Hello all!

I'm new to the 'Roleplay Gateway' and I'm glad to be here! I've been playing Roleplaying games for some years now (Mostly table top games, and things like that) and am really excited to finally start giving some Forum RP a try! My favorite genres include Fantasy, Sci-fi, and Modern Supernatural stuff.

Any tips or suggests would be highly appreciated from anyone! Just give me a few days or so and I'm sure I'll get into the swing of things. I hope I get to know you all soon!

You might be interested in our RPG Design forum, as a tabletop player. It's where we all talk about different systems of roleplaying. You could also learn a little bit more about forum RP, that way.

Modern supernatural stuff is my forte. I love gritty, in-yer-face urban fantasy more than anything. :) I love the blend of realism and twisting the typical interpretation of fairy tales or other fantastical things to fit our age. I'm less familiar with Sci-Fi, but I have been trying to get a few things going with that, but losing traction, which is unfortunate.

If you want to know some good places to start around the site, checking out the "Our Rules" post at the top of the page is the best thing to do. From there, feel free to click RPG Forums and dive right in! I'm almost always around if you have any further questions or need anything else at all.
