It was once said that th greatest threat to all life are the intelligent beast whom dominate the world. Their fighting amongst each other and quarreling amongst their selves will reign doom upon the world and its inhabitants. Nations came and went. Eras came and went. Each built upon the lasts repertoire of weaponry and tactics. Each brought new ways to kill each other. Some began trying to avoid war, some tried to become merchant nations, but there was always war. This interaction of nations, whether it was violent or peaceful, became known as Diplomacy.

The modern world now kneels to massive nations that cover spaces of land unthought of in past eras. Its nations hold weapons ready to tear the world apart into a fiery hell. All that stopped the world from falling apart was diplomacy, but even that would soon fail.

Aton Medevev, the Premier of the Red Technocracy, Will leaving for Graul today to discuss a possible trade agreement between the two nations. The conference is expected to go in favor of the Red Technocracy, and rumors of a possible weapons export deal have been heard earlier in the week.


On the northernmost island of Omhsk, Construction has been started on the carrier "Kuznetsov". This carrier is the largest ship and most advanced ship planned in the technocracy fleet to date, and it is expected to be fully operational \ in only 2 years.


Boris Konstantinovich Zhukov, the new Marshal of the Red Technocracy, was inaugurated today. Boris has held a distinct career in the Technocrat Army, and is sure to lead us to glorious victories against our foes.

"Grand Warlord, there are two thing I must bring forth to you," Said Grobok, one of the councilmen who advised the Grand Warlord "First we have the reports on the military. It's remained relatively the same for quite some time now." The adviser handed Thog a group of papers. Thog immediately shuffled through the wordy documents to a chart in the middle of the stack.

The navy was being maintained well. Most of its ships had been taken during past wars or repair when they were found. Many were fitted for fighting aircraft because the antion of Graul's airforce was practically nonexistant. They specialized in naval and land battles.

The orcish king looked up grinning "And what of the second thing you wish to speak of?"

"There will be a meeting today with a Red Technocracy official named Aton Medevev. I have already cut off the peasants access to the port they will be landing in a mile out to ensure their safety. Do you have a meeting place in mind Grand Warlord?"

"No send them here when they arrive," Thog once again grinned "They should be able to see the great halls of Graul's Palace."

"The President met with the Secratary of Defense today to discus how well our army could hold up in a time of need to let you know how well we are protected her is a list of defenses we have:

The President flicked off the radio. "Those numb skulls!" he yelled and hit the desk.
The secratary of defense steps in. "Now Mr. President theres no need to worry about the we will be hoping to meet with the orcs of the northern Islands today. It may be later to day as the have a meeting with the Red Technocracy."
"Well good we also need to meet with those red people ugh need some whisky." The president stands up and walks over to the bar in his office. He pours so brown liquid into a nice crystal galss.
"Okay sir I will talk to our Secratary of Peace about seting up a meeting with them." the secratay turns to leave.
The president turns to the secratary. "Thank you Gronak." The orc leaves the room with a smile on his face.

Zhukov strode over to where the Premeir stood. He was accopanying him on the Diplomatic Mission to the Orcish Islands, he then asked him, "Comrade Premeir, are you going to invite the Orcish Warlord to the May Day Parade this year?"

(OOC: Damn, that's good. I might as well use Soviet Force statistics for the Navy and Air Force)

Anton turned to the Marshal who had said something about inviting the orks to the Technocracy May Day parade, he was dressed in his finest and most ornate military uniform. Lots of Gold and Silver, none of the cheap electrum that the Technocracy used for petty officers and other Ranks of no note.

"He would make a valuable strategic ally if we go to war with our neighbors to the North. So I think we shall."

Anton turned to the open doors of the Cargo Plane that would carry the two to the orcish island. On the outside, it was a normal Ilyushin Il-12, but on the inside it was equipped with wooden paneling and other items that made it for the leader of a Great Nation.

"Zhukov, I think we should be going now."

Anton stepped on the ramp, and walked into the plush interior of the plane.

((I was actually planning on using Pre-War Equipment, but since that would make out armed forces lopsided, I thought I would even it out to a 1944-6 esque load-out.))

Zhukov nodded, agreeing with the Premeir, following the man into the plane. As the Premeir took his seat, Zhukov took one across from him, saying, "Strategic yes, powerful no. They'll make a good meat sheild." Then leaning closer, he whispered to his leader, "I say, when their usefullness has expired, we annex them." He then leaned back, and looking around, he asked, "Do you have any Vodka on this plane?" He could hear the pilots going through the Take-Off procedures in the cabin.

Anton chuckled at the notion of annexing the people he was about to have a conference with. "I think that will also work" he said, leaning in with the Marshal. Then he reassumed his position sitting upright in the posh chairs on the converted military transport. He thought about it for a moment, and remembering where the Vodka was on the plan, he said "Underneath the seats, I stays cold during the flight" He leaned downwards\, and jerked a underneath his seat aside, revealing a stack of Vodka bottles and small row of glass, all padded in a greenish foam in case of turbulence.He grabbed the neck of one bottle, and the two glasses, leaned upwards, and asked Zhukov, "How much do you want?"

Zhukov chuckled, saying with humor, "Enough that I can unwind a bit." He looked out the window, "I never knew being in such a high position could come with so much stress, even in peace time." He then turned back to the Premeir, saying, "I think you'll be pleased with the May Day Parade this year, sir."

Anton uncapped the vodka bottle and poured Zhukov a generous amount, "Here you go, Just enough, eh?"He said as he handed the Vodka to Zhukov. As he poured his own glass of Vokda, Anton said in a menacing voice, "And I'm sure our "friends" will too." He chuckled as he finished his sentence, amused by his own little quip. His allies would be amazed by the might the Technocracy.

Zhukov took the glass from him, chuckling, he sipped at it, tasting the Nectar of the Technocracy. He then said, "And I'm sure my good comrades over at the VVS are looking foward to both the May day festivities and the Dinsmark Air Show." He couldn't wait to unveil his new Super-Weapon, the T-100, the Sotka. A truly magnificent device. He then was reminded by his duties as he asked his Premeir, "What's the word from our good Scientists on the Super-Soldier program?"

Anton took a drink from his own glass of Vodka, before responding to the Marshal. "We shall see." he said, in a rather cool, but enthusiasm laced voice. Then Zhukov brought up the subject of the super soldier program, Anton set down his glass, his hand trembling. The program was a touchy subject, and even Anton had his doubts about it, the project for Ape-Human slave labor had worked well, and Technocracy had it's share out cheap export goods, but this involved only humans... "It is going fine, and the scientists are nearing the first stages of what could be considered above-human." he gulped, this was never fun to talk about.

"Oh Mr. President i forgot to give you the naval suply force papers here they are sorry again sir." THe orc layed the papers on the table. Gronak sat down and waited for the president to finish reading over them. The had a couple hundred Shinano sized aircraft carriers full of men and completly equipped for defense and attack. They also had atleast a thousand U-boats maybe more.
"Thank you Gronak its much abliged, this goes to show that we have more infantry. I need you to move all those ships in and have them drop half they're infantry units in the capital. This will show those radio news punks." The president smiled.
Gronak chuckled abit. "Yes, sir." The orc got up to leave.
"No, no do you drink at all?" The president was a drinker but no more than three is what he promised himslef.
"Um is this a if I answer yes you'll have me fired and if I answer no you wont or ifi answer yes i stay havea drink and we discus well... Politics?" Gronak kinda liked were this was going he didn't have very many friends.
"The second one." The president said with his deep rumbly voice.
"Well then yes I have been know to drink on occasion and I would love to stay and chat." Gronaks held back a huge smile.
"Then sit my friend." The president got up and poured two glasses of the brown liquor. "Here." He handed Gronak one.
"Thank you sir." He took a sip of the liqud. It was sweet less tart than normal whiskey.
"Please stop calling me sir." He looked at him Gronak shook his head okay. "You can call me by my acctual name of Grotshki or Gromby which ever you prefer." The presiudent was human but had an orcish name.
'Maybe hes only half human.' thought Gronak. "Sir are you part orc?"
The president looked at him. This look was alittle stern. Gronak was kind of regreting say that. "Yes I am and that look was just to scare you."
Gronak laughed and so did the president.

Zhukov had noticed he had slightly disturbed the Premeir and he then apolgised, "Forgive me, sir, I meant not to disturb you, I was only curious as to when I would be able to test them in training. But onto a lighter note, I have a new report on the Belkan Reich, to the east. They seem to be mobilizing for war." He then looked at his uniform, commenting on all his medals, hoping to lighten the mood, "I think my uniform is about to rip, one of the bad parts of diplomacy is showing off, eh?"

Our beloved Kaiser, Emil Dollmann I, will be departing on a diplomatic mission to Graul to discuss trade, and a possible Co-Belligerence Treaty.


Our newest Airship, Christened the "Gott Staaken", will be unveiled in the Dinsmark Airshow. It has the capability to be in flight for a total of Eight Months, and has the capability to field 20 Jastas! We will let the Communists have a bit of that!

Our new Field Marshal of the Luftstreitkräfte, Lukas Volkmar, was both Knighted and Inaguarted today! May he serve both his Kaiser and Fatherland well!

The secratry of peace who was awoman burst through the doors "Sir there is a new Island to the east of this!"
The presadent stood up. He ran to his phone. "Im reding a minorly armed U-boat get over to the port now!" She ran leaving the room in a hurry. "Sir if need be i will but our troops on alerted!" He ran to the door.
"Do that and thank you Gronak." He smiled then pushed a button and held the phone to his ear.
"Sri what do you need?" It was the naval directer.
"The Peace U-boat readied for action right now!"
Right before the president hung up "SIR YES SIR!"
The naval director pulled it out of tits dock and brought it to the port.
It was still moving as the secratary of peace jumped aboard. "Go to the eastern island right away."
The U-boat pulled out of the harbor and roared around the nation very quickly.

The day was beautiful, not a cloud in sight, just beautiful blue sky. The Kaiser rode in his staff car through the streets of Dinsmark, towards the huge Air Feild that was the place of many airshows, but most importantly, the Dinsmark Annual Airshow, in which all the major nations came to both flaunt and observe new Air Designs, how all others would be eclipsed by the new Airship. The Kaiser sighed as the car sped along, he was going to board a Ju-52 Transport, bound for Graul, Orcs... he thought to himself... disturbing creatures... but he hoped to trade goods with them, his country could always use the money...

The u-boat quickly pulled up next to the transport. They sent a radio message ::come in come in we come to offer trade deals and mutual friendship:: the uboat pulled infront and slowwed down abit.
