DMC-styled fight ( )

Postby Nieve.Roja on Fri Nov 28, 2008 6:58 pm

Basically, what the title says. I'd like a T1, one-on-one fight, in the spirit of the Devil May Cry franchise. Post length is unlimited, though I'd like it to be somewhat descriptive. No official characters, just the setting. I'll put up a character as soon as someone responds.

Also, and this is more of a personal request, please make sure you'll be able to finish this fight. I'll be looking forward to it.

P.S.: In case you don't know Devil May Cry, it's more or less modern-day fantasy.. ish.

Very well, a three-way should make things more interesting.

Now, if you'd please post your characters. Mine will be the following:

Name: Usagi Murasaki

Age: 20

Height: 178 cm

Weight: 66 kgs

Appearance: Black-reddish short hair, dark green eyes. Long white coat, dark blue jacket, black shirt. Grey jeans, black boots. White fingerless gloves. A miniature playing card hangs from a ring in his left ear.

Weapons:
Jack of Clubs: In essence, this is a slightly elongated chokuto, a type of straight Japanese sword, common before the curved blade was introduced. The Jack features a carving of a playing card near the hilt.

King of Spades: The King of Spades is basically a Luger P-08, especially crafted for Usagi. It features an 8-round magazine and iron sights.

Bio: Usagi had received intensive combat training from a very young age, to 'honor the family line'. Years of training in hand-to-hand combat, weapon mastery and marksmanship have given him close to supernatural skills. However, as a side-effect, it has made him very jittery, and he is always on edge, to the point where it even gets annoying. Despite this, he's still somewhat lively, and has quite a sense of humour. He also seems to have a certain affection for almost any card game, and can be usually found toying around with a deck of cards.

Even though he somewhat lacks physical strength, he is incredibly fast on his feet. He is able to pull off the most amazing acrobatics in the blink of an eye. He has completely adapted his fighting style to this, saying 'you can't kill what you can't hit'.
----

I'm not sure about the setting for this battle yet. I'd like to have itin some kind of an urban setting, though I don't really have anything specified; I'm open to suggestions.
