After the defeat of Angra and Azel, Gene gained possession of both God Hands. He traveled with Olivia and ended up in a jungle area, where demons were running amok. In Hell, things are heating up. Satan has forged his Devil Hands, and is looking for a demon to bestow them upon. The apprentice of Tiger Joe, Grimnal, is burning for revenge on Gene, the God Hand who killed his mentor. Satan gives him the Devil Hands and bestows him the title, The Devil Hand.

While Grimnal tears up Africa, where extra damage would not be noticed, The New Four Devas are plotting to take The God Hands. Luciferus, the leader, has issued an order for the retrieval of the God Hands, and the legions of Hell are swarming to this Brazil-like area. Satan has decided to try and wrest control over Earth from God, and is using all of his power to do so. It looks like Gene and Olivia will be busier than ever.
