance.
On his 5 birthday when his parents came in to wish him a happy birthday he was having a long nightmare that night. And he was making thousands of Spider threads that night unconscious, when his parents jumped in to surprise him, he woke up and the spider thread wrapped around them and begun to crush them, it cut through their epidermis and a little into their flesh but he somehow summon it away just in time to save their lived. He called the ambulance and they where sent to the emergency room, the lived as well.
