Nyx groaned as she held up the phone that was buzzing. She looked at the number and jumped out of bed. She was in short shorts and a tank top as she jumped out of the window. She didn’t care how she was dressed nor the fact that snow was on the ground. She walked on the snow covered ground until she was deep in the forest.
”You around?” She called. She stiffened when arms wrapped around her waist until she felt his chin rest on her shoulder.
”I’m always around.” He whispered. Nyx turned and rolled her eyes at Riley. She didn’t know why she helped him but she did. His eyes were starting to take on the usual Cullen gold.
”Then let’s go hunting.” She answered as she broke from his grip and sprinted off into the forest. She could hear Riley running behind her. He was her dirty little secret and it would stay that way.

Bree had heard Nyx leave and was curious. She didn’t go in but instead listened to the sounds of the house around her. She was sitting outside of Nyx’s room leaning against the wall. She could hear Rosalie and Emmett already start in on fighting.

Cyrinsighed. she was supposed to be staying with the Cullens but for the life of her she couldnt find out were it was. Tanya had given her specific directions but....maybe she should have taken one of her head phones out. now she was stranded in the middle of some dreary old town named Forks and on top of that she was soaked from head to toe. yay. she stepped into a diner, probably the only one there, and sat down.
"what can i get for you hun?" the waitress asked
"um....nothing thanks,i just needed a place to rest my feet and get out of the rain" Cyrin said with a dazzling smile
"well stay as long as you like honey" the waitress said then bustled off.

Nyx watched as Riley fed. She was here to be the teacher but he brought something out in her that hadn't stirred since she was fifteen. When she was seeing as the era called it one of the McCarty boys. Watching Riley had her thinking of everything that had happened. He wasn't supposed to be alive. Seth had screwed up there. Now she was walking a very fine line. Edward had gotten close to finding him too many times. She'd have to come out with it eventually.

Bree gritted her teeth. The fighting brought back memories of living with the army. She looked up when Jasper cleared his throat.
"You okay?" He asked. Bree shook her head. Jasper offered her his hand to help her up and Bree accepted. Jasper headed down the stairs with Bree trailing after him. The only reason she did this was because Nyx trusted Jasper.
"Can you two knock it off? You're scaring her." Jasper said.

not this time

"I've got to go." Nyx whisped.
"Why?" Riley asked as he looked up at her.
"Bree. We've got someone new coming today." Nyx answered. Riley looked at her and shrugged. Nyx smiled and walked away.

"Why should we listen to you?' Rosalie asked.
"Because Nyx'll take care of it herself if you don't stop." Jasper answered. Bree nodded her head.

Mike Newton walked into the cafe.
"I hate the rain." he muttered.

Cyrin looked up as a teen boy walked in, she glanced at him then looked away. she found staring attracted attention in small towns. she raised a dainty hand and the waitress came back.
"yes honey, you change your mind? you can have anything, on the house" she offered and it made Cyrin smile at her kindness.
"no thank you, i was just wondering if you knew how to get to the cullens house" cyrin asked batting her big green eyes.
"well ive never been there but im sure someone....." the woman trailed off as she spotted mike
"Mike! you know were the cullens live dont ya? you went to their last party right? this nice young lady needs to get there. i figured you could help." the waitress said with a knowing smile.

"You go out into the woods." Mike said.
"Kidding. I could take her." Mike said.

Nyx walked into the house and looked between Jasper, Bree, Rosalie, and Emmett.
"You're already at it?" Nyx asked.

"thank you"Cyrin murmmered and stood with a smile.

"No problem. Mike said as he headed out.
"They know you're coming right? Mike asked.

"What is it to you?" Rosalie sneered.
"Simple fact we've got a new vamp coming today. Nyx said with a shrug.

"well, yes, tehy were supposed to meet me at teh air port in port angeles but they didnt show. i waited for and hour before i started to walk....then it started raining." Cyrin said

"Doesn't sound like them." Mike said.
"Must have gotten busy." Mike said with a shrug.
"Though I'm happy to ferry you to their place." Mike replied with a smile.

Nyx muttered something in Scottish.
"You two were supposed to pick her up remember? Nyx asked.
"I don't think they do." Jasper said. Nyx smiled and wrapped an arm around Bree's shoulders and rested against Jasper.

"thank you, your very kind" Cyrin said with a smile

"Though I dont' thinnk we were properly introduced. I'm Mike Newton." Mike said.

"You all are idiots." Nyx muttered.

"Im Cyrin Pi'etro, pleasure to meet you mr. Newton" Cyrin said

"so were is our new guest?" Carlisle asked as he entered the hosue from his and Esme's hunting trip.

"What a very unique name." Mike said.
"I suits you though." Mike said wiht a smile.

"Don't know those two didn't go like they were supposed to." Nyx said with a shrug.
"Do you think Alice would know? Bree asked.
"Can we give them Rosalie?" Nyx asked.

“thank you” Cyrin said with an almost embaressed smile


“leave it to you guys to forget a guest” Edward said as he entered with bella in tow
“indeed” alice murmered

"You're welcome." Mike said.
"We should be almst there." Mike said.

"I didn't forget her. They did." Nyx said as she pointed to Rosalie and Emmett.
"If they could stop fighting for a couple of hours and remember they have people to pick up we wouldn't have this issue." Nyx said with a glare.
"How is she coming?" Bree asked tentativly.

"she was supposed to ply dont to port angeles and we were supposed to pick her up" Carlisle said with a pointed look at rose and emmet.
emmett raised his hands in defeat.
"im sorry" he muttered

"it was kind of you to take me here. i would have been sitting in the diner for hours.....not that it matters, since ive got all the time in the world." Cyrin said the last part coming out a bit bitterly.
