In the near future technology is so advanced that it can replace the human body and do maybe more. Due to a third world war, parts of China and the US have been wiped from the maps. The world population is now concentrated in Europe and Northeast Asia. There are three factions: the government, the left wing rebels and the right wing rebels. The rebels are against the liberal government and want to restore specific ideals. The left and right wing oppose each other and wish to eradicate the opposing factions.

Weapons: Inhuman strength, handcannon and a gun that comes out of her mouth. External weapon of choice: Mircrogun with 5000rpm.
Bio: After a car accident her family was killed. They found her headless body in the car while her head was a good 20 feet from the car. They could save her head from braindamage. After using a new technology on her, she started working for the government.
Other: Even though shes mostly flesh she has much metal in her body. She has radar implanted in her head. Her head is also used for improvement slots.

Appearance: He has short brown hair and prominent stubble, he wears black leather with black robes over the top of it and a hood. His skin is pale and he has red eyes.
Weapons: four long single edged curved blades come out of each arm so he can cut at people with ease. He carries tow uzis and an SA80 automatic rifle and an assortment of knives for both throwing and stabbing. He owns several sniper rifles and pistols but doesn't carry these around, save for specific missions.
Bio: Not much is known about his early save he was taken as a child to be experemented on. After long years of pain he escaped and now hates teh government more than most other people. He is a skilled assassin and was recognised by the national militia, he murders enemy captains and leaders for the rebels, but he is disliked in the organisation because of his cold demeaner. He is only put up with because he is a useful addition to their ranks.
