(russle and fletcher were know as the other brothers elric when they were first introduced in the show)

Russle smiled at the kids and said "Sure am and yes I did work with red water back then." He turned to Ed and said "So Edward you ok with me wanting to join as a state alchemist or do I have to fight you for that right?" Al and Fletcher both spoke at the same time "Here we go again."
Chihiro: Will we meet again?
Haku: Of course we wil.
Chihiro: Promise?
Haku: Promise. Now go and don't look back.

Edward just sighed. "I never knew it was my job to decide who joins and who doesn't, but I guess if you really want it, I suppose you could pretty much be guaranteed a slot" he explained, remembering Russle's previous acheivements and capabilities.

Russel smirked and said holding out his hand "So we friends?" By now everyone was wanting to see them get along. The kids even said "Friends,friends,friends!"

Edward wasn't really looking for a fight, especially in front of his kids. He finally held his hand out, shaking Russel's. "Friends it is. Welcome aboard" Edward stated, giving a reassuring smile.

Winrey smiled as the kids said hooray. Havoc was the one to say it "Sorry boys but you have to take the test like Ed did." Mustang sighed saying "I'll make an exception this one time, we could use his skills and knowledge of the red water."

Walking back over to Winry, he kissed her on the lips and offered his hand out to her. "May I treat you and these lovely kids to a nice dinner tonight?" Edward stated, giving a more luxurious tone to his voice.

"Don't call me short!" Edward started freaking out again, of course not completely. It was focused towards the girl he loved. He started waving his arms around madly as he stared at Winry's comment about him being short.

"Why are you glaring at me like that? I didn't do anything wrong...unless loving you is a crime, then yeah I did do something wrong" Edward stated, laughing a bit as he poked Winry's sides and ran away in a joking fashion.

Winry chased him "Get back here Edward!" she was waving a wrench around shouting "You may have alchemy but I got the stuff to take care of your automail!" the kids just stood laughing as the watched their parents have fun.

Edward just kept running away from Winry. "I don't see what made you so angry all of a sudden" Edward screamed out as he continued running away from Winry, until he tripped and landed face first on the ground.
