Well I think we need a comic book style rp, with out ripping out a story for Marvel or DC, using charaters that have premade emotions and lives. Anyway, there are several things that will shape your charaters life.

>The first and most thought of is whether your a hero or villian. You don't need to be a goody twoshoe, or evil monster with no emotions, you can have one of either with any personallities or traits you want, such as a villian like magneto, he fights because of how mutants are treated. I use this as an example, he will not be in the rp, so I ask with this thought that you don't be a existing hero/villian, but simular to one if you decide to.
>Next is class, class decides what hero you are. Your choices are >Mutant - Has powers naturally. >Altered being - Gained powers from altercations >Fighter - knows how to really fight
>Alien - From another world >Robot - Mechanical being, non organinc
>Tech Specialist/Scientist/Genuis - Someone who is very smart, usually makes their equipment.

>From here you move onto powers/ abilities. There is no ruling here other than make something believable, and not godly such as full control of gravity. Not sure about what you have, pm me.

> This part I'm sure everyone will hate. Describing your weakness(es). This adds to the story, and makes you into a great character. I mean, who would like Spider-Man if his life was dancing through a safe New York City. Your weakness doesn't need to be crippling to your charater, but still balances your abilities and makes your character interesting. You could have phobias, a disease, emotional problems, even an item or force. Don't worry, you can't be killed without saying you want to die.

> Last of all, so I don't ramble on forever, you background. The who, what, where, why, when, and how of you hero or villian. Be creative, write it however you want, it just has to make sense. Create a hero name, a secret identity.

*Godmoding is frowned upon. I will allow somethings, such as grabbing someone by the neck, but people have to agree to being hit by something that can really hurt them. You must also take it upon yourself to be damaged on occassion.

*Some random, but story based occurrances will happen. I control NPCs, unless NPC was introduced by player. I will not overflow you all with NPCs, but sometimes it's need, such as the whole DN Inc.

*I have no care what you do or say. Consider this M rated for a killing, swearing, and sex joke perposes.

(Add yes, this is from the begining, events will happen differently however. Don't start Yet.)

The year is 2008, and life goes on as normal. People in history have been known for stange things, weird abilities, inventions, pure intellegence. Now in this world of opportunities, many have emerged from the shadows to make a quick buck, to hunt people down, to kill, some for the hell of it. They threaten the lives of all, and because of that, others have risen to the cause of protecting us all. The path of the rightous isn't an easy one, and the path of the wicked isn't without it's price. The real question is that when the chips are down, are you the robber, or are you the cop? Will you bring doom upon humanity, or will you save it from destruction?


The setting is San Fransico.

San Fransisco was going through a day like any other. It was nearing noon, all seemed pretty quiet for the moment. The police sat unsuspecting in their cruisers, the heroes of this city, unknowing of what was to happen. Down Main street a limo pulled up out side an up scale hotel. The door opened and out stepped a shorter, portly man with a grim dispotion. He was a diplomat from Russia, come to stay in the city's finest hotel. He too was unaware of what was to happen, and that he was the center of it. He entered the hotel, followed by several armed gaurds, he was greeted at the desk by the hotel's owner himself. Behined him the front door was suddenly blasted of its hinges, flying across the room and taking out a bell boy. Several men in black combat suits rushed in behined a tall individual. He wore a dark grey shirt that parshily covered by a long black coat. His boot were tall and black as well, as were his pants. However, his most defining feature, was his metalic arm and right side of his face. His robotic eye glowed a menacing red as he looked at the man before him. He saw the hotel owner go for the alarm and shot a lazer from his eye, frying the man on the spot. Turning his attention back to the diplomat, he smiled grimly.

"Hello sir, My name is Morphius Crevan, and you probably won't survive our encounter."

Walter
Today was going to be a long day. Walter sipped a can of Monster, waiting for his loving fans to arrive. He was out back with whom he came with, a panel of Adult Swim actors. They had been touring the country, and even some other countries for the past year. Lucky for him, the last spot on the list was his home town, he missed Kat very much, after all, she left him alone half way in the trip. The group was going to be talking about all aspects of animation, some being from anime's just put on Adult Swim, rather than created by them. Walter had out his sketch pad, speaking with a couple voice actors.

"Hey guys, I'm going to get some more snacks, I'll be back." He stood from the table, leaving the room, and heading into the lobby. In an instance, a man with guards walked in, only to be followed by unwanted guests. Walter watched in horror as the owner was fried. "NAN DESU KA!" Walter reached for his cell phone, hitting the page button for Kat. He threw himself inbetween the man and Morphius. "Why did you have to kill an innocent man like that?! WHY?!" Walter's voice was demanding as he ran his pencil across the air infront of him.

"Get back here you fucking bird!" The angry scientist yelled, plasma gun firing towards the disoriented and weak Gryphon who was attempting to fly down the hallways of DNInc, the company who had been experimenting with the splicing of DNA. They had finally done it- created a bird man. But somehow, with his "talons" he was able to break free from a temporary holding cell and attempted to flee. The experiments were horrible, needles and potions and lotions that burned you from the inside out, that made you feel as if your brain were melting. He had to escape.

Flapping down the hallway, he crashed through two doors and into another lab room. Gryphon looked up, only to see a dimensional warp prototype. Dragging himself across the floor, Gryphon, in just a patient gown, went trough the portal.

Little did he know but he had gone through dimensions to a whole different one, the one where Mutants and Heroes were as common as mice. He was also followed by several DNInc mercenaries, all armed with plasma weapons that would stick to your nerves and render you unmovable. Their futuristic SWAT-style armor they wore glistened in the portal light as they followed the bird-man.

Sarah sat up, Mornings were never good, rolling out of bedshe dragged her feet across her the floor. Looking into the mirror she turned the shower knob and listened as the water pat-pat-patted against the wall. She striped of the robe she was wearing and put a tenacious hand in the water, temperature was right, easing into the warm water she pushed her hair back and let herself go throughthe motions.

"That man would have brought me much, uneeded trouble by calling the police. They can't stop me, but let's face it, they can be quite annoying. Now if you please, stand aside, I would hate for another innocent to be killed for the life of this polititian, and I mean that, I really do." Morphius watched as the man brought his pencil through the air, actually drawing on the empty space. "A hero," Morphius sighed in exhaspiration, "now, why did you have to go and get involved like this?" Suddenly, Morphius brought his robotic arm up and pointed his first two fingers at the hero, sending out a blue beam toward him.

(This is his zero energy beam, it will freeze you in place if it hits you.)

From an I-beam supporting the hotel's roof, a tall gaunt figure watched the action below through scarlet eyes. This man was Capricorn, and had been planning on kidnapping the Russian for 2 weeks now, and was quite annoyed some robotic freak beat him to it. The man leaped from his position, black cloak fluttering behind him, landing behind the scared looking diplomat. "Don't worry, sir," he said clamping his hand over the short man's mouth. "You're coming with me." Silently, Capricorn enveloped the two in darkness and vanished.

As the beam flew at the hero, somthing happed. It was fast, very fast. A man appeared out of shadow, grabbed the diplomat and vanished. Thus leaving the hero protecting no one.

Just down the street, Tenma meandered about in her 'human' outfit with a pair of ear buds jammed in the drums of her pointy ears. She hummed, snapping with the beat of whatever song she was listening to as well as earning stares from multiple people. HEr short green hair bounced with her step. "Hee, Tenma likes this song," she said, grinning widely.
She felt her legs tiring a bit and decided to fly instead, using her alien telekinesis to levitate herself just a few feet from the ground, oblivious to the amazed stares coming her way.

Tenma flew higher, planting herself on a rooftop where she danced about to her song. "Ha ha! Tenma never knew humans could produce such enjoyable brainwaves!"

Walter/William

A swat shield was finished, along with a pistol with rubber bullets. Both came into existence, one in each hand. The blue beam had almost hit Walter, instead hitting his pencil. He threw it as it was consumed into ice, and watch as it shattered on the wall. A shadow figure appeared out of thin air, grabbing the diplomat and disappearing with him. "NOOO!"

Walter had failed to protect someone. At this moment, he calmed himself, knowing blind rage would be his downfall in a fight like this. "Yes, I'm Inki...Hasn't you mother ever taught you to respect others and their property? Tsk Tsk...Now I need to get a new pencil, maybe even the hard way." Walter thought about something he had only done once before....It can't be that risky, and it means I can help these people....But I almost fell asleep last time Walter bite his finger, letting it bleed a tiny bit. He pressed it on the floor, drawing a ink pen on the floor....Just wait and see...Hopefully Kat shows up...

William cried on the floor in the hall of a apartament. He was starving, and considering knocking on one of the many doors and begging for food. He had been on the streets since he moved to America, no one would take im in because of his ability. He was tried for attemped murder twice in his childhood, and once for accutual murder. He was on the run at the current time. He knocked on a random door, heaing a shower on inside. "Zhey can't hear me, can zhey?"

Morphius watched in disbelief as the the man called "Inki" bit his finger and ducked behind his newly created swat shield.

"You're completely insane!" Morphius told the man. He went to step forward and stopped, thinking better of it. The diplomat was gone, there was no point in killing this hero now, he needed to escape, before any one else showed up. "Well, this has been truely charming, but I am afraid that I must go, No point in taking unnecesary risks." Morphius said as he motioned for his men to move away.

Gryphon flew above a bridge. He had escaped, for now.
Where the hell he was, he had no clue.
Looking up, he saw a great blue vastness. It's lack of boundaries scared Gryphon, and so he flew down to the ground, being pointed at and laughed at.

"Is that an angel in a patient gown?" A woman asked another.
"I don't know, he looks like a little boy lost in a mall."

Walter/NPC
As Walter predicted, the second he drew the pen, he fell asleep....Shit... Luckly for him, he wasn't alone. A robotic looking cat-girl flew in, her red suit glowing in the sun.
Kat came upon the sight of Walter laying lifeless on the ground, and several men ready for a fight, one of them reading to be part cybernetic. "WALTER!" Kat yelled , moving infront of him, protecting him. "Who are you?" She said pointing her blaster at the robotic man.

Tenma's antennae twitched. She sensed electrical waved coming not too far off. "Hmm...Tenma needs to investigate!" she exclaimed, stuffing her iPod into her pocket and flying off into the direction of the waves.
She ignored the numerous stares coming from patrons below, as children shouted "Alien! alien!"
Still, she continued towards the electrical waves, twitching her antennae to continue detecting it. Finally, she landed herself on a rooftop, having come across what appeared to be a battle.

"Dr. Morphius Crevan, my dear, and you should really work on that tone." Morphius's men began to move back to where the door used to be. "Besides, I haven't touched, Walter is it? Strange, he calls himself Inki, oh but I suppose that is his hero name." Morphius chuckled to himself and shook his head lightly. "He simply bit himself then ducked behined that shield and... oh, he's asleep." Morphius leaned to the right to get a glimpse of Walter, who he saw sleeping. Morphius's chuckle returned, "He's a narcoleptic, oh this is rich." Morphius looked around and stepped back. "Well, I'm afraid I really must go, you two have a good day."

NPC
Kat looked at the ground....He tried to draw with his blood, what happened to his pencil? She had a worried look on her covered face as the man realized Walter's condition. "No, you can't leave. Your under arrest as far as I'm concerned." Kat's armband opened slightly, a wire shot out toward Morphius. (Your choice if it hits you or not.) Hidden behind the cable, a tracking device shot out towards Morphius. (Again, your choice if it hits you or not.)
