Now I don't know if an FF RP would be any good, but I would like to discuss ideas for a plot and a basis that we should use. I just want to know how many people are interested in it and see what ideas I can gather up to make one.

So far I have thought that all FF characters should be available and people should create their own if they want. Kind of like they are warped into one world and they all meet each other and stuff. That is kind of what I got so far. As for a conflict...I'm stumped. Anyone have any bright ideas?

I'm willing to help, I'm personally not a big fan of FF, but I'm willing to help. Though most likely "If." I joined I would have the basis of creating my own character. But anyway I'm willing to help. Obviously you want something knew.

*Watches* I'll join depending on the plot, but FF always catches my attention during this stage ^^ It kinda dies off as soon as the general populous wails, "Zomg do the 7 storyline all over again!", so I'll reserve my judgment and character until I see how this develops

Well we can storm over this one= conflict for ff13!!! [I'm makin my version of this mixed with the FF13 plot]

- A corrupt system of government that leaves the world set in two pieces:

The lost world, the world that is for the poor or middle class. They live in this world along with the beasts that overrun it, and their government is not a harsh one, though it is almost nonexistant.
The other place is a great crystal in the sky, a mentally able crystal, that protects its people. This government is strict, and hates the Lost world people, only helping to destroy the lost world. These people live highly civilized with highly developed technologies and whatnot.

The conflict is that if the Lost World peoples do not destroy the crystal in the sky, then it will destroy their home, by draining their crystal of life.
So a group of trained soldiers on the Lost World set off to find not just a way to the crystal in the sky, but also a way to destroy it, and restore the beauty and peace to the Lost World.

You can rearrange that if you like, or just toss the idea.

Its doable but needs antagonists. Nice tho

Moi idea: As in every FF there are hordes- gargantuan HEAPS- of random monsters lurking about the world happily fertilizing at a pace fast enough to keep up with the slaughter by malicious heroes.

I say they reproduce just a tad too quick for the aforementioned hero to take care of, and the world is simply overrun with buggering monsters. No ultimate evil, no sinister government, not even a giant meteor flung to Terra by a madman with metrosexual hair. Just a problem of keeping the monsters contained.

Of course, more can stem from that, but I'd find it hilarious if the amount of monsters in the world became simply too large to handle for all the towns, and that they now face extinction to no general threat except for the ever-present one- random monsters!

I actually like the idea. I'm going to see if I can get more. Maybe mix things up a bit. My only problem is that I don't want it to die out so quickly. So the most interesting ideas shall be in. XD Your's is one!

Ummm that would not last... mabye a side-story... but that has no skeleton to it.

With my idea there would be several antagonists.


-The government of the floating crystal civilization
- The Magistrate of the Sky Crystal [a group of powerful people [6 or a little more] that protects the crystal itself]
- The Black Crystal [when the sky crystal starts throwing last resorts on the Lost World, the Lost Worlds crystal unleashes a great beast powered by this. It fights everything and anything and is far beyond out of control. It should take a human style form as well as a large beast-form]

Random Monsters... Well there has to be like a Force behind that... I mean just killing monsters gets a little boring, I mean it can't be an entire plot, but it should be filtered through the entire RP with monsters everywhere through the Basic Plot itself. There still has to be a main enemy though. >.< We need like a Sephiroth of the RP, but well not Sephiroth himself. We need someone. But something new, and fresh. And Apple Jax that could work. A big ass monster to like kick ass.

My idea's plot line would move like this then-

As the group of terrorists [as they would be called to the floating crystal] make way to the floating crystal, they are faced with the government. Once sinking inside that, and destroying the legal system, they instill chaos.

Once the chaos comes into play, and law is no longer stated on the sky crystal, the Magistrate appears. The 6 [or however many beings] rise from the crystal with immense power, and banish the terrorists back to the Lost World.
As the sky crystal begins to search for a last resort now that's it's people are suffering from the unstable living there, it begins to attack the Lost World, mostly through the 6 Magistrate members who are sent to the Lost World to take the last bit of life from it's crystal so that the sky crystal may thrive again.
The Lost World then [through the power of it's crystal] creates a great beast, and another smaller crystal to power it. The Black Crystal powers a dark beast that's first objective is to destroy the Magistrate. But the longer this beast wanders, with only destruction in mind, the more it begins to unleash it's fury upon anyone and everyone, deciding that with the black crystal in it's body, it can use the power to join both crystals, and rule both worlds as one under a reign of destruction and darkness.
Then the terrorists would have to find a way to destroy the beast, and use the Black Crystal as their final weapon to destroy the Magistrate, so that the sky crystal will fall and it's life will be given to the Lost World, restoring it back to the lush and populated land it once was.
