Actually I have a hell of a lot of experience in running Chat role plays, daily. I can come up with an ongoing setting that will be enough for something general and everyone (And essential chat multiverse.)
Also, you mean 9 PM 12 AM Yes?

Lol, for what it's worth, that's also the time frame during which daily roleplay actually does happen still, at least when Zhelir's there rousing the troops. From 9 PM to Midnight, Eastern time.
Sometime ago, also, a free-form 24/7 wide-open casual roleplay channel was created as per request of a few users, and that can be found in #RPGateway. All the status from GWing should be transferred to there too, if I recall correctly.
