Some call it a curse, while others see it as a window of opportunity. That being the fact that a good ninety percent of the students that attend Summer High, located in a big city in Japan, end up living happily with someone of the same gender. No one knows for sure why this is but it defiantly strikes up some drama.

Drama. That was something that Yumi saw a bit too commenly. It was also something she wished not too happen this year. Knowing that the school she was going to was Summer High, drama was bound to happen. Swinging her bag over her shoulder and pushing the thoughts away, the girl trotted up to the school building making sure to keep well aware of her surroundings.

Up ahead the sky held a big, bright, golden sun and had a few puffy clouds dotting the blue background. When it came down to the tempature, it was a bit higher than likable, but not too bad.

Although she was the burnette's first time attending Summer High, she was anything but nervouse. The place seemed like evrey other school; filled with loud students, teachers trying to keep order, and ofcourse the less than fashionable uniforms evreyone was forced to wear. Evreything was normal. Evreything was going to be normal throughout the year. Atleast that was the prediction.

Makoto sighed, blowing her hair out of her face as she squinted to see the school. The school seemed bigger than last year, she noted. Maybe they added new classrooms

She glanced around her. All of the other students were all exicted to be back. Gossiping and gushing all about their summers.

Makoto put her book in her backpack before she placed it on her left shoulder.

Taking a deep breath, she hopped up the steps and into the school.

Amaya looked up at her school. It was her second year here and the 'curse' had already gotten to her. She had the biggest crush on her friend Makoto but was too afriad to do anything about it. She walked into the school full of loud people too bright lights and loud teachers. She walked to her locker and opened her locker to pull out her books out and walk to her first class.

Makoto walked down the hallway, already tired of the girls gigglind and the guys hitting eachother as a welcome back gesture.

Stopping by her locker to drop off some books and take out her French, Makoto noticed a few new girls. They all had the school map under their noses as they looked around the hallways nervously, their eyes shifting from eachother back to the lockers.

Makoto smiled, remembering how her first year was. She had met her friend, Amaya then. She shook off her thoughts and trudged her way though the busy crowd to her first class.

(OOC:Sorry but i'm going to lay down after this post I'll try to get back on later tonight but i'm not feeling well so...I'm not sure)

Jin had been looking forward to the new school year, he was ready to see some old faces and some new ones. He smiled at the memories he had at the school as he finished getting ready sliding on his Band-tee and his Jeans aligning the belts right that were strapped to them. He smiled fixing his black hair as he walked right out his front door and right towards his car.

As soon as he got in he was on his way to the school parking in the Student parking-lot he walking briskly towards the front door and Right into the school building. He walked towards the main office and got his Schedule as he walked out into the main lobby looking over it.

Amaya smiled when she spotted Makotot "Makoto!" She called out walking over to her best friend. She looked even prettier than before. "I missed you!" She said hugging Makoto tightly

Kazuya sat in the middle of the hall his back pressed against the lockers. It's his second year int he school with his twin sister Kamika. He hated being twins with her, always comparing the two. He was always the bad twin and she was always the good little girl everyone loved. But he didn't care anymore, it didn't matter to him now. He leaned his head on the looker looking up to the celing. He was going to be late for his first class but he didn't care.

In his mind he was thinking about the 'curse' in the school. He knew that both him and his twin were bisexual, but he wondered of they would end up like 90% of the graduates of the school. He looked around at the students and began judging them on how attractive he found each.

Kamika or Mika as she likes to be known, got her books from her locker. It's second year in the big school and so far she's the good quiet little girl. She wanted to change that but didn't know how. She saw her twin brother sitting in front of his locker. She sighed and walked to her class looking at all the new and old faces.

Makoto laughed and hugged her friend back just as fircely.

"You look good." She said, linking her arm with her friend's are they walked down the hallway. "How was you're summer?"

Makoto had a crush on her friend, Amaya, since she could remember, but she never acted on her feelings.

Amaya rolled her eyes "So Borring what about yours" She asked smiling at her bestfriend her eyes traveling down her body landing on her chest making her blush

"Well, I guess I'm not going to get anywhere walking around here without any help." Yumi said outloud to herself. "Hello! What's your name!?" She called over to an older girl, running over to her. "I'm Yumi!" The burnette informed with a friendly smile, not even giving the other girl a chance to say anything in response to her question. Yumi was noticably shorter than the 16 year old infront of her. Most likely becuase she was shorter than almost evreyone she almost met.

(Oh, and the girl Yumi is speaking to is Kamika, by the way)

Makoto noticed her friend's gaze and laughed.

"It was.....pretty boring as well." She said. "Have you noticed all the freashmen? It seems like every year the freshmen out populate all the upperclassmen." she laughed.

Amaya smiled "Yea I know so have you found your boyfriend yet?" She asked if she said no she would tell her finally tell her about her feelings for her.

Makoto shook her head. "Is it that hard to find a decent guy at this school that has good taste in music and clothes?" Makoto sighed. Makoto's choice in guys were usualy the ones with lip/eyebrow percings and owns at least one pair of converse. "What about you, Chika? Find any guys that make you wild?" Makoto cocked her head to the side, hating herself for asking that question.

Amaya blushed "No but I um have found a girl that make me wild" Amaya said running her hands through her hair nervously. She looked around at the rest of the girls walking through the hall. It was loud and her head hurt but she looked at Makoto in her eye hoping she would ask who

"Mister SUZUKI!" A teacher yelled at Kazuya spotting him sitting on the ground. "It's the first day and you're already slacking off?!"
"God, man I was sleeping." he said in his regular jerk tone looking up at a bold teacher.
"Well if you're skipping class again why don't you help out at the main office handing out the schedules." The teacher said grabbing his collar pulling Kazuya up to his feet. He was then dragged to the main office. Once he was in he watched the teacher leave the room. He chuckled and ran out of the office to the main lobby accidentally bumping into some one. He fell to the grund and cursed under his breath. "Damn, sorry, didn't see you there." He looked up seeing a familiar face.
"Jin! Hey dude!" he said still on the ground.

Kamika turned to a voice calling her. She couldn't help but chuckle at her unable to answer her at first. "Hey, I'm Kamika. But please call me Mika." She said warmly at the younger girl. She didn't recognize Yumi's face so she guessed that she's new. By her looks the young 16 year old could tell that she was only a year younger then her. "So I'm guessing you're new right?"

Makoto smiled, her heart breaking. She knew Amaya well, and she hoped this girl would make her happy. "Congrats." She said, hoping her voice couldn't break. She was stupid to think that anyone would like her back.

Amaya whispered "Its you Makoto" Amaya whispered grabbing her hands and holding them "Its you that makes me wild"

Shari walked into the school skipping with her bag dangling in her hand as her arms flew around. Shari was a hyper girl as well a michevous and curious. When she got into the school she looked around. She had heard that this school had a curse that same genders will live together happily and such, but she doesn't believe in those kind of things. Shari skipped over to the lockers and looked around for the map in her bag. Apparently, she couldn't find it as she rumbled around in her bag. Shari rolled her eyes. It seemed she forgot her map at home. She sighed, she won't die from not having a map. Shari looked at the people in the school. She noticed a short person, probably same age as her. The short person seemed to be almost as short as her. Shari smiled, she won't be the only short person in school. She the noticed a probably 16 year old girl with her. Maybe the older girl can help her around the school with the other short girl. Shari nodded deciding and skipped over to them as she caught a little of their conversation. Seemed they were Mika and Yumi. "Hey! I'm Shari! Do you want to help me too?" Shari playfully asked Mika. "Oh, and hi! Nice to meet you, I hope we can be good friends." Shari nodded to the Yumi. Now standing almost next to Yumi, she was still shorter. Shari pouted. She didn't want to be the shortest one in school again.

"Yep! This is my first year here!" Yumi replied hyperly, which was how she normally greeted people. New as well as already known. "I was hoping to get some advice about this school. Like, where the library is, and all that. I'm sure I could find it on my own but it wouldn't hurt to ask first." A short puase. "Oh, and, I heard this wierd rumor about a 'curse' in this school? Is that true? I really don't think curses can be true... but you've been here longer than I have." Hearing a voice squek beside her, the burnette twirled around to face someone who was actualy not taller than her. "Hi! I'm Yumi! And I was just getting some help from this girl!" She gestured toward Kamika.

Emi glanced around the halls and observed all the other students. Everyone was laughing, hugging, reminicing, and catching up with eachother after the summer break. She just transferred to Summer High so she didn't know anyone yet. She continued to search the crowd. Emi was shy and quite introverted, she didn't know what to do. She could just walk to her first class now to get there super early and cower away, or she could introduce herself to someone. Maybe it was time to gain some courage. Emi leaned against the wall and looked down at the ground in deep thought. She wished that she was more outgoing, maybe then people would actually like her, or at least get the chance to know her. She wasn't so sure about going up to someone and introducing herself anymore, maybe if she waited long enough someone would approach her instead... Probably not, but it was worth a try. So Emi made her way to the nearest bench, sat down, and began to write in her journal as she waited.
