Samantha's gulping of the beverage made almost half of it disappear. Yep, she sure was a drinker. Not being able to breathe, she placed the bottle down, and glanced around at her surroundings.

“Do you have a bit of Mojo back there? JuJu? Or maybe bleeding hearts? I like blood.” Terra could barely keep a straight face, everything she listed she pulled out of thin air. The mention of blood a few vampires glanced her way, seeing she had none they would like to offer they lost interest.

Disappointed, Terra drums her fingers with an annoying clicking from her long claws. Her eyes dancing over the bottled spirits. “I want something with a kick, but what? If you have other customers you can come back to me.” She hated this part, unless she had a thirst for something in particular she could never make up her mind.

Samantha overheard Terra, and looked at her. "Well, the rum is the best drink in here." She said to her, showing sympathy, "Whoa, I sounded like an advertiser right now." She smiled, then grabbed her bottle and gupled down more. The alcohol's effect was already settling in. This was weird, but since Samantha drank a whole lot, well, the alcohol didn't take long to blind her brain.

While waiting for his drink, Ethan placed his head down. This world was different from his childhood. The creatures of horror legend had existed, but they were not overlords. Humans were. His grandfather had lost his life in a battle with a werewolf chieftain. Although, he chieftain had died as well. He remembred running through the dark forest as vampires chased him. The moon was yellow, marking the old adage that the moon was made of cheese. His eyes narrowed. These creatures did not deserve a higher position. If he ever broke free, he would hunt them down and show them why humans are not to be messed with. Unfortunately, that day was far off.

Alexis giggled.

"Give me just a minute while you make up your mind!"

She then turned to Ethan, smiling crookedly.

"Well, hun. Your best bet would probably be Whiskey. It's a nice, hard liquor as far as I can tell. Strong."

She reached for a bottle on one of the lower shelves. She dusted it off, looking it over carefully.

"Yup. This should suit you perfectly, love."

Lexis nodded, giving it to Ethan, and brought her attention back to Terra.

"Any ideas yet? Maybe a hard liquor or something a bit light like wine? Or maybe something a bit more crazy...?
Your love is like the air I breathe...I can't see it, but I know it's there.

Samantha, getting a little more drunk by the 2-minutes, stood up from her stool, and walked over to Ethan. Placing a hand on his shoulder, friendly-like of course, "How are you feeling there, kid?"

He picked up the whiskey bottle. "My grandfather used to love whiskey. Said it was a real man's beverage. I guess I'll find out." He spun the bottle on his finger and flicked the cap off with his thumb The cap landed in a garbage can. He chugged the entire bottle wit one gulp and tossed the bottle in as well. He waited for the alcohol to hit his brain. It did, but he was still half-sober. "Thanks, Alexis." He turned and leaned against the bar. He let out a sigh and cracked his neck.

Rum. She spun it around in her head until she almost tasted it. It seemed strong enough to give her some kick, the human drink always did wonders to her mood. Although she preferred the stronger mojo of demon drinks. Unlikely to find such things here. “Yes that would be fine.” she slaps her palm on the counter. “Hit me up with some rum.”

Her eyes land on the human not far away, his features twisted in a hateful look. Poor little creature, looking so alone and venerable. The next instant her mind did total flip, humans were amusing when they are drunk. Leaning over the bar to see what ‘poison’ he was partaking in.

I have to do something. I'll be right back.

Ethan looked at her. "I'm fine, miss. You should slow down on the booze. These animals love an easy kill."

Samantha was dumbfounded as she watched Ethan take down that whole bottle. She laughed, "You trying to challenge me?" Still smiling, she chugged down the rest of her beverage, placing it infront of Ethan.

"It is, it is. And no problem!"

Alexis smiled at Ethan, then at Terra.

"Rum coming right up! That's a good choice, by the way. Rum's an awesome drink."

Lexi quickly grabbed a bottle, cleaning the dust off of it as well. She grabbed a glass as well and put both in front of Terra.

"Here ya go, sweetie! Rum!"

Alexis grinned as she started scrubbing down the counter.

I'm back. He was looking at no one.

"Another whiskey over here, sweetness," he said jovially.

Terra poured the liquid in her glass, taking a mouthful letting the taste roll around her tongue. She could taste the kick to it, still too watered down to do anything to her senses. Humans are delicate creatures after all, despite their thinking. They had no thick almost scaly hid like hers, no claws or teeth to back up their wanting to be free. Just soft pink skin. A smile spreads over her lips, they were so cute almost as cute as fluffy bunnies. She loved bunnies, the long ears and little puffy tail. She had seen one not long ago and fell in love with it instantly, and took it to her chambers for safe keeping. Which reminded her she needed to pick up some food for the hare.

Losing interest in the human male, her eyes move over the others. She sighs leaning on her forearms staring at her drink, this bar is proving to be dull after all. Planning to wait at least until she had her fill of the rum.

Ethan looked over the crowd of vampires and werewolves. "Good to know. These creatures are overconfident in their abilities. But, you see, I am not your average human. I have natural speed and strength that makes me an even match for them. I once gouged out a vampire's eye and pulled his brain out through it. Having nothing to coordinate his movements, he ended up spasming on the floor. I then decapitated him with a chop." He stretched and turned back to the bar, settling into deep thought.

Alexis smiled at both Ethan and Samantha.

"Alrightie, then!"

She scrambled to the shelves of liquor and pulled out a bottle of rum and a bottle of whiskey. Blowing the dust of both, which reminded her, she really needed to dust the liquor. What if a health inspector came in? After removing the dust, she placed both bottles in front of there respective owners.

"Here ya go, sweetheart. A bottle of whiskey. And for you, dearie, rum! Two of my favorite drinks."

Alexis winked, grinning.

"Thanks." He took the bottle, popped the top, and drank it in one gulp. That settled it. He could not drink away the horrors of his past. He tossed the bottle into the garbage and laid his head down. Jenny, I'm so sorry, he thought.
