I’ve always known that life was more peculiar then what meets the eye. There were too many strange instances in which people survived the most unlikely instances. Sometimes it was thanks to another and sometimes they were able to get out of what ever circumstance they were trapped in, but regardless I would watch and think “How in the world were they able to escape?”. Most people simply said it was luck. Others put it with logic. I, however, had truly always known the truth. It was because of a little genetic mutation. No. We aren’t heroes and villains. We don’t run around in spandex tights with our underwear on the outside while our polyester capes flow behind. We blend into your world as normal people, knowing the truth. The truth about what would happen to us if we happened to slip up and reveal ourselves as who we are. Those who can’t blend in, hide out in the world. Like Sasquatch. Just a mutated human. Ogopogo? One of us who simply mutated beyond belief. Sometimes we’re born with this. Sometimes we’re given the power by some strange occurrence. But despite how or why we are like this, this is who we are. Sometimes we find company in others like ourselves, but seeing as how this is extremely hard, we’re often alone or in hiding even with those we love dearly. It’s a lonely path, living when you’re, as we refer to it , a Genetically Evolved Misfits. But we‘re normally refered to as Gems… people are morons... There are some of us that I suppose would fall under your “super hero” category, but then again, there are also some of us that would fall under your villain category. Most of us are just trying to get by. Which is hard when there’s “The Organization”. No, this isn’t some video game reference. The Organization is a group of Gems that do what their leader wants. They try to make more people join them, and train them to control their powers better. My belief is that eventually they want to try to take over the actual world, but in order to do that, they need more misfits. Their plan? Force them to play the game They’ve hunted me for awhile, but so far they’re unsuccessful. The reason as to why they want me so bad is not that I’m a super that just happens to always escape. It’s simply a matter of me being an annoyance to their leader. Who am I? Well you'll just have to keep reading, now wont you?


HOKAY so if you dont understand what's going on, its pretty much another superhero rp. Only in this, they're called GEMs (as stated above). There is no strict good/bad alliance you can really pick, but you can choose if you want to kill others and try to take their powers (everyone is able to do this) or find people and make a team. Powers can be pretty much anything, but try to only pick one please (like no earth and fire for one person).

The setting is in an eight story high mall, jam-packed with tons of fun stuff, so make up the mall as you go along
use your imagination. im to lazy to draw a map (but pleaaaase dont go out of control >.<)

This game is simple. Follow the clues and finish the game. If you fail, or you no longer wish to play, you must give up your powers in order for us to let you out. The doors have been barricaded and locked and the windows have been recently replaced with plexiglass. And if you do manage to get out, the pin attached to your shirt will explode. It is attached to your shirt and if you try to take it off, it will react with the genetic data from any of the GEMs in the mall and explode. It will also explode if you remove it from your body. By the place in which you collapsed you will find a small slip of paper. On that piece of paper there is a clue specific to you and you alone. Follow the clue and find the next one. It will continue on like that until you have finished. Then you will be let out of the mall.

HOKAY RULES:

1) No god mod
2) I dont care how you choose to describe your gore, as long as you dont describe things like sex (if it ever gets to that).... that is tmi
3) ORIGINAL CHARACTERS ONLY! we dont want you copying someone else's work
4) make as many characters as you want. just... have fun XD
5) Follow the rules. if you leave, you die. there is only one way to shut off the pins and that is to beat the game or to give up your power.
6) you can either play the game, or be an enforcer. that means you watch and have some fun by picking on the players a bit

incase you're wondering what that is, its exactly as it sounds. Enforcers work for the Organization and make sure everyone is still in the mall and yadda yadda yadda. they also pass around the clues and will sometimes engage in conflict with the players for fun

OTHER: (She wasn't born "normal")She once saw a person homeless person die and ever since she decided to use that person as her permanent form. She was also trained in the art of the blade, Sai. She has perfected this art.

ABILITY: Biological teleportation with a range of 1km as long as he has been to where he is teleporting or can see it. Biological teleportation means he can teleport only things that are living or used to be living.

OTHER: All of his clothes are biological and not artificial so when he teleports himself, he remains clothed when he reaches his destination. He was on holiday to America when he got caught up in the game

though if you're neither a player or an enforcer, what are you going to do the entire time?

Hunt/help the enforcers, hide, help/hunt random players I don't exactly know. He will eventualy join a side but he just entered the mall through a rip because he was bored.

Noah wears a brown t-shirt with a white quiksilver logo on the front of it and dark-brown long shorts and blue sneakers.

OTHER: Noah is very vague with the clues he gives out and always likes fighting the players. He is very skilled in close combat and often equips knee-guards, with a long protruding spike, made of steel. He is often referred to as 'Plesio'.
