ok guys i really dont want this to die so lets bring in our DoH agents. Now i wanted to see what your opinions were on how these charaters develope. Whether we should have them as a pre-existing unit already and work well as a team. Or as individuals that are working together for the first time?

History : Matthew as any ordinary kid went to highschool , during a race in track and field he felt a sudden strength in his legs . in seconds he finished the 600 meter dash.
Secondary power: with his super speed he is able to be faster the time its self.
