In the land of Saegradia, a great war onced raged...A war between humans and Demonkin, races of people who had mystical abilities. This war raged on for fifty years, nearly wiping out all life on Saegradia. However, eventually, a peace was formed, though weak it was. More than a hundred years later, humans are the major populace, and Demonkin are forced to live in seclusion, away from the humans. This state of living was not to last, however. The country of Aunshi, a human nation who have made miraculous advances in technology, has declared war on its neighboring countries under the rule of Prime Minister Crusfield. There assult was merceless against all who opposed, and it was soon that the countries of Athoria, Untra, and Valgonia were under its tyrannical control. As this human war plays out, the Demonkin watch...some choose to assist the humans, others fight to destroy Aunshi. However one thing is clear. They will not be able to remain neutral...

Xeraph stood...watching, as the battle between the Trifecta Alliance and the Aunshi Empire. He remembered his mission...Collect souls, massacre the battlefield. It is for the good of the future. He gripped his chainsaw scythe, revving up the blade.

"Forgive me. You're deaths will serve the better of this world." With that Xeraph jumped, landing into the middle of the fray. His appearence was barely noticed amongst the chaos. However, some had noticed him. Solidiers of the Aunshi Empire charged him. Xeraph readied his scythe, and slashed three times, each attack cutting effortlessly through their armor. This caught some attention. The Trifect Alliance looked at him.

"Who is that guy? Is he one of ours?" "Must be look how he took out those Aunshi scum!" "Alright this is great. This guy could help us take out the rest."

Xeraph shook his head. With his hand extended, he evoked the ancient power of the Drakorian. As seal of black energy formed in the middle if the Trifecta and the Aunshi Armies. "Destruction Force." The seals ignited, creating a massive explosion claiming many lives. The souls of the fallen solidiers were absorbed into Xeraph's sycthe. The jewel in the center began to glow brighter and brighter, until it shone brilliantly. His job was finished.

"Fogive me. Your deaths were not in vain." Xeraph said, disappearing with a flash of negative light.

Ellesmere sat in the small, cold stone room the Aunshi called a cell. She was cold, hungry, and loosing hope of freedom, but this young Mekadorian was not about to give up. She was going to stay loyal to the Trifecta Alliance until her last breath. The general whom placed her here had told her that she'd better talk or she would be in for a rude awakening. This empty threat did not phase Ellesmere. She was a woman of few words, but that was only because speaking to the Aunshi was useless. They would never listen to reason and she would never tell them anything she knew about the Alliance. She hadn't spoken since she came here.

She'd gone about two weeks without any real food. She'd been carrying a few ration pills on her, but they were gone now. All of her equiptment had been taken from her, but she was allowed to keep her own clothing.

She wore a top that only covered her chest. It was made of a green/blue soft leather and zipped up in the front, a large gold hoop connected to the zipper. It had straps about an inch wide and quarter inch thick, also leather. She also wore a pair of shorts, not long but not too short. They were made of the same material as the top, but had a red belt that crossed over them like and X. The belt was usually where she carried a few hands on elixirs, but they were with her equiptment. She wore black boots with red straps and red stockings that showed a bit above the top of the boot. Her long blue hair was behind her, laying on her back except for two portions which hung on top of her chest, silver bands near the ends of it too keep the hair together. She also wore two gold bands on either arm, about in the middle of her upper arm. She wore a gold headband/tiara with a small unknown gem in the center of her forehead.

She sat on the stone floor with hear head resting on her knees. Her fair skin contrasted greatly from the dark stone of the cell. Her only companion was resting on top of her head. Her little ferret, Hero, was dark brown at the legs and got lighter as it went up. His back was almost white and his face was white with a brown mask around his eyes. His pink nose smelt the air to check for coming guards every so often. The little ferret's stomach growled lightly. She was alone with her Hero, so she talked to him softly. "I know Hero, you're hungry. I don't have any food for you, I'm sorry." She then added with a bit of a laugh, "Maybe if you're lucky a mouse will pay our cell a visit."
"I knew I didn't carry enough faith in myself. I am to blame. I was afraid that even if there had been no gate, we would someday go our separate ways, but I have to put that behind me now and live in the present believing in the future." ~Ah! My Goddess!~

Ilya looked at the prison with disdain. She had never liked the idea of war prisons. Most soldiers were either too loyal to their country to say a word, or weren't loyal enough to know anything of value. The prison was a small construct, built of stone and cement. It contained a guardsroom, a small cafeteria, and 10 cells. It was sparcely guarded, as there were only two prisoners kept here.

As she approached the building, she flashed her I.D. to the guard, and he let her in with a salute. She didn't return the gesture. She stopped in the guardsroom to get the cell keys, then continued to the first cell. The cell contained a young Cymenian. He was clearly starved and tired, and obviously had not talked. She closed the cell door behind her and began to interrogate him. For a few minutes, there were murmers emmanating from the cell, followed by a short cry and a shot. Ilya emmerged from the cell and scratched a check mark next to the prisoners name.

She moved down the hall to the next cell. Before she entered, she looked where the name would be on the roster. The name read: Jane Doe.
So the girl didn't even give a name... she thought to herself.
Ilya entered the room and closed the door behind her. The occupant was a female Mekadorian with long blue hair. She had a pet ferret with her. Ilya found it odd the animal wasnt killed or tossed into the wild upon capture.

"Hi there" Illya said as she smiled. "I am Lieutenant Colonel Ilya Michovski, of the Aunshi Imperial Armed Forces."
She tried to sound as pleasing and friendly as possible, as she reserved the threats for the disobediant.
"I was sent here to question prisoners of war" She waited a little bit before continuing.
"It is imperative that the Aunshi Empire get information on the Alliance and the Rebels, you see, the more we know, the faster we can end this pointless war."
Again she waited a short time, "I am your friend...really I am. I dont want you to suffer, so if you will just answer my questions, I can feed you as you must be hungry, and even get you out of this god-forsaken hole. How about it?"
She didnt give a moments time for response before she answered her own question, "Ok then, first question, What is your name?"

Ellesmere sat in her cell, almost falling into a dark sleep until Hero squeaked. She picked her head up, alert now as she heard someone coming down the hall. She heard silence for a few moments before a gunshot and a cry. She said a quick word for the poor soul and hoped it was on its way to peace.
When Ilya opened the door to Ellesmere's cell, Hero crawled down from her head and slipped in between Ellesmere's legs and stomach, nothing but his little head poking out at her knees. Hero didn't like the woman whom had came into the room. Ellesmere didn't blame him, she was Aunshi, and a Lieutenant none the less. She didn't know they would send someone like that to interegate her.
When Ilya asked her what her name was, she said nothing. She kept her eyes on Hero, not even glancing up at the woman. She had her own plan for getting food and getting out. She didn't take that stupid bargain she was offered before and she wouldn't take it now. She hadn't spoken to any of the questioners that had come yet, and there were plenty of them. They tried being friends and using violence, all gave no results. Because Ellesmere was in the mood, she decided to speak just a little. Why not toy with the enemy a little before she left.
"All the name you need is on your roster. And spare me the 'let's be friends' routine." she said in a soft, low voice. It was odd for a healer to be as bold as Ellesmere was.

After a quick debriefing, Lietenant Mark cathode snaped a crisp salute to the Captain before exiting the building. The plan was simple: break in, get the medic, get out alive. This was one of those 'secret missions' carried out by one or two people at a time.

The military records showed she was last seen healing a slodier on the battle field, on promptly picked up by Aunushi scum. She had extensive knowledge in Medicine and was a valuable asset to the Trifecta Alliance. Her discription was also included, she had long blue hair with silver rings, a black top, reddish shorts, and black boots. She also carried around a strange ferret named "Hero" "I guess Trifecta military let her breach the unifrom protocals or something..." he folded the paper neatly and tucked them into his jacket pocket. "Well they let me breach protocal so I guess its understandable." Mark wore long tan winter jacket with deep pocket to store any weapons or ammo. He had grayish hair that shown wight in the sun. He wore the military unifrom pants and dress shirt loosely underneath his fancy jacket.

"Being the best sharp-shooter in the Alliance does have some perks.." He said to himself smiling a little. He walked out of the building and towards the weapons locker. There were a multitude of weapons from battle axes to charms that produced elemental attacks. Mark, of course, always chose firepower over anything else. His favorite weapon, the Mark VII Light Sniper Rifle was the only one in stock in this Trifecta region. He also carried around a side-arm and a mean looking hand knife. His particular sniper rifle shot energy powered high density beads that can go through 2 slabs of Titanium. Each slug held 5 rounds each, making it highly effectiv and economic. "So, I'm off to save a damsel in distress from the big bad the Aunushi? What luck" he jumped into a small disk teleporter. Motes of light surrounded him as he was teleported to the outskirts of the Aunushi encampment that 'Ellesmare" Was in. "Time to get jiggy." He checked to make sure his sniper was loaded and started to climb upwards towards the building.

Xeraph returned to Rosenvein, the castle of the Four Sky Gods. The others were out, and the only person remaining at the castle was Vyru, the Oracle. She was a beutiful woman, with long lavender hair and piercing red eyes.

"Oh Xeraph, you finished so quickly. You are quiet strong." She said with a smile. Xeraph's eyes filled with anger.

"You're heartlessness is disturbing Vyru. You think I enjoy slaughtering those people? I would prefer that this would would come to peace, so that I would not have to kill anymore. But seeing as that will never happen..." Xeraph started.

"You will have to go through with the Master's plan." Vyru finished. "I am sorry killing humans is distasteful to you, but you have no choice. This is the only way. Human behavior cannot be changed." She held her hand up, and the light escaped the jewel in Xeraph's scythe, being absorbed by an orb in Vyru's hand.

"I am done for the day, so I will take my leave. But know this...when our plans come to fruition, I will kill you." Xeraph said coldly.

"Why, I'm hurt Xeraph. I'm only trying to help you." Vyru said unphased.

"As if you could feel hurt. I know what you are...a soulless puppet created by Aysterith for the purpose of collecting souls. You are an abomination, and you are not suppost to exist! So take heed, you will not live a day after the Great Divide..." Xeraph said, leaving for his quarters. Vyru could only smile.

Ilya's mood changed suddenly and unexpected. She was in a good mood, killing the first prisoner had brightened her droll day of interrogating. She simply smiled and shifted positions.
"Very well then, Miss Jane, starve...freeze for all I care. I tried to help you. Information you could of provided might easily be obtained from someone else. You could of saved your own life, as well as...that" As she spoke the last part she gestured towards the Ferret.
Ilya moved towards the door. Like she had said, information could be easily obtained elsewhere, and time was not to be wasted.
"Your determined and loyal, i'll give you that. Would have been a very nice addition to our ranks. What a waste."
She drew her gun, cocked it, and pointed it at the girl
"Any last words, sweety?"

Ellesmere glared at Ilya as her mood changed drastically. She was not worried at all about death, she feared nothing of the sort. She began ignoring the woman as she went on about how she didn't care. If she didn't care, why was she still standing there ranting like a human...that's right, she is human. An Aunshi human. Anger was in their blood.
When Ilya pointed a gun at her, Ellesmere finally looked up at her as she heard the hammer cock back. She looked at the woman with unusually colored eyes. Ellesmere's eyes were a light pink, like cherry blossom petals. She did say something after the woman was done talking.
"Oh that's brilliant, let's kill more people." she remarked. "You may get knowledge of the Alliance without me, you are right there." she paused for a moment before smirking and leaning her head back against the stone wall. "But you will never come across another with the knowledge I have. Do you know how to cure major wounds during battle? how about turning what you though was an average weed into an elixir that boosted the senses ten fold? Or maybe you know how to bring recent dead back from the grave? Not even an Aunshi would throw away something so valuable." she said all of these things because she knew how to do all of them. Her knowledge was unlike any human in the world. Only a Mekadorian could hold the knowledge she did.
She then added, "I may be willing to share, but only with one of my own. I will only speak with another Mekadorian." She knew that would buy her some time. There were few Mekadorians that accosiated with humans now-a-days. She needed time.

Ilya had succeded in her original goal. She had done what the other interrogators had failed to do. She had gotten something out of the girl.
"All this you can do? But you won't tell me...Only another Mekadorian...Thats fine"
She lowered her gun. She had planned on killing the girl, but if she was telling the truth, that their was a way to cure deathly wounds and revive the dead, it would be a promotion-worthy find.
"Very well. I will contact the Office of Foreign Military about finding someone you can associate with."
She moved closer to the girl and smiled. She handed the girl an apple.
"Cooperation pays off." She said as she left the cell, locking the door behind her.
Ilya walked to the guardsroom and grabbed a phone.
She called the OFM and asked for a loyal Mekadorian to be brought out here. As Mekadorians were scarce in Aunshi, the request could take time to be fulfilled.
She sat down in the guardsroom and sighed, then, remembering the first prisoner, ordered one of the guards to dispose of the body.

Mark, sneaked up toawards the nearest window and popped the hatch open. There were two guards in the room and Mark quickly cut both men's throats with a quick slash of his hand blade. They dropped to the floor thrashing as they rapidly lost blood. Then they died, bloob gurgling from their open mouthes. He looked around and saw a Aunushi army hat and slipped it on. A little souvineer. Mark whiped the blood off his knife and slipped it back into the holster.

There was a holo-computer in that room. "A meeting room?" He walked up to it and accessed the buildings blue prints. two thirds of this facility was a prison, the other one third for guards and weapons. He sifted through the multitude of information, current prioners, recently brought in, high priority...bingo. There was a newly acquired prisoner, high priority. A Mekadorian

The Lieutenant silently stalked the halls snapping and slashing the necks of anyone he encountered. Finally, he stationed himself on a watch tower on the inside of the prison. The original occupant, a Aunushi sniper, lay at his feet. Mark turned off the LSR's saftey lock and looked thorugh the scope. He zoomed in 2X and scanned the general area where Ellesmere was held. All the cold silver cells were visible. Then Mark noticed a person, talking to one of the prisoners. He switched to the 10X objective and watched as the women coldly shot a young Cymenian dead. She walked out, writing notes down on a clipboard, then moved on. "Damn Aunushi.." He eased his finger on the trigger. The women then moved onto the next cell. Mark saw a girl..no a Mekadorian! Blue hair, blackish top...This was his target. "Found you little Medic..." He slowly observed the conversation the two exchanged.

The girl didn't look up, though, and soon the trigger happy Aunushi pointed her pistol at the defenseless Mekadorian... "Uh-Oh.." Mark quickly aimed the sniper to the Aunushi womens head, making sure the scope was smack dab on the center of her little head. "Bot you know, scum.." His breathing stilled and he squeezed the trigger. It made a high CRACK, sailing straight and true towards the womens head...but stopped short on the thick bullet proof glass. "Crap! Smart Aunushi's made a building right this time!" He quickly withdrew, from his position. Five guards chased after him, firing a barrage of arrows and bullets alike. He ducked behind a pillar and chucked a smoke bomb towards the guards. They were quickly enveloped in a large puff of smoke and Mark made a hasty retreat in the confusion. Running, he pulled up a map of the building, the cell which Ellesmere was in was about a floor above him. he swept back his gray hair and ran towards the elevators, hoping he wasn't too late..

Ellesmere sighed as the woman kept talking to her. She thought she was so clever, but Ellesmere was the real one holding all the cards. She was about to get out of this dump. She was releived as finally the woman left her cell. She was left an apple. "What a sweetheart." she said sarcastially. "If she think's I'm eating Aunshi food, she's an even bigger idiot than I thought." she added.
She broke the apple into two pieces and then broke off a smaller piece. She held it to Hero's face and he began eating it. He then scrambled from where he had sandwiched himself and took the half of apple in his cute little paws. He ate it as Ellesmere sat there, thinking. She knew that a squad was heading for her by now, but how long were they going to take? She did mannage to buy them some time, but she couldn't do everything for them. She sat there watching Hero eat, smiling at him. Hero was the only one she trusted completely. Even though he was just a ferret. "Good boy Hero. We'll be out of here soon, I promise."

Sam had been following a group of Trifecta Alliance soldiers for the last few hours now. There were six of them. They were all slowly walking somewhere towards Aunshi territory. Sam was moving around them, staying out of sight. He quickly ran towards one of them and stabbed him in the neck. One of the others looked back and yelled something and they all looked at Sam. They started running towards him. He ran quickly and climbed up a tree. They ran past him and he jumped on one of them and stabbed them in the neck also. He ran up behind another and got him right in the spine and pulled his knife upwards. The remaining three all turned around and looked at him. He threw his knife at one of them and it hit them in the head. He then grabbed out his sword and ran towards them. He dodged and blocked all of the attacks from them, tiring them out. He made small slashes when he saw an opening, "Surrender!" He said to them and they put their arms up, knowing they couldn't win.

He made a motion for them to let go of their swords and they did. "On your knees!" He yelled at them and they obeyed. He walked towards them andkicked both of their swords away. He then grabbed his knife from the dead man and walked towards one of them men. He stabbed him in the back of the head and the other man quickly started running. Sam dropped his sword and ran after him. He jumped at him and bit him in the shoulder, making some blood come out. He then grabbed his knife and started stabbing the man in the back violently until he stopped moving. Sam then started walking away.

Siting in the guardsroom(it was quite a ways away from the cells), Ilya ran over her notes, checking and double checking anything, and frankly, everything. She was organized and prepared for many things. She wasn't, however, prepared for a prison break. Upon hearing shouts and gunshots a while off, she got up and looked down the hall. She didnt see anything and decided to go check on the Mekadorian girl. On her way to the cell, she called in an assault report and asked for additional troops to be sent here immediatly. Prison breaks and assaults were pretty big deals, and as she had made apparent that this prisoner knows something, the army was quick to respond. They had promised 3 gunship-transports, ETA: 5 Minutes. She drew her Gunblades and stepped into the cell. She quickly glanced at the girl, then half-crouched next to the door. She was positioned so that she wouldnt be noticed by anyone until they were within the cell, with one gun aimed half-heartedly at the girl, in case she warned anyone of Ilya's presence. She could hear more shouting in the distance.
"What a daring rescue operation they have set up for you. You must be an important person."
She paused for a moment, and though about continueing. She realized, despite her hate for demonkin, that they can be valuable, knowledge and combat wise.
Thats why she has the most powerful demonkin she can get transferred to her regiment. Upon reflection, she wondered if the rescue team was multiple-man, or a single operative. She also observed the possibility of demonkin rescue operatives. She thought on this and realized, if they planned on using a Cymenian, it would be best to wait for nightfall, and it was still early in the afternoon. She came to the conclusion(based upon shouts, firing frequency and her own rationalizations) that there was one operative. She also picked out from shouts that it was a male, and that he was either human or Mekadorian(although human seemed more likely, as Mekadorians were generally officers or medics)
Shots had quieted down now, and she thought for a moment that they had captured or killed the operative. She began to get up, but before doing so, she crouched back down. The operative might be good. Really good. Enough to kill or elude all the guards. Better safe than sorry. She figured she would wait until the guards secure all the rooms before she would assume that the attack had concluded.
She looked at the girl and smiled with a wink.

Ellesmere was trying to listen for the signs she was told of before her going into the battlefield. She knew that a team had most likely gotten to the base by now, but she didn't know how many or of what rank. She only hoped that they were skilled enough for this. The one thing about this event that she didn't like was the fact that she was made to look very valuable. She was of course, but she didn't want the Aunshi to be aware of that. She'd planned to get away without anyone knowing. The girl she'd told a bit of her power to before couldn't possibly confirm that what she said was true.
When Ilya came into her cell, she sighed. 'Damn' she thought to herself. Hero scampered over to her and hid under her legs. She had to think of a plan. She couldn't let herself be kept here any longer. She didn't want to end up coming up with something when a Mekadorian of Aunshi arrived. She was counting on the Trifecta troops to help her out. She wasn't worried about someone coming into her cell and getting hit, because she could always heal them at the least.
"Awe, and I thought you didn't care about me." she said sarcastically to Ilya as she took position in Ellesmere's cell.

Xeraph sat in a chair in his chambers, starring into a looking glass. He watched with a heavy heart as the crimes of the war played out. He watched as an innocent Cymenian be killed in a prison by a human girl, which escolated into a battle at the prison. Xeraph also watched as defenseless soldiers were massacred by a Cymenian man. All this senseless death and destruction, all of it because of human greed and the Demonkin that followed it.

Am I any better? Xeraph thought. I kill many people for the sake of peace, but in the end am I doing anything different? I know my crimes are unforgivable, but I must carry on, for the sake of this planet, for all life. Xeraph looked out his window at the cloudy skies above Rosenvein, and sighed. Perhaps this was an omen of things to come.

Teniede looked on at the prison complex before him, the target of his raid. The destruction of such a facility would cause havoc in the surrounding area, letting Aunshi prisoners on the loose, allowing further strikes by the Gegrai rebels under his command. He had decided to personally lead the strike team, and now only waited for his spotter team, a female Cymenian and a male Mekadorian to finish marking out several key points on the map before them. At a nod from them, he called in the orders to the rest of his command.

"Artillery is released to fire at designated coordinates, concussive shells only." Nodding back at the spotter team, the Mekadorian beginning to call in locations, and it was mere seconds before the shells began to fall, hitting key points of the prison. None struck the prison block itself, but several were near strikes. "Move."

Teniede began to run, the four Cymenians and one Mekadorian following close at his heels, dashing to the rear wall of the prison. Here, stealth was called for, for once they entered, the six body team was going to use the boom of crashing artillery to complete their mission. Gesturing for the others to remain behind him, he held his claw-like hand at the wall. "Gaia break!" The words of power seemed to boom around him at his sharp command, and the mighty wall blew inwards, the etherial glow about his hand in the casting fading.

The strike team entered, inside the prison block itself. Teniede gave the order to draw arms, and as one, the team unsheathed their blades. The Drakorian made the extra move of running the point of one nail along his dagger, and it shimmered, elongating to it's full length, the 4' blade called Millenium. Then he strode inside, intent on wreaking carnage and havoc.

The girls sarcastic words were heard briefly before being drowned out by a large explosion.
"What the..." her curse was drowned out by yet another explosion.
Ilya stood up and attempted to angle her vision to the hallway, without exposing herself. She couldnt see anyone, but heard some speaking. She couldnt make out what was being said. She turned back to the girl and, eyeing her, called the nearest HQ. The gunships were probably a few minutes away still and when the operator picked up, she harshly reported the situation. She didnt know if the explosions were part of the rescue operation or not, but reported it as a full out assault. The operator promised more gunships. She hung up the phone and attempted to see if anyone was coming, when she still couldnt spot anyone, she turned to the girl.
"I dont even know your name, girl, but you and your friends are giving me a real headache." She paused and waited, an explosion that would of drowned out her next sentence shook the building. "Alot of people are going to die because of you." She said the last part in an accusing tone.
She looked as if she was going to continue, until her phone buzzed. She answered it and spoke a few words that only have meaning to people in her military.
She hung up and smiled, holstered one gun, and looked out the window. The original three gunships had arrived, and soldiers were roping down.
"Time to wrap this up" she said to herself, keeping an eye on the girl, she paced the room.
The gunships outside had finished dropping their men, 12 in each. The 3 gunships rose, gaining altitude and began to search the nearby terrain for the source of the artillery.

As Ellesmere watched Ilya, she was not just watching, but reading her movements. She knew that this place was now crawling with Aunshi and other troops, Either from the Rebels or Trifecta. She sat there motionless as Ilya spoke. When she made the comment "a lot of people are going to die because of you" she answered quietly, "Yeah, a lot of your people."

When Ilya began to pace the room, Ellesmere watched the aproximate movements she made, waiting for the right moment. She grinned as Ilya stepped slightly forward, her side barely open to Ellesmere. That was all she needed. Quickly, much quicker than most other Mekadorians, Ellesmere shot up and jabbed her hand, fingers out, into a deep pressure point in Ilya's side. The strike would set her off balance enough for her to get a few more shots. She knocked a few points in Ilya's back, moving quickly around as to avoid any attempted counter strikes.

While Ilya was most likely stunned by the fighting style demonstrated by the healer, Ellesmere slammed against the doorway. (the door is open from what I know) Hero scampered up Ellesmere's leg as she ran out the door and clung to her shoulder so he wouldn't get left behind. She took off for the guardroom where her equiptment was taken.

Ilya was momentarily caught off guard. When she had recovered, she rushed to the doorway and aimed the gun, only to see the girl round a corner and out of her crosshairs. She had run into the guardsroom, where her equipment was kept lying on a table in the back. Ilya dashed towards the guardsroom, rounded the door and found the girl picking up her equipment. She was about 25 feet away and in the opposite corner of the room. There was a single, bullet-proof window, and Ilya blocked the only exit. She pointed her gun hastily at the girl and fired. The bullet struck the wall just above her head. The chamber revolved and another bullet was ready to fire.
"That was a bad idea, girl. Put your hands on your head and turn around slowly, or the next one doesnt miss."
As she spoke this, she drew her other gun and cocked it. She kept her left gun at her side and the right pointed at the girl.
"And dont try anything, I wont hesitate to kill you."
She looked out the window, keeping one eye on the Mekadorian. Only one of the gunships was visible and it had just released a missile from its stock. The missile had apparently struck one of the mortar cannons.
Less than a second after the missile was fired, one of the Aunshi Strike Team's moved into the guardsroom, their guns were trained on the girl. The second team moved and secured the hallway around them.
"Looks like I win this round"

Sam heard several explosions from not very far away. It was in Aunshi territory. He made a slight grunting sound and started walking towards it. He didn't think it was a big deal so he took his time as he approached. He tried thinking about what would be over there. There wasn't any town. He then remembered that there was a prison. It wasn't a very big one. He didn't know why anyone would attack it. He started moving slightly faster and when he noticed several enemy soldiers and quickly jumped to the ground to make sure no one noticed him. He looked around then started moving in a crouching position towards a lone soldier. He jumped at him and stabbed him in the leg. The soldier screamed in pain as he turned around and swung a punch at Sam but missed. Sam then slashed at his back and stab the soldier in the shoulder before jumping on to his back and delivering a killing blow to his head. Sam ran away, so that anyone who heard the soldier hopefully wouldn't see him. He then looked around, hoping for another opportunity.
