Eric/Remaeus may have mentioned these alot but here they are:
View Your Posts- If you click too often you'll get an error, the function has a 10 second delay on it, so wait 10 seconds before you click it again
MySQL errors- A few things to alleviate this problem, click Shift and press Refresh, if this doesn't work then you need to clear your cache.
Internet Explorer (IE 7): Internet Options>Delete Browsing History>Delete Temporary Internet Files
Firefox: Unknown, maybe someone could provide this

I found for firefox if i right click and select reload page it works and clears things up for me

To clear your firefox 2 cache, go to the drop down menu "Tools" and select "Clear private data". Dunno about firefox 3, but it's probably the same.
You can also go into the security options and set it up to clear private data every time you close firefox.

wait on the view tyour posts, what if you never clied on it for like the whole day, then when you do BAM general error, thats waht happend to me

The timer starts when you reload the page, so when you refresh the page the timer resets to 10 seconds, annoying yes but it does cut down on traffic.
