I call it the Chocolate Lover's Dream Platter.
Description:
Theres a giant chocolate chip cookie that was used as a base. What can be seen are a Spiced Pound Cake spears, quartered Fruit and Chocolate Cookies, No-Bake Cookies, and in the center for dipping is a Fudge Mousse.
The Spice Pound Cake's spices are Ginger and Allspice. The No Bake Cookies contain 75% Dark Chocolate, Oatmeal, and Coconut. The Fruit and Chocolate cookies were to be a Fruit and Nut, but because of allergies, I did without. They contain dried strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, plums, and, of course, chocolate chips.
Want to know the best thing about the platter? Besides the mousse, everything is made without butter and eggs. I used only shortening and olive oil to replace the butter and eggs for the product above. Enjoy.

I love cookies, but I also must advocate MUFFINS!!!! And a whole bunch of other snacks.
