First Name: Arisato
Last Name: Minato
Nickname(s): Ari , Stoic King
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Race: Contractor
Abilities/Assets:-
Minato Clan: Ari, born as the ailing child to the Ancient Minato clan carries a strange affinity to the spirits. Upon each 'Death experience' , the Minato clan member could summon forth an "Affinity Demon" to aid them. In exchange to this contract, however, the pact-maker must surrender their soul once their final wish had been granted. For this case, Ari can summon Orpheus, having an affinity to
Ice and
Electric attacks.
-
Personae; Orpheus of the Soothing Harp: Ari first summoned his Personae,
Orpheus, when he tried to commit suicide by jumping off of the hospital's railing after his initial suicide, death via wrist cutting, had failed. For nearly 3 years he was placed at a severe coma, where he supposedly met his personae during his time at "The White Room". Upon summoning, Orpheus can cast one spell against his selected target(s).
-
Evoker Shot, Memento Mori: The Minato clan can only summon their Personae during near-death experiences. However, Arisato has fashioned an 'Evoker', a gun which causes no physical damage but brings forth horrifying dreams, nightmares, peril and memories relating to the shortness of Mortal Life when Ari shoots the Evoker to his head. The Personae could harness this sudden surge of Energy, but the Contractor suffers through significant emotional stress upon firing their Evoker shot. Arisato could command Orpheus to use either
Vol Grando or
Vol Fulgur upon taking a single Evoker shot, but will be drained of all energy to cast all the other spells. Arisato will be automatically defeated if he uses his Evoker twice in one battle.
-
Desperate Execution: Sometimes, one shot from the Evoker isn't enough. At such a time of peril, Ari fires his Evoker once more to himself, allowing Orpheus to execute a powerful spell. However, the strain from a consecutive Evoker shot places an agonizing strain on Ari's sanity and emotional health. Ari immediately loses his consciousness upon the activation of the second Evoker shot, but he would become even more emotionally distraught in the long term.
-
Bufu: Channeling his own Soul energy into the hands of Orpheus, upon summoning his Personae, Ari strikes an enemy with a blast of Cold Air. Deals light
Ice damage to a single target. Has a very low chance of freezing a target whose size is short/lighter than Ari.
-
Mabufu: Orpheus, upon summoning, creates a chilling gust of Cold air that deals
light
Ice damage to all enemies around Ari in a 2 meter radius. Has a very low chance of freezing a target whose size is taller than Ari and a low chance to freeze a target whose size is slightly taller/heavier than Ari.
-
Vol Grando: Feeding from Arisato's realization of his true mortality, Orpheus unleashes a severe blast of frost energy, bombarding enemies with Shards of Ice and random Icy explosions. Deals damage variable to the distance of the enemy from the epicenter of the spell, dealing Heavy damage to an enemy that is at direct contact with Ari, to Low damage to an enemy 4 feet away. The field of Freezing energy has a maximum of an 5 meter radius, and deals extremely low
Ice damage to enemies standing 5 meters away. Requires a shot from the
Memento Mori.
-
Zio: Using an influx of Soul energy, Orpheus discharges a static arc against a single target, dealing light
Electric damage. Has a very low chance of paralyzing a target whose size is slightly taller/heavier than Ari.
-
Mazio: Harnessing Ari's soul energy, Orpheus creates a static field, electrocuting all enemies around Ari within a 2 meter radius. Deals light
Electric damage, and has a very low chance of paralyzing a target whose size is shorter than Ari and a low chance to paralyze a target whose size is slightly taller/heavier than Ari.
-
Vol Fulgur: Feeding upon Ari's fear of death, Orpheus summons forth a wicked Bolt of lightning to strike a single enemy, dealing Moderate damage to that one target. Has a moderately high chance to paralyze the target, unless it is taller than Ari, in which case it is immediately paralyzed. The Bolt of lightning also creates a powerful static field around the target, continually discharging a weak electric pulse dealing light
Electric damage over a short period of time. Requires a shot from the
Memento Mori.
Weapon(s): To summon a Personae, one must be in a near death situation. However, since Ari has little time for that, he fashioned a fake Gun called an 'Evoker'. It does not fire bullets, but creates a sound that mimics a gunshot perfectly. Ari points the Evoker to his head and shoots himself, causing no physical harm but places significant emotional stress in exchange to allowing Orpheus to harness the sudden influx of his realization to his own mortality.
