NOTE: I updated my character picture and age

This RP takes place in the same universe and time as Cowboy Bebop, though we will use our own characters and follow our own story.

Well, as in Cowboy Bebop, this RP won't have too much of a set story. Bounty Hunters chase criminals and some of the criminals end up becoming a huge story, others go down in one episode.

Name: Riku Uchiha
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Occupation: Bounty Hunter (You can also be a civillian, military, or even one of the criminals we chase after)
Height: 6' 0"
Appearance: Minus the sword

Personality: Calm, quiet.
Bio: Owns a ship called "Deathgaze" Riku is a very highly regarded Bounty Hunter and usually only goes after the most dangerous and tough criminals. Riku has dual self-modified hand guns which are enormous in both size and power. Both guns are black. He fights with a very fluid water like style, just as Spike does.

Name: Kai Iwamatsu
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Occupation: Bounty Hunter (Riku's Pilot and Partner)
Height: 6' 4"
Appearance:

Personality: A perfect gentleman. Kai has is very polite and kind, but very agressive and dark at the same time.
Bio: Kai is Riku's High School friend. He is the pilot of Riku's ship, Deathgaze, and is also his Bounty Hunter partner. Kai's fighting style is a mix of several fighting styles, but is dominately boxing. Kai's weapon is a single Desert Eagle with a customized enormous 1' 3" barrel for amazing accuracy and power.

Name: Hazue “Yardbird” Akane
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Occupation: Bounty Hunter
Height: 6' 0"
Appearance: His hair is jet black, straight and falls just in front of his eyes which are a deep jade green. He is normally seen wearing dark clothes.
Personality: Upbeat and easy-going.
Bio: ‘Bird’ was famous for a brief time for making a big score over four years ago, now seen by much of the Bounty Hunting community as a has been at the age of 25. Birds fighting style is very structured and flawlessly planned (in contrast to his personality). He fights with a katana in his right hand; and a large black pistol with an extended magazine in his off-hand. He currently resides at central port, his ship recently having been completely destroyed.

Im afraid I haven't seen the series in a while but I'll watch some episodes later to recap.

Personality: Intelligent, (selectively) Brutal
Bio:Head of the crime syndicate called "Esir" Alex is a Respected Crime Lord by many of the people in his Territory especially those in his syndicate. His fighting style is focused on unpredictability using any weapon at hand, although he tends to use a custom pistols. The pistols have blades on the bottom, going from the front-bottom of the handle, stopping right below the barrel, and see-through clips.

Personality: Kind, Loyal
Bio:Alex's "slum buddy", He is Alex's Second-in-Command. Both he and Alexander were born in the slums of Planet Crimson's Port city. They grew up in the city and both got screwed by the Upper class, so they vowed to each other to screw them back, ever since they have been watched by the authorities. His fighting style is revolves around synergy between his Gun, an AR-15, and his Martial arts skill.

"Just land the ship here, Kai." Riku called to the pilot of his ship, Deathgaze. The pilot nodded and pulled the ship into a docking bay on the planet Crimson. A very Earth-like planet, aside from the shimmering red water on the planet. The door of the ship opened and Riku walked out.

"Where are you going?" Kai shouted after Riku.

"I'm goin' to check out the town. I'll be back in a few hours." Riku replied calmly, not even turning around to look at Kai.

Riku walked into a nearby bar and sat down at the counter in a stool away from everyone else. "What'll it be?" The barteneder asked Riku, cleaning out a mug with a washcloth.

"Just a coke. I don't drink." Riku replied in his usual calm tone, pulling out a cigarette and lighting it. The barteneder nodded and brought back a glass and set it down in front of him. At the same moment, a guy walked in and sat down next to Riku. Riku eyed this man out of the corner of his eye. The man did the same. The man went to jump up and pull a knife. In one fluid motion, Riku jumped back from his stool, grabbed the man's wrist, knocked the knife out of his hand, spin him around, pin his head into the bar with his left and, and pull a gun to the back of the man's head with his right. "You're not getting away, Magashi." Riku said to the man calmly. "You're going right to the police so I can get my pay." He whispered in Magashi's ear.

Alexander walked the streets of Planet Crimson's port city; it was the slum of the town where he was king, however he walked about as though he were another one of the inhabitants. He was out alone, in search of a particular fellow who had betrayed the Esir, he always loved to execute these kinds of men on his own, it gave him a since of true victory and accomplishment to take down a traitor himself. Alexander was thinking this as he found himself in front of his target's apartment. He had received a smoke grenade recently and was itching to use it, so when he reached the man's door he held the grenade in hand, kicked in the door, pulled the pin, through the grenade, and hid to the side of the door. When smoke started pouring out of the door Alex rushed in and put his gun to the man's head right below his chin, saying:"you have betrayed me and for that you will die!" Alex pulled the trigger and the recoil of the gun caused him to slit the man's throat. After Alex finished his job he pulled out a cloth and cleaned his gun and blade. as he did this he walked out the apartment and walked back towards his base.

"Have fun in there." Riku said in a mocking tone, throwing Magashi into a holding cell in the ship.
"Hey Riku! Get up here!" Kai yelled out from the ship's living room-like area. Kai sat in front of a computer, looking at the Criminal Data Base made specifically for Bounty Hunters. "Come take a look at this." Kai said, clicking on a person's picture. Riku put his hands in his pockets and bent forward behind Kai to get a better look at the screen. "Alexander "Týr" Klug. 21, Male, 5'11" Head of the Esir Crime Syndicate."
"That's just our type of bounty." Riku said in a calm tone with a grin on his face.
"Yeah. And he's worth 80,000 Dead and 1,200,000 Alive." Kai said looking back at Riku.
Riku whistled. "Well, guess I'll be headin' out then. You check the West end of town, I'll check East." Riku said, turning and strapping his guns to his back.

Alex walked into a bar called:"White Lightening" as he walked towards the back he Motioned towards the bartender. He walked through the door and asked his second-in-command:"So what do we have?" Josef quickly replied:"1.2 mill alive, 80k dead. looks like your making a name for yourself." Alex simply said:"sounds like it." Alex pulled out his gun and began to inspect it to which Josef said:"I don't get how you can obsess over those things." Alex look up and said:"It's not an obsession, it's a necessity, if I don't inspect them often egnough something may go wrong and that'd be the end of me."

Riku walked down a street with the Crimson sea to his right. After a while of walking around town with no leads, he walked into a bar known as "White Lightning". ( Go on youtube and look up "[KR] Cube]" by "Dir en grey" to see how I imagine the bar looking. ) Riku approached the bar and sat down. He looked around and noticed a group of people sitting around and talking in a back room area. Riku flipped open his Bounty Hunter's phone and pulled up a picture of Alex, and there, in the center of the group, was Alex. Riku smiled, pocketed his phone, and walked to the back room area. "What's goin' on guys?" Riku asked in a happy and enthusiastic tone.

OOC: Sorry guys didn’t mean to be so inactive, last uni exam was today so now im all good till Christmas!

Bird payed the trader for giving him a lift to planet Crimson “Here, take your blood money.” The bounty hunter joked with a grin. The trader was not as amused, he took his money and made his was back to his ship. ‘First things, first.’ Bird thought to himself, ‘Check out the bounties.’

Outside the local police station was a large screen displaying the known alias,’ last known locations and pictures if they were available. ‘1.2 mil alive…too big,’ the only other name on the list which displayed a known location as Crimson was much further down on the most wanted list. Bird downloaded the picture update onto his phone. Alexa Massaida, known mid-scale interplanetary drug smuggler, last known location: Crimson, 100,000 Alive, and 80,000 Dead. ‘Mid-Scale’ that was often a read between the lines signal that she moved with bodyguards. ‘Wow they sure don’t care if she’s dead, that’s only a twenty grand difference but it was still the difference between a bust up ship and a really bust up ship.’

Bird walked past a few café’s and shops, slowly making his way to the dodgier end of town. Bird knew that the most important fact about drug dealers were that they constantly needed to make connections and seal deals, but with the local police force in this sector watching all of the channels (encrypted and non-encrypted) for criminal activity, as a result, bars were the natural habitat of the ‘mid-scale’ drug dealer. The bounty hunter came across a bar called ‘White Lightning,’ deeming it worth a shot the man walked into the bar and pulled up a seat at the far end of the bar. The bartender shot him a look from across the bar, Bird made the international sign for a beer bringing a ‘C’ shaped hand up to his hand the bartender nodded and set about draught-ing the drink. The bounty hunter surveyed the surroundings, there was a hive of activity going on in one of the back rooms, the seated guests seemed rattled by an outsider, ‘probably best to see how this one plays out, might get an easy snatch.’ With a deft hand Bird flicked the safety off on his pistol without anyone becoming any the wiser.

Alex and Josef both met each other's eyes, nodding towards one another. Alex went back to inspecting his gun, but then looked up and cocked both his pistols before retuning them to their rightful place. He turned to Riku and said in jest:"nothing, care to join us?" as Alex said this, Josef closed the laptop and got ready to pick up the AR-15 resting on his leg, should something happen.

Riku smiled as he put a cigarette in his mouth. "Sure, I've got nothing better to do." He said, walking into the room and sitting down on the large couch. He kicked back, pulled the cigarette out of his mouth, blew smoke, and then turned to Alex. "So, you must be the head of the Esir I've been hearing so much about." He said to him in a very calm tone. He turned his head to the rest of the club and noticed Bird, a fellow bounty hunter. "I hope he doesn't blow my cover." Riku thought to himself.

When Alex heard Riku's comment, about him being head of the Esir, he became a little disturbed. He quickly regained his composure and asked:"What makes you say that?" After finishing his question Alex reached for his pocket slowly, trying to see if he could Psych Riku out, although he was only reaching for a deck of cards. When he pulled it out he began to shuffle the deck, he then looked to Riku and asked:"Are you familiar with the rules of black-jack?"

Riku smiled. "You're not as hidden and underground as you think Klug. You can find ANYTHING on the internet." He said with a little of a laugh. He turned his attention to the deck of cards Alex had pulled out. "I've never lost a game of black-jack." He said, blowing smoke and grinning, the smoke seeming to take the shape of his grin.

"Well there's a first time for everything." Alex said as he dealt two cards to first Riku then himself. Alex had a 2 showing and looked at his face down card. After he looked at his cards he looked to Riku, who had a 6 showing, and asked:"Hit or stay?"

It hadn’t been long, but already Bird was tired of waiting, he could just make out the long blonde hair of one of the people sitting at the back table, ‘there’s a chance it could be my mark’ he thought to himself. The bounty hunter pulled his trench coat high up on his neck, made sure his sword was hidden, but left his pistol just visible, hopefully it would aid his cover.

Bird fained a limp as he walked over to the back room, he walked in to the faces full of suspicion, “Tamper Sheld’s the name, and baccarat’s the game,” Bird spoke faking a foreign accent fairly well. “ ‘Hashin’ said I might be able to find a high stakes game in this bar, if I was in the neighbourhood.” The man obviously thought that dropping in the name of a spice dealer he’d caught only a week previous would help his cause; hopefully his capture hadn’t reached the criminal grid yet.

Alex looked at the man walking into the back room and said:"Apparently privacy no longer exists, the back room is here so as to separate the people who pay extra from the random unknown people. To late to do anything about it now." Alex dealt The other man two cards, one face down another face up. Alex looked at everyone's hands and said:"six, two, and two showing. Hit or stay?"

Bird peaked at his face down card keeping a face of utter calm, ‘another two’ he thought to himself, ‘no other choice really’ the bounty hunter tapped twice on the table signalling the wish for a hit. The man took the chance to glance around at the company, one of the people who weren’t playing the game certainly fitted the description of his mark. ‘how the hell am I gonna get her out of here, there’s way too much heat in this room’ Bird thought helplessly.

Riku bent his face down card up just enough for him to see. ' A ten. ' He thought in his head. Riku tapped the table the same way that Bird had.

As he tapped the table, his phone vibrated. Riku pulled it out of his pocket and touched the touch screen, displaying the message:

RIKU, I KINDA GOT A LITTLE CAUGHT UP IN SOMETHING. YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO CATCH KLUG YOURSELF

As Riku pressed the screen to display the message, he accidentally dropped the phone right infront of Alex with the message still on the screen.
