((Hey, sorry, I was out of town this weekend!))

"Great." Ben smiled a little, relieved she didn't seem to think he was a total idiot for forgetting to make plans with her in the first place. "Yeah..." He started, the smile on his face growing as he grabbed his keys and walked out of his apartment. "I'm on my way right now, actually. I can be there in about ten minutes." He hurried down the stairs of his complex, into the street and looked down at his bike. He was excited, as if he hadn't seen her in months, when it had only been just over an hour.

Kate grinned brightly to herself. "All right, I'll see you soon then." She stated before she hung up. She felt jittery and excited. She felt a little silly to be feeling so excited to see him again even though it hadn't been that long, but she figured it was fine as long as she didn't make it obvious how much she had wanted to see him. Kate hoped that Ben had felt the same way so it wouldn't be too awkward when he came. She walked around her apartment feeling impatient as it seemed like the ten minutes would take forever.
