Here's the basic idea...
The government has created a small group of people with heightened abilities. (Nothing like flying, or mind reading) These people can run faster and longer, jump higher, and their senses are always at maximum capacity. They are humans at their best. Though they are still mortal, their fighting skills are beyond expectations. They have been trained to kill a man with their bare hands, if needed. Their judgement is sound, and they think quickly in desperate situations. They had created the perfect soldiers, assassins, spies, and cops. The government believed that they had these people under their control by placing a small computer chip on their minds that allowed them to alter these people's train of thought. They could make decisions for them without the subject realizing it.
Now, there's a glitch in the system. The subjects have developed something unpredicted and terrible for the people who created them. Free will. They occasionally have dizzy spells where they can't seem to control their own bodies, but now they are beginning to question their origins. They know very little about their pasts. They don't know if they had families, friends, or if the name they have is even the real one.
They're determined to find answers....
