Spelling's for suckers!

lol, sorry I had to

Anywhoo, I claim this discussion thread in the name of "HHH" (Dark Guild 1). Abandon all sanity yee who enter here!

First order of business, GUILD HISTORY!

What I mean by this is that I would like to work up a little background on not only the guild itself but its guildmembers. Stuff like how they joined, what there reputation is with the other guild members is, how much they love and respect their awesome and amazing guild master......

So lets get some discussion going! (all two of us -_-)

The guild has been around since it's founding 2 years ago by no other than The Shrouded Spellsetter himself! What this means is that we are a realitivly new guild (dark guild) on the block. Our members shall consist of the guildmaster himself and three others, NO MORE! (well maybe some more later on [BUT NO NPC's!]). In a later post I shall lay out some information on our Guild-House.

Also! Note that all (important) guild information will ultimately be placed into "The Shrouded Spellsetter"s Profile under Guild! But feel free to put some of your character's information pertaining to the guild in their profile!

Lastly! The guild name is currently "HHH" (for the story pertaining to the acronym, check the regular OOC), but it is subject to change if someone presents me with a better one! (until the start of the RP, or at least our start)

That is all ladies and gentlemen .......Archlkan......

*edit* I meant to put out some of the general history I had come up with....MB, I'll do it now.....

So, we are two years old, we are located in a medium sized town in Fein (neutrality is best when you want to play both sides) near the border (but we still like to get around). Up until now we have mostly been doing low ranking jobs for shady merchants (like sabotaging warehouses! Or scaring competitors! We once changed some labels on in-transit goods! Whoo!), slowly making a name for our-selfs (Cuz Black is a freakin' good PR guy {he bribes people alot [and is riding on his legacy]}). We have yet to do anything big (like an assassination or kidnapping), but all good things come in time! In fact, Black has just finished coming up with a job that will us put on the map of some very influential people in both Elden and Torin! (not to mention secure a crap-ton of gold)

So, thar's some information for yall, feel free to present some of your own origin's with "HHH" and discussion shall ensue!

He who has no sanity (Maybe a little.), has entered 'HHH' domain! It is I, Ansem Archlkan.

So, now to ponder up an amazing joining story for Loke, and how he totally hates reveres Black. (Or maybe just think he's awesome and all that jazz.) I could easily say he'd join for the evulz, or 'fun' in this case. But we want an epic tale of how each member came to be, and has earned his/her respect in HHH, therefore; Beer drinking contest. Money, and the fun you'll have teaching people to stop being an ass, and be civilized instead? (Not that what 'HHH' is doing is civilized...)

Okay, this is going to need some work. But really, how else would you figure a guy like Loke joining a Guild? Other then for fun, I mean.

that aside, I'd like to know what we did with those labels? Change the name; cucumbers, to 'Goblin willies'? *ahem* I'll ponder some more about Loke's joining, but he'd probably have joined when the guild was but a few weeks/months old. Hell, maybe he'd even be as awesome as to have met Black even before the guild was, well.. made. But that seems very unlikely. I'll leave you with this for now, and will inform you 'bout Loke's joining whenever I have a solid idea.

Re: [OOC] Dark Guild Descution Thread

Postby MaxStokes on Sun Feb 19, 2012 5:29 pm

Oooh! I got one. OK here it goes.

I came up with when I remembered the scene from A knights tale where Chaucer is announcing "Sir. Lichtenstein" and says " Next, he amazed me still further in Italy when he saved a fatherless beauty from the would-be ravishing of her dreadful Turkish uncle. "

One fine day, in a tavern in a medium sized town in Fein near it's border, two people meet in "friendly" poker game. In short, it turns into a showdown between Loke and Black, and Black ends of loosing a large sum of money. (However, he finds out through the experience that Loke is a "gambler" , and that he has a heart o' gold.) He then concocts a plan to capitalize on the knowledge (and earn spoils for his investment [the gold lost in the card game])

After the game (and graciously admitting defeat) is over he pulls Loke to the side and says "You see that young barmaid? Her uncle, the Inn owner, I believe is holding her hostage and plans to force her into marriage whenever she comes of age. I think that if we work together, we can save her." (He saw that she was his niece by the way he talked to her, and thought perhaps he wasn't paying her for her work, but was utterly surprised when his accusation turned out to be true.) He lays out his plan which in-tales Black playing while Loke backs him up from the sidelines with his magic.

Black pulls the man into a card game, and wins a large sum of money from him. Eventually he gets him to bet the inn and wins that too. The man, outraged at his losses, becomes angry. Black offer's him a solution, one last bet. Everything the man has lost, for the custody of his niece. The man is guarded, he doesn't want to loose the last thing he has left. Black pulls out a two sided coin, both heads. The man becomes angry, Black says, "Don't worry, I only win if it doesn't land on heads." The man is ecstatic and yells to the crowd (that has now formed from all of the inn patrons) "You all heard him!"

The man agrees and Black flips the coin into the air. It falls, he doesn't catch it. It lands wedged in a small crack in the floor, skinny side up. Black says "Well then, it looks like I win." The crowd goes wild. The old inn owner falls to his knees in disbelief. The young barmaid (much to his unseen surprise) runs over to Black and give him a big hug thanking him for saving her from the would-be ravishings of her uncle. Later, after the ensuing party is over, Black asks Loke to join his guild (considering that he just won himself a soon to be guild-house).

Well, that is what I thought of....... How does it sound? (other than we now have a NPC Guild-house cleaner *the barmaid* [who offers to work for free to pay them back for saving her {an offer Black accepts( But Loke forces him to decline and pay her)}]) (I know I said no NPC's, but this the last one fur shure. And she's not really "IN" the guild, she just works for them.)

On another note, something I forgot to mention in the guild information post. HHH only takes payment up front and in full. One of the reasons they are still a little on the less famous (infamous) side. However, they will give a full refund if they fail a job. Which they haven't yet. They have always "Completed the task to the exact standards that were given to them." So they have never given a refund.

As far as the label switching goes.......well the man did say that he wanted his father to be humiliated so that he would step down and let the son take over the business. Needless to say, neither the general store expecting to sell cucumber soup, nor the Nosit aphrodisiac specialist were very happy with their purchase.

So, basically, we Black just won the INN/Tavern in a game of chance. I was going to say something about probability, and the fact that Loke can't just 'make' you win, and that he just slightly alters a few non-physical aspects here and there. But as I couldn't break my mind to come up with a good reason on how he'd join the guild, I won't bother ranting about such things. I am going to call this a perfectly, well written, and a damned good introduction to Loke's joining. It really fits him, I'm serious!

Don't bother 'bout the NPC though, I'll wager we'd be needing someone to clean, and serve beverages to our members. And it is sure as hell not going to be Loke. One reason being that he'd be the one to drink all the liquor, it's not like he'd get drunk anywho. And cleaning isn't his strongest point, as you will no doubt witness soon enough.

Well, the guild is still young, no doubt there will be a point a mission will fail. Although, with Loke... Chances are fairly slim. Having someone with the ability the slightly alter your luck is pretty useful, no? That, and if we'd be able to get rogue/strategically based characters, it'd make our jobs that more easy. But, wouldn't the whole pay up front business, plus the fact that we have never failed a job, add to our (in)famous status? Ya'know, it should make us more easy to trust with missions, because we always get the job done. (Technically speaking of course.)

Heh, I bet they didn't really dare to try those 'Goblin willies' then. Nonetheless, I am content with the idea you wrote about the story of how Loke and Black met, and I'll add it to his history section. (Just need to sum it up in a shorter version.)

Now that this matter is settled, we need to have some jobs/missions. And of course, we need to kidnap recruit members for our guild.

Oh, no, it's not like loke was the only reason black won. Poker is a , game that Black is good at, there is a mental and deceiving part to it. he might have been able to win all on his own. But with a luck magnet, he couldn't loose. As far as the coin flip goes, the outcome isn't that strange when you know that Black eyed that crack and conveniently placed himself over it. And considering loke can effect a glave mid-flight, a coin flip didn't seem that outside of his skillset.

True that. Like I said, I wasn't going to bother ranting about it because; (a) You probably already knew that it isn't a matter of making someone win,, but rather increase his chances. And (b) We needed a good story for how Loke would've met Black, and I was unable to come up with anything interesting. (And no, altering a coin while flipping in mid-air, shouldn't cause any trouble for Loke.)

Well, looks like you have a lady among your ranks now, you two! I'm Izzy, playing Vivian 'Albino' Selfraix, a mind walker. Not too sure how I'll have her fit into the guild, but for now, I have her offering her services in exchange for being under the guild protection and name (plus a little bit of gold). However, I can see her joining in at least a year after HHH has been established.

[justify]Cool beans, it appears Black and Loke won't be the only two breadcrumb robbers. That, and not the only ones that change cucumber labels to Goblin willies. *ahem* The name's Archlkan, Arch for short. I'll be playing the rather (in)famous/crazy/carefree Loke Ser'ian, a Gambler as you might've read or heard. Good to have another member in our Guild, give Loke much more choice in who to beat in a game of cards. (Because Black owes him a lot of money at the moment. =P Maybe...) Ah! Looking forward to role playing with you, and interacting with your character.

And... Back to the usual lurking, and hoping Max will react at some point. C'ya 'round.

Postby MaxStokes on Mon Feb 20, 2012 12:49 pm

Nice to meet you thar Izzy! Ima Max and I'm quite excited to have a new guild member. (especially one with such an amazing char sheet!!!)

As far as her fitting into the guild, take your time, I think we are gunna have until friday to figure this stuff out. (at least thats what I tell myself when I am putting off creating the plans for the guild-house and updating the guild info in Black's profile) I can offer some "thought stimulating questions and ideas" to help you in your creation (though I doubt you need it, being able to create such an amazing char sheet!)

-Is there something specific she needed guild protection from?
-How did she learn about the guild (it is new and all)? Was she drawn by The Shrouded Spellsetter's legacy? Or by HHH itself?
-I'm not saying that Black's predecessor made/enchanted her hands, but.......that might be cool.
-I'm thinking that Loke could be "manning the fort" when she burst in, and when he sees little miss "bandages over her eyes" his heart o' gold instinct kicks in and he accepts her offer without any information about the situation (or accepting the gold offer). [Black: "RAGE! *ahem* ~Refined Rage~"]
-Their first job together could be taking care of whatever she needs "protection" from. (Assuming that be some entity)

There is also the matter of Black's personality, and the tendency he has to bend the truth (the lying bastard!). While he tends to do this less with his guildmates (friends), it is almost always (I'm serious, like 99% of the time) is for their benefit. Well, his and their mutual benefit. However, considering that he knows of her Class description (His predecessor told him about quite a bit of different magical "classes" [Old Black: "Run like a little girl if you ever meet a Hex, especially one with dark eyes." Black:"Why?" Old Black:"Because, they will fuck, you, up!"]) I suspect he would say something like "Well, it's not a lie if I know you can tell I'm lying. Now is it?" to her whenever he tells her a lie (it will happen, there is no stopping it). How she reacts to this, is up to you, though I hope for Black's sake it is not too negative. (Black: "Oh please....I'm soooo scared" Old Black:"You should be, I once met a Mind Walker. He nearly made me shat myself.")

Also, don't forget about our barmaid (that goes for you too Arch) I want everyone in the guild to know and have at least a Coworker-relationship with one another. She may be a NPC, but she OUR NPC dammit! (Though she should probably have a personality before anyone can do that [I should probably get to work on that along with the guild-house specs {though I've never made a girl/woman char before (I'm a male, I feel I don't have a strong enough grasp on the feminine mind[ I'm lazy, would someone else do it? {I'll do it if I have too.....}])}]) (Why do I do that crap? Does the cascade of parenthesis and brackets make sense to anyone but me?)

*Deep Breath* Umm..... I think I forgot some stuff while doing that last one......I'll add it later if I remember.

@Arch: Sadly, I think that only Black and Loke are the ones who can claim responsibility for the "goblin willie" incident. I think I'll make that the first job that they did. And about that debt I think that Black would have paid it off when he won all of Inn owner's stuff ....on second thought, it might be more interesting to to have Black owe Loke money. After all, the truest bond of friendship is a gambling debt........Dunno, I need to think on the matter more.

I suppose I should go work on the guildhouse now.......or at least write up the story of HHH's origin.........

*edit* I remembered something! It was a lol-moment image that came to my mind when Arch mentioned Loke beating Vivian in cards....... just the three of them sitting down at a table and playing cards..........A luck magnet "gambler", A master con-man/Bluffer with an amazing poker face, and a Mind Walker who can tell if someone is lying............clash of the titans, better than the world series of poker.........the barmaid doesn't stand a chance......

*double edit* Plus for some reason I see Vivian having a "So how do you play this game? I don't know if I'll be any good...." moment, then beating loke's ass at it on her first try.........

So, I'm going to need to craft a nice area on Loke's sheet where I write down his thoughts on the HHH members? Actually, that's a damned good idea Arch! I'll be doing that. Lightens Loke's sheet a bit, and fleshes out more of his person. Not that.. anyone would not know already what Loke would think about 'em. Ya know, he's not one to keep secrets a, secret. Yep, sounds like a plan, and it helps me remind of who Loke has to hate/not hate. (Not that he hates anything. Aside from that whole not-being-able-to-grow-awesome-beards thing, that is. But we're talking about people here, not silly genetics.)

@Max:

Ah! gambling debts, brings anyone closer together. lol... I'll be holding you onto that, would make a nice day-to-day topic for them to banter 'bout, ya know?

What? The three of us? Poker? lol, bloody hell. I'd rather have the end of the world happen later, rather than sooner. I like to keep on ticking, eh?

Anywho, I'll probably write down what Loke's thoughts are 'bout Black, and possibly the barmaid. Can't really make anything up for Vivian, as she still needs a solid history with HHH. Okay, I'll be doing that...

Re: [OOC] Dark Guild Descution Thread

Postby crazybizzy on Mon Feb 20, 2012 7:08 pm

Nice to meet you, Arch and Max! Thanks for a warm welcoming.

Well, since you did go through the trouble with those questions/ideas, I'll just go ahead and answer them. My mind's kind of pulling at all these blanks right now to see any other way of getting Vivian in. I know she'll have the gold as a gambler, and the skill as a mercenary, but she needs to have some background, I guess.

-Is there something specific she needed guild protection from?
Not necessarily, as she's capable of fighting off most stray rogues (and a few wicked gamblers) out to get her, but she does need a safety net to fall back on. Plus, it's an easy way to earn some money. Win - win situation for a girl like her.

-How did she learn about the guild (it is new and all)? Was she drawn by The Shrouded Spellsetter's legacy? Or by HHH itself?
Mostly by the name of The Shrouded Spellsetter did she even come to hear of HHH. Vivian heard about the legacy from her very own mentor, and also believes that because he is a 'spellsetter', he'll be able to help further enchant her gauntlets.

-I'm not saying that Black's predecessor made/enchanted her hands, but.......that might be cool.
Maybe! It would most likely fit into the idea of enchanting her gauntlets.

That sounds like something Vivian would use to her advantage. I'm pretty sure she'll be pestering him about enchanting her gauntlets anyway. Though it does sound tempting to having a full out poker game between all of them, I'm pretty sure Vivian won't enter the guild for that unless she takes even more of Black's money away. Then she'd probably use it as entry fee for the guild.

-Their first job together could be taking care of whatever she needs "protection" from. (Assuming that be some entity)
So in this case, I'll go with a big group of stray rogues are causing trouble somewhere and they need to 1) kill them or 2) end the trouble. I can imagine a small village that's being terrorized by the so called 'rogues', who are swindling people out of their money to keep their power. It would be an interesting way to use all of their money-making ways and powers. Or if not that case, it could be an interrogation case where Vivian would end up needed to enter somebody's mind?

I'm still thinking of how this is going to work out, but there is a slight idea in my head. Hmmmmm. I'll try and work out something solid soon.

As for the full out poker game I think that would be fun - they could play casual card games (no money or not too much money) while discussing what missions need to be done and all that jazz. Team meetings would be fun.

Postby MaxStokes on Tue Feb 21, 2012 3:20 am

Hay lookie thar! We is a full guild! AWESOME!

Welcome PetitePoisson! As you may know (or not) this thread has been claimed in the name of HHH for guild discussion and generating the what the guild member's relationships are with each other. So when when you can, start thinking of how you want Bryndis to have joined the guild and what she thinks of the other members. Though the task may be daunting, take not fear in it. For WE, your guild-mates (more specifically me. I don't want to hold Arch and Izzy to anything without their permission) are here to help you in your quest!

And quickly before I change subject, and Idea that might help. I believe that Black would want to have Bryndis prove herself in some way (Short sword wielders don't necessarily inspire awe by looks alone.) So some sort of test might be part of her in-guild origins, assuming they didn't meet her doing something awesome already. Which is also possible.

NOW, to talk about some Vivian stuff!

I like both the "stray rogues" and the "interrogation" ideas, and I'm sure anything else you might come up with to go along with her "bust in and offer her services" intro. What I wanted to add was a bit of info that dealt with black and her position in the guild. As I have yet to state (but have had in my mind for a long time) Hiring of HHH is largely a personal ordeal. Black gets most of the assignments from direct interaction with a quickly growing network of Merchants and Aristocrats around Zorgoth. He corresponds to them often in letters and hired messengers, but he also will sometimes meet with them in person. Often doing so when he makes the acquaintance of someone new that is fairly important in the world. Due to Vivian's abilities, I'm sure he would ask her to come along with him to these meetings once she got settled into the guild. Whether she would accept and come along, I do not know.

That was just a thought I had on some potential things Vivian might do for the guild.

I also think that Vivian wanting Black to improve her gauntlets is a great idea! Though I'm not sure what improving them might en-tale, or if he could even do it. Black's master didn't get around to teaching him ALL of his old tricks. He could just promise her that he will be on the lookout for a way to improve them. Kind of like "I have the power to do it, but not the knowledge.". What do you think?

As far as poker games go. I don't think that Black would so readily enter a den of lions like that. Probably would feel more natural to use it as a not very often celebration that is done after they complete a particularly hairy of difficult job (like the one I have planned for the opening of the RP!). Though the origin of the tradition could have started after Vivian's origin job.

Arch! I like the idea of a relationship sub-info within the char sheet (I see Izzy did too *cough*) so I will steal promote the idea within Black's!

.......now I am really gunna go work on, updating guild history with the origin/Loke's joining (and maybe the goblin willie story lol), a working description of the ex-inn guild-house, the barmaid's persona, and.....WHAT WAS THE OTHER THING RAHHHH!!!!......(ಠ益ಠ)........*sigh* I'll remember it later......

Re: [OOC] Dark Guild Descution Thread

Postby crazybizzy on Tue Feb 21, 2012 3:54 am

@ Max; I think that that would be a great idea. In a sense, I could imagine her being a messenger of sorts, and she'd probably be dragged along to discuss any important mission details. Can't imagine Vivian rejecting a request from the Shrouded Spellsetter himself, seeing as he is a very important stepping stone for her life. One thing that Vivian would be good for is scouting and assassination deals. She's not good at face to face direct combat (though she can hold her own with her gauntlets) and is better off sneaking around and investigating things. Maybe that could help fit in more details about her connection and work in HHH.

I see how that would work. It would simply be like how she ended up losing her hands in the first place, except this time she isn't losing anything. Most likely she'll be going through libraries to find different tricks on enchantment that she can show him.

Yes! That would be a good idea, I think. The question is, who is the latest member to join? Vivian's either joining right when the RP starts or she's been around about a year after the creation (I'm presuming a year before the RP starts in that case). Bryndis would most likely be their most recent member. As for how Bryndis comes to be accepted, it could be a test of will against the Mind Walker. What I mean is Vivian won't completely destroy the girl from inside-out, but more like see how much will power Bryndis has to overcome her spells. I dunno, because none of the other members are melee-based, if I remember correctly. Either Vivian can test willpower or she can set an illusion for the girl to fight, so I'm just naming random ideas for that.

-cough- It was a good idea.

Re: [OOC] Dark Guild Descution Thread

Well I added the Guild origin/Loke's joining story to Black char sheet under "Guild History". I also added a couple of tidbits of info about the guild under "Guild misc info".

@Izzy Yar, so the "Black takes Vivian with him whenever he meets clients face to face" idea is a go. I assume he would use her as sort of an adviser, asking what she got from the client in general along with their reaction to specific things. He might even ask her for her opinion on a course of action or a plan he is making every once in a blue moon.

Gauntlet stuff sounds good too.

I think for the sake of simplicity I'm just gonna call that it follows Loke when the guild was made, Vivian whereabouts a year later, then Bryndis sometime during the year between present time and when Vivian joined.
If that's ok with you Izzy and PetitePoisson?

On Bryndis' test. I was thinking something a little more subtle (and employed by black). Like taking her on a mission and using her as the distraction. But it might be cool if Vivian did something like that on her own accord to test the newbie, might add some extra depth. Dunno though, it all depends on how PetitePoission wants to introduce Bryndis. The testing can come after, if it is even needed at all.

-----

So here's some basic guild-house that is currently in the works.

-Its a slightly refurbished medieval style inn
-two floors above ground, 1 basement
-main floor consists of a large open room and a bar, two story ceiling over the large open room. stairs lead to a balcony that overlooks the big room. Under the balcony there are doors to 3 small rooms. Behind bar there is an entrance (located under where the balcony ends) to a kitchen, which has stairs leading to the basement
-second floor, there are three equal size rooms with entrances on the balcony that lie over the top of the ones on the main floor. At the end of the balcony, there is a door leading to a larger room (aka the master sweet) that lies over the kitchen.
-basement largely empty except for support beams and a few barrels of assorted alcoholic beverages. rock walls, no windows and must be lit by candle or lamp light. Used by Black to store goods that he has either "acquired and plans to sell" or if one of his acquaintances needs a place to store their goods for a while.
-The main entrance leads into the large room. looking in from the main entrance, you will see stairs to your right that lead up to the balcony which runs along the wall to your left. In front of you and across the large room you will see the bar, which opens to the left next to the entrance to the kitchen and ends in a elbow before reaching the right wall. To your right you will see a wall with a large fireplace in the middle of it and a chimney reaching up to the roof. Two windows lie on each side of the chimney. There is also one on the wall of the main entrance, to the right side coming in.
-there is a single window to the outside in each small room, on the wall opposite the entrance to the room.
-the stairs to the basement in the kitchen parallel the wall it shares with the bar but on the opposite wall. There is a small fireplace/stove in the kitchen to the left coming in from the large room. The chimney runs up through the Master sweet. There is a secondary exit in the kitchen, to the right as you come in from the large room.
-Does the large room have many tables and chairs? Or just one table and a few chairs? I dunno, whadda u guys think?

Room claims: The room at the end of the balcony is Black's, as is the one along the balcony closest to the end. The smaller one is his office/study, where he has a desk a couple bookshelves, and a chest along with a couple of conservative chairs for visitors. The Barmaid's room is the one on the first floor closest to the kitchen, and directly under Black's study.

As for who gets what room.......Fight amongst yourselves! first come first serve I guess.........whatever idk......claim it for yourself or whatever, and firnish if you want. (I may give a detailed description of Black's Master sweet, or not. I haven't decided.)

------

Ok, so that does it for that......I think I'm caught up on my work......I hope that you guys understood the basic floor-plan. I would draw one, but I dunno how I would upload it.

Rawr!

*edit* CRAP! I forgot I still had to do the Barmaid's persona! T-T >.< :{

Ok.....um.....so shes like 14 (currently), she's freaking good a chores, shes nice and pretty upbeat. She dresses plainly but secretly adores wearing fancy clothes and shiny jewelry. She has a crush on Black cuz he saved her (Don't judge me! I'm mentally pooped!) and likes to doted on him. She is friendly towards most people, but slightly jealous of the women in the guild because she naively sees them as a threat to Black's affection. Be she doesn't hint at that a lot (except for when like Vivian gets to go on trips alone with black to meet clients). She treats Loke sort of like a little brother, scolding him whenever he makes/leaves a mess. But in total she sees and treats the guild members as her family and loves them all.

I know not very good, or well organized, and I didn't give her physical appearance, but think of it as a rough draft. One you guys can help me with if you want.......

*double edit* I can't believe I forgot to give her a name........ Anne? Lucy? .........Lucinda Garret.....that's ok right?......Lucy for short.......

@Max, well I'm perfectly fine with everything but the floor plan. There... I'm just lost. Is it just me? Sorry, I guess I work better with visual representations. For uploading, I suppose just upload it to photobucket or tinyurl then use the img code and link it?

Hi everyone! You're going to be adding another woman to your guild (though this one usually disguises herself as a man, haha).
Nice to meet you all.

@Max - Thanks for the welcome. I'll try brainstorming some ideas. For her introduction to the guild, I really like the test idea. It would suit her character and her back story since she's struggled to find work because of her weak appearance. Maybe she comes to Black looking for a guild to join. Or they could meet on a job too, like a client hires them both to do the same job.

A mind test would be pretty intense, though Bryndis would do it for the sake of joining a guild (or even as a bet if there's money involved).

I agree that she should be the newest member, though when it comes to how new, I'm not really sure yet.

@Maci: Wow! That's really cool! I wish I knew about it sooner, it would've saved me so much trouble in the past.

@Petite:
What? No special hello to Arch? I am so disappointed in you already. Oh, I haven't welcomed you, did I? In that case, Welcome Petite! May you find your place in this rather odd Guild. Because random stuff will happen wherever Loke is... I'll be playing Loke, Gambler, Racket, and mostly just the comical relief for the Guild. (YES WE DO NEED SOMEONE TO BE THE COMICAL RELIEF! And as it is now, Loke will be the best candidate for it. ;D)

"New member? Who? She be a he? He be a she? Must'a be one 'ell of a Shapeshifter, I'll wager. Just change o' clothes?! ....(Cue long moment of awkward silence from Loke.)" - Loke's first reaction on Bryndis.

Ah, I'm sure they'll get along just fine. Isn't like he'll shun Bryndis for wanting to cross dress as a male at times. Should be fun, as with all interactions with my character. (xD)

Aww, sorry about that. Hi and thanks for the welcome, it's nice to meet you. :D
Comic relief huh? Excellent~

I'm sure they'll get along too. Bryndis does have quite a sense of humour (at least when she's not in boy mode, haha).
