OOC: anime..we're at the priest...where he's really what's his name...ummm...Envy ^^ so i think we might fight him here in a bit.

*Taking the last puff of his smoke before tossing the end away, Haji continued to walk towards the large building.
He purposefully took his time, as he felt warm and at home being back in Liore.

He breathed in the sights and smells as he ventured, relishing in every minute; allowing the flow of nostalgia to whip through him.

After several minutes he finally arrived at the large cathedrals doorsteps.

Making his way up to the door, he reached out and grasped one of the large brass handles on the door.

Pushing it forward, the door opened with a long slow creak. Stepping inside he began to walk down the long asile that lay in front of him.

As he approached, he noticed three figures standing at the far end. Immediately he recognized Edward. He also vaguely recognized the other State Alchemist standing with him. At least he had seen the face before. The third figure was a large robust man, wearing brown vestments like a monk or a preist.

Reaching into his pocket he pulled out a small photogragh from his pocket. Looking at it long and hard, he noticed the man in the photo and the man before him appeared to be the same. The name on the photo read; "Cornello".

Thinking to himself*

~ So... This is the one Grumman warned me to keep an eye out for... ~

*Putting the photo away, he walked closer to the three to make his presence known. As he approached he called out*

"So there you are bean... Didn't take me long to find you...

*Passing a glance at the other two he said*

"I'm not interrupting anything am I?"

"The wraparound jacket band on the 20th volume of Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist manga will confirm on Friday that a new television anime series is in the works. A new anime series was a topic of much fan discussion for several months, but it was thrust into a more public spotlight last month when a management document was purportedly leaked from the BONES anime studio. The document listed Fullmetal Alchemist animator Yasuhiro Irie as "Hagane 2 kantoku" (Iron/Fullmetal 2 director).

After the purported leak, BONES President Masahiko Minami posted an official statement that said that no file with this same formatted information existed within the company. When asked about the possibility of a sequel to Fullmetal Alchemist or Darker than BLACK (another BONES anime), Minami told ANN, "It hasn't been decided yet. We are interested in doing them. As original science-fiction works, they were extremely fascinating. With these kinds of dramatic story lines, I feel that there's a lot we could do potentially."

Viz Media will publish the 17th volume of the manga version in North America this October, while FUNimation Entertainment released both the first television series and its theatrical movie finale.

Kiba sighed as he saw the state alchemist, "na...in fact you just joined the fun," said kiba as he waited for the priest to answer his squestion.

"what about the stone?" The Priest asked. "I already told you my mother gave it to me." He sneered.
Edward spoke up. "We can do this the easy way... or the hard way pops!!" He said crossing his arms.

"...." Al didnt say anything but then felt an urge to say.
"Leave him alone...mabye he is telling the truth..." he said looking at Edward and then at the priest.
"you are telling the truth arent you?"

KIiba sighed, "always have to be so blunt huh Ed?" he smiled at the priest, "so tell us about the stone..or i'll reveak you for what you really are," side kiba as he nose twitched slightly sniffing the air.

The priest sighed. "Your all fools." He said, and suddenly the ring started to glow. "Perhapse you'd like to meet one of my creations...." He sneered, but Edward was ready. Quickly he transmuted his right arm into his dagger.
"Careful.." Edward said. "He's got something up his sleeve."

Kiba had his hand on his sword as he stepped back quickly, "bring it," grinned kiba.

*Moving his head from side to side, Haji began to unbutton the state alchemists jacket he wore, and let it slip from his shoulders into his hand, before tossing it over on a pew near him.

Looking at the preist, he crossed his arms across he chest and said,*

"I'm not exactly sure what I've stepped into here. To be honest though, it doesn't matter...
I'm not here for you... But, if you insist upon taking this course of action, you will hinder me from what I am here for..... and I can't have that... So I'll leave it simply at this; Answer the question and get out of my way..."

*Letting his arms fall to his side, tensing the muscles up, the tattoos of his transmutation circles come clearly into focus. stepping forward slowly, Haji took hold of a candelabra near him. As he did, a shrp light flashed quickly, as the metallic stand was transmuted into a long spear, with a curved blade at the end, that somewhat resembled a scimitar. gripping the spear with both hands, he waited with anticipation to see what happened next...*

The priest laughed. "Meet my Chimera!" He bellowed, as the ring glowed brighter. Suddenly a half lion half reptile beast appeared from the shadows.
"That is a philosophers stone!" Edward called out to the others.

Kiba jumped back as he drew his sword, "come on ugly!" teased kiba at the Chimera, "you guys handle the old man, i got the lizerd face taken care off," said kiba as he smiled.

"your not having all the fun!" Edward said to Kiba.

"awww come on Ed...it's only an ugly lizard...at least you get the priest," said kiba smiling as he circeled around the Chimeria.

"Now kill them my pet!" The priest bellowed. He tried to run away, but Edward was quicker than that.
"Oh no you don't!" Edward cried out jumping up in the air, and landing in front of the priest on the stairs he was escaping on.
"Out of my way!" The priest said. "Not a chance!" Edward sneered.

Kiba smiled as he dashed at the beast slashing it with his sword, it rowerd in paib and kiba laughed, "come on..fight back" he said as he got into a stance.

*Haji turned his glance breifly in Kiba's direction; satisfied that the chimera would pose little trouble.
Turning his glance back he noticed the priest making a beeline for teh stairs, with Edward hot on his heels.

moving as quickly as his instincts would allow he approached the bottom of the stairs.

In one fluid movement he tossed his spear up to Edward (as he was landing in front of Cornello), and slammed his fists into the ground, calling out,*
"ishinokuraimingu" (Climbing Stone).
*As the words escaped his lips a flash of brilliant light sparked up, and the lower portion of the stairs, up to a couple of steps behind Cornello, became a wall of solid stone.
Taking a step back , Haji crossed his arms and called up to Edward with his usual callous tone,*
" He has no where to go but up... He's all yours..."

Edward caught the spear without blinking, and got into his fighting stance.
"You have no where to go old man." Edward said holding the spear up to him. "You little brat." The priest grinned his teeth, trying to think of a way out of this mess.
