Vivienne is 5"10 and weighs 130 pounds. What she has on her is muscle because she is primarily athletic. Her hair is long and naturally a golden dirty blonde. Her skin is a happy medium between tanned and pale. Her lips are pink and plump which her eyes are smaller and blue. Her bust is small. Vivienne also has a sense of fashion however she'll rarely be caught wearing something that has a logo on it, unless it's sportswear. She favors pants over skirts and loves sneakers over heels.
Abilities:
Vivienne grasped her abilities but not quickly. At first she was scared to acknowledge that she had been changed by the bomb. But half a year later she could no longer bear the severe pains in her shoulder blades.
At first when her wings appeared she began to file them off, cutting at them with scissors trying anything to hide that she was different. They continued growing and even though Vivienne learned to deal with the pain of the growth and then cutting them off it was a relentless process. Vivienne left university and secluded herself on a small island in Hawaii where she let her wings grow.
The wings were painful. Her genetic code had been re-written to include the bone structure for wings. Her body changed, she felt herself become lighter. Her 130 pounds is what she looks like when it reality as her bones turned hollow making her weigh close to 65.
All in all Vivienne has the ability to fly, much like a bird. Her metabolism changed and she began to eat close to 8500 calories a day. Even then she was still hungry. On top of her ability to fly when Vivienne touches a person she bonds with them and can then track them because she'll have a lock on their aura.
Background:
Vivienne was a triplet, born with her brothers Daniel and Quin. Her parents had had the children through IFV making them an object of admiration by doctors and scorn by others. Vivienne grew up in small town New York, living the life of a high class socialite. Her parents were lawyers, successful serious people who raked in the dough. Vivienne was a fashionista, well known and liked in her private schools. She was a straight B student more focused on her looks and friends than her studies. By the time she was thirteen Vivienne was an accomplished Soccer player playing on rep teams and aspiring to get a scholarship to a prestigious university. As she continued to play Vivienne was named captain and things looked promising.
That is until her father became under investigation for embezzlement and her mother divorced him. Vivienne was shocked and uprooted, taken by her mother with her brothers to Hampton, New Hampshire. Vivienne, there, was not known by a soul and re-adjusting to the difference in society was hard. Then the bomb hit.
Vivienne was in the basement of her house working on the computer, typing out her frustrations. She felt funny suddenly and then it was like she was electrocuted. The hairs on her arms rose and her vision blurred. Then she fell unconscious. Vivienne awoke in the basement while the rest of her house was gone, with her family. From then on she tried to adjust to the changes she was facing. Her abilities forced her into hiding in Hawaii but local authorities tracked her down. Then Dark Asylum stood in front of her. There was nothing she could do to change that.
Personality:

As senior Q officer he has to keep them in quarintine but regrets to keep the bright ones, the punks on the other hand...... you see my point.
