Marion Middle School has just been awarded one hundred thousand dollars from an anonymous donor. The only regulation on the money was that it was spent to give the kids a grand spring break. So, the principle decided to send the kids on a cruise to the beautiful Caribbean. Two lucky teachers were chosen as chaperones to make sure that everything went smoothly. The kids were overjoyed and within a week they were on a cruise ship headed out to sea.

Two days of paradise and the cruise was going perfectly. The kids were swimming and getting along better than they ever had before. The chaperones were having the time of their lives. That night a surprise storm blew into the area. The ship was rocked and kids were thrown about their rooms. The rain fell in torrents and the waves crashed into the boat over and over.

In the middle of the storm the ship crashed into some undersea rocks and a hole was torn into the hull. The Captain notified the chaperones and quickly ushered the kids into life boats. The boats were then pushed away from the ship as the Captain and his crew went down with their ship. The life boats were thrown around on the deadly waves. The teachers knew that if they didn’t sight land soon that it would be too late for all of them….

The sun’s rays revealed a deserted island with a long stretch of beach covered with broken boards and students. The life boats had been beaten until they broke apart. The teachers had noticed the island and sent the kids towards the shore. The sandy shore was now lined with bodies, some alive and some dead. Now it was up to the chaperones to survive.
