I have decided to mark my 18th birthday with an RP, and so i shall use my favorite manga for the base work.
(my b-day is the feb 26)

For those who haven't read chobits before, it's about a world where there are robots in the shape and look of humans. They are used every day and they will not be going for a long time (or so i've read). These machines are called Personal Computers (PersComs for short). They can link up to the web wirelessly, they can call you'r freinds at any time you ask, and they can do a bunch of things that most humans can do....as long as it's in their programming.
There are smaller versions of these machines, they are known as PersCom Laptops (literaly, they are about 3" to 4" in height and weigh about 5 pounds, and they have a wider range of looks then perscoms but are vastly more expensive) these little PersComs are able to be brought everywhere without hinderence (For the bigger models, you have to buy a second train ticket to seat them). Though they are expensive, they are very useful, and they're soooo cute when you use them. They can be hooked up to a computer, the T.V., a printer and a bunch of other things (can't list them now). Some people can make their own custom Perscoms, configuring them to how they like it instead of buying the every day factory models. Some people think their Perscoms are so real, they shun the real world for the rest of theirnatural human lives and spend it with their PersComs. The word Chobits describes a special type of Perscom that can think and act on it's own (Though it needs someone to turn it on though). and so these are very rare since no one can really tell if it is human or not. (P.S. there are no chobits allowed in this forum unless there is a special reason on how you got it)

Character Rules
When making your character, there are a few rules to put in mind, one is the minimum and maximum age limit (this is from the ages of 12 to 35) and the fact that you can only play as a human.

Perscom Rules
When making you perscom, note that they are mostly human like (they have skin and two arms, two legs & a discernable torso and head)except for their ears, which can be any shape or size (if you want them to have discernable ear, if not, then you can give the hair ornaments that have audio transivers in them) and there is a special cord that can be pulled out of those ears and linked to computers, T.V. and other objects. If your perscom has any Special Features (like a tail or wings), please PM me what you are going to do and i'll tell you if it's acceptable or not.

Physical Descrition: Hashin has long brown hair tied back into a ponytail. His facial features seem solemn yet stern, while his tanned skin makes him seem hispanic, he's realy English, though he doesn't have the accent. Hashin Wears a black tanktop that has the Garuba logo on the back, along with black denim jeans, black leather boots, and sometimes a leather jacket when it gets cold. (p.s. the Garuba symbol is a big G with a Shield and weightbar behind it)

PersCom Description: Sherlly, Perscom Custom Laptop - Height: 5", Wheight 7 Lbs
Sherlly was made by Hashin after he recieved the settlment for the accident that ended his parent's life. He spent five days making her (and her counterpart Edgar, which is not active yet so he won't be listed), and another three trying to get her customized the way he wanted her to be. Sherlly has a spectial custom OS built into her (Failed to mention OS means Operating System) that makes her able to interact with others in ways most PersComs can't, though she has feelings, her system is still derived from collecting data, and so thats what still makes her a PersCom instead of a miniature Chobits. She refers to everyone as either me'lord or me'lady (Programed to do so and can't be changed), though she wears a special outfit Hashin designed out of soft and hard leathers (it acually looks like leather armor, she wears baggy soft leather pants and a hard leather Bodyguard with short, soft leather sleeves sewn onto it, a pair of soft leather gloves and soft leather boots, that has hard leather sewn to the bottom of that. She has the ability to hack into almost any computer that has been made (except for the chobits model) and can hardwire it to do anything she wants. Due to the rumors of a model of PersCom known as the Chobits, Hashin has done his best to get her past that level to make her even more human then possible. Though he knows that in order to do that, he must disassemble her, and he can't seem to bring himself to do it.

Character Biography: Hashin was born into a nice family, had nice freinds, did great in school, and had anything he wanted. When he was twelve, the glorious life had ended; his parents had gotten into a crashed and were killed during the impact. As a right to Hashin, the court had given him the choise of iether going into foster care or live with his relatives, as he thought he should, Hashin went to live with his aunt And uncle. His uncle was a cronic drunk that would severly beat his aunt, and his aunt was a passivist. In the end, Hashin's aunt went to devorce his uncle and took him with her to Japan. When Hashin reached the age of sixteen, the court setlement came in with over 2 million dollars. Hashin went and spent it on parts to build Sherlly and Edgar (edgar isn't active yet) and to make the PersCube. Then Hashin went to buy a house and got it signed in his aunt's name, and now they live together in the same house. Hashin the founder of his school's robotics club and tries his best to keep it going. When he's at home though, he spends time with his aunt and Sherlly.

Personality: Hashin is quiet and calm, he never loses his cool and usually keeps to himself, unless it's about the Robotics club, then he is all in a huff and does whatever it is that needs his acute attention.

Physical Description: Netedro has black hair, kept short and spiked up, green eyes, and wears glasses, with thin ridges, no tint. He has a single earring in his right ear, plain, small, simple, and green. It matches his eyes. He normally wears black suits with white undershirts, looking very formal, like a young business man, or lawyer. During his nighttime activities, he wears a plain stealth suit.

PersCom Description: Netedro custom built his PersCom to fit his needs. Meyaki, his PersCom, has peach hair in a hime cut, pulled back into a ponytail. Her ears are large, white, and almost catlike. She wears typical clothing for a 15 year old girl, and her personality is programmed to serve as a little sister... a very helpful one, but still. Meyaki serves a dual purpose, however, she has all the normal functions of a PersCom (internet, phone, high speed calculator, and can hooked up to the basic pieces of equipment when using the cable from her white ears), but has specially programmed into her unique programs that let her serve as Netedro's partner in crime. After receiving her keyword, she undergoes a slight physical transformation. Her normal ears retract, and slimmer, longer ears extend, her hair color changes into dark pink, and a special eye piece slides over her eyes, giving them a red appearance, as well as granting her inferred vision, and other scanning abilities. Her sleeker set of ears hold their own cable, that can connect to more sophisticated computers, such as bank security systems, and vault locks, and hack into them, disabling them. While in this form she compresses the data on how to do normal activities to allow her to store large amounts of temporary data for her current heist, and frees up some of her processing power for hacking security systems. However, some data files are decompressed with data on how to function during a job. Not all normal data is compressed during the switch, for example, her personality program still runs as normal, as well as speech and stuff. After a heist is over, the same keyword is repeated, and she reverts back to normal, and deletes all information of the job, so if someone of the law tries to examine her, they won't find any incriminating evidence in her against Netedro. During her second form, she also normally dons a stealth suit similar to Netedro's. She made both her and Netedro's suits herself. Her second form has light weapons proficiency also, and she is normally used as part of Netedro's own training regiment.

Character Biography: Netedro is a relatively bright teenager, and can solve almost any problem he puts his mind to. Sadly, Netedro isn't using his mind as his parents would want, if they even acknowledged his existence. Both his parents are to involved with their arguing to even remember their son. Child services moved Netedro out of his defunct house, and placed him in assorted foster care homes, but none seemed to fit his needs. Eventually the program decided to allow Netedro to live on his own, originally under the surveillance of foster home program. Netedro proved, after a year of living on his own, that he was already fully capable on his own if he tried. And he did. When he was 14, his first year in his own home, he began to request permission to construct his own PersCom. The foster agency humored him and supplied him with the materials needed, but got them from second rate sources. They didn't suspect him to actually build anything. On his 15th birthday he had finally completed the first version of Meyaki. When he requested more pieces to upgrade her, the foster agency denied his request, because the pieces he was now requesting were more expensive, and they couldn't afford to give it to him. And so, Netedro began his life of crime, starting by stealing cheap things, and small sums of money. Eventually he amassed enough wealth to begin Meyaki's first upgrade. And soon, they started to hit larger and larger targets, working together as a team, leaving no clues of their involvement behind. Netedro's personal life is a bit different than his work life. He normally avoids other people at school, except for those in the Computer Science and Robotics club, which he is the founder and president of. The only people who know about Netedro's other life at night are the kids in that class, but they don't do anything about it because they know the reason behind the crimes, and are constantly being updated on her upgrades, and also collaborate on projects to further her abilities. The students in the club are the only ones she refers to informally, all other persons she is very formal with. Netedro, to say the least, isn't formal with anyone, except with his friends, a rather inverse way of thinking. He only acts formal to those he respects. Netedro has his own reasons for his zealous work on Meyaki, that others, not including other club members, might find weird. Netedro never had a family member who listened to him, or cared about him. Never had someone who was there always. Meyaki is the sister he never had, which is why he is so determined to get the funds and parts needed to make her perfect. Why he spends countless hours a week in his apartment working on her personality programming. Why he has more backups for that data than anything else on Meyaki. To him, she is his sister. Recently, Netedro became aware of the Chobits rumor, and has sense then strove to make Meyaki into something similar. A PersCom who is self aware, self learning. A sentient PersCom, that is what Netedro wants his Meyaki to be. His sister to be.

Personality: Netedro is an arrogant, almost pompous sarcastic jerk to those he doesn't know or respect. However, if you can earn his respect, you'll see that he's actually a real nice guy, just a little messed up because of his defunct family.

OOC: It's time to start the RP, and it's going to be good, Start time in the RP is 1500 hours, That means it's about 3:00 pm.

IC: Hashin Sits at the corner table in his favorite cafe and he orders a Plate of chicken and an apple pie slice with a glass of red wine. As he sits and waits for his food, he pulls Sherlly out and starts talking to her. "Sherlly, did you record the professor's lecture this morning?" he says as he pulls out pencil and paper. "Yes m'lord, would you like me to replay it?" she replies. "no thanks" he coninues "But will you wright it down for me?" He asks, paying no mind to the people within the cafe. As Sherlly wrights down on the pencil and paper, Hashin's food comes to him and he cotently eats it, paying more attention to Sherlly's movements then to what she's wrighting.

Netedro was out for a stroll after school, and Meyaki was with him, as always. “Netedro, if you are hungry, we're approaching a cafe, around the next corner.” Netedro lifted his head from counting the cracks in the sidewalk, “That'd be nice, do you have my wallet?” he turned to face her, and she nodded and smiled. “Good.” Turning back around, he continued along the sidewalk, losing track of the number he held in his head moments earlier. As he turned the corner and entered the cafe, he noticed the smells first above the looks. It smelled great.

Breathing in the aroma of the food he stepped toward a table near the corner. However, an old man spilled his drink and soaked Netedro's shoes in alcohol. “Way to go you stupid old man, look what you did to my shoes! The ignorance I put up with in public is outrageous.” He began to curse, less loudly, and walked away. Meyaki stayed behind, and apologized to the man for Netedro's behavior, giving a curtsy, she went and joined him. Arriving at the table, he took a seat, Meyaki took the one beside him. Netedro was still a little angry about his shoes, knowing that it would be a nusance to get the smell of an old drunk out of them.

Behind him sat a man talking to his PersCom, a laptop one. “Heh, making it address him as m'lord?” Netedro shook his head and laughed the slightest of laughs. He had gotten over it, and had wiped as much of the alcohol off already. The waiter came to give him a menu, and not having been there before Netedro didn't know what he should get. When the waiter asked for his drink, he responded tea, and he was about to ask for a recommendation, but the waiter had already left. “What service they got here... Hey, you, with the fancy talking PersCom, what would you recommend a guy to get at this place?” He turned to ask the guy behind him.

As Netedro walks in, an old man accidently spils his drink upon the floor, getting Netedro's nice shoes coverd in Alchole along with Hashin's and three other People. Hashin pays no attention to it, knowing that it was an accident, and he just keeps eating his Chiken, not even knowing that Netedro has walk in with a PersCom and All formally dressed up and every thing.

OOC: I'm slightly confused by that post. I assume I'm supposed to react to it, or something. So I just instead went back and editted my original one to include that event.

Just now noticing Netedro, Hashin looks up from his PersCom, "You should try the chicken, it's the best in town" He Recomends, then turns back to his plate and picks up Sherlly. She then hands him the paper and he begins to read it. Sherlly starts to walk around the tabletop, trying to get a good view of the room. She starts playing with the flowers on the table, pick out two or three that she likes. As soon as Hashin's done Reading, he continues to eat as Sherlly Explores the table. She notices Meyaki and starts to talk to her. "Grettings m'lady" she says with a bow, then continues "Have you been on the web latly?" she asks, hoping to start a conversation with Meyaki.

“The chicken, huh?” Netedro turned back around. Meyaki was just sitting calmly, with a smile on her face, when her eyes glazed over slightly. “Netedro, you just got an email from the computer and robotics club.” “About?” he turned to face her, “Subject line reads, 'Private'.” Turning to hand his menu to the waiter who was back with his tea, “We'll read it later... and I'll have the chicken.” The waiter bowed and went off with the menu. “Greetings m'lady. Have you been on the web lately?” Meyaki turned to face the other guy's laptop PersCom. “Hello, and yes ma'am, I have. Why?” Netedro noticed her talking, and didn't mind. She had the same rights as a real person, and he shouldn't stop her from making a friend. He took a sip of his tea, and sighed, keeping an eye on the little PersCom. Something about her stuck out in his mind, he just couldn't put his finger on it yet.

"There's been a massive number of break-ins in local banks and the like by a boy and his percom!" She says intently, acting like she knows something that most people don't, then she continues "Nice weather out today, Perfect for riding and stuff...." She's cut of by Hashin. "Sherlly, Come over here real quick" he asks, "Yes m'lord" She replies, and rushs to Hashin's side. "Are there any e-mails today?" he asks. "Not yet. m'lord......" She says, but then her eyes flash slightly blue indicating the a phonecall is comming in. "There's a call from Narisha-san, do you wish to accept the charges?". "Yes" he says, and the message is relayed through Sherlly. "Hashin! Belomare just did something you might not like" Narisha says in an exasperated voice. "What did he do now Narisha?" Hashin asks, making it sound as if he was expecting it all to well. "He's Burned another whole in the wall when he treid to work the perscom he built him-self" she says, making sure to express that he's a dunce and Hashin is a genius by far comparison, "We need you over here now, Belomare could be expelled this time" she finishs, and at that moment, Hashin picks up Sherlly and calls for the bill, he pays with a twenty and a perfect tip, then rushes out the door and turns left, making good pace, he gets to Yomanatei High school just before the fireman get there.
