There are witches and humans living in this world of ours. All witches and wizards live in the forest near the humans, but don't really talk to them. Of course they don't fit in with each other, but there are also some witches and wizards that don't fit in with either species. These are called defects. The reason they don't fit in is because their powers are different. Their powers can go out of control and only stopped by either a special necklace or if they run out of energy. Another reason is that on their 17th birthday, they loose all their memories and all their emotions are replaced with hate. The last thing is if they don't take at least one humans life source by their 18th birthday they will die. Can something happen to keep this from happening to a defect without killing a human for their life source or will this go on forever.
