Combined RP between Saladin and me....Saladin as Josiah, me as Reiko.
ReikoThe fact that he was coming to the Gundam Pilot Academy rather than to some other school where he hated working with stupid teachers never ceased to amaze him. He shook his head slowly, as he stepped out of the aircraft that'd brought him to the place where the Silentium Base was, and knew that he'd probably be visiting Sanctus Gemini XX sooner or later. His long brown hair moved as he looked around slowly, taking in the new sights and sounds, knowing that he would have to learn a lot about those Gundam Suits that he'd always heard about. He looked to his side, then back and in front for his older brother, wondering where he'd gone off to.
Josiah So, the day had finally come for Josiah, the day that would begin the rest of his life. He had arrived in a single man vessel, one he piloted himself. That would be his job soon enough, although never once had he sat in the cockpit of a mobile suit, let alone a Gundam. Landing the vessel, he got out, and placed soft soled shoes upon the concrete, taking in the view of the Silentium Base. All was insignificant when compared tothe place he would meet his destiny; Sanctus Gemini XX. Dice, that would be his regiment. As he looked around for his troublesome little brother, he could not help but smile. He began walking around, looking for the ship that was taking his brother here. In the gentle breeze, a long braid of smooth blond hair drifted around the small of his back as emerald eyes made their search.
ReikoHe'd chosen to not pilot his own vessel. He could do it, but he had decided to take the lazy way and have someone else pilot him to the Academy. He grinned, and shook his head as he felt the gentle breeze start up and cause his bound hair to sway in the air slightly, even as he looked about with blue eyes, searching for his brother, having seen his vessel come in moments earlier. He noted the fact that other students wore the same black and silver uniform, though in various styles. His was almost completely black, marred only by the silver lines running down the sides of his pants and his shirt.
JosiahIt took only a few minutes to notice the ship where Reiko would be emerging from, if he had not done so already. Looking around, Josiah could not help but smile at the many people, a fair few, if not all, were younger than the twenty two year old man. The young people all looked much like drones, dressed in their black and silver uniforms, or variations of it. Josiah, however, was not one to follow the norm; his own Mandarin style suit was silver, with a small amount of black, from the shoulders to half way down the chest on the shirt, and a small strip of black perhaps three inches wide at the bottom of his trousers. Still keeping within the rules, but only just. Such was Josiah, he knew he would never be able to be a drone, yet he knew he had no choice but to come here to acheive his ultimate goal. Reaching the vicinity of the ship Reiko had been travelling in, he made his way towards it.
ReikoHe saw Josiah, his brother almost immediately as he began making his way towards where he was. He chuckled, and decided to let him come a little closer before calling out his name. When he did, he shook his head as he saw the uniform. "As usual, you overdo things like that, Bro." He chuckled again and tilted his head. "So, today's the day."
JosiahGrinning, Josiah said nothing, but walked up to his younger brother, placing a rather firm arm around the man's shoulders, roughly pulling him in for an instant. "And you, little brother, are boring!" he said with a light laugh, then looking out from the ramp of the vessel at the many people bustling, a thoughtful expression dressed his face his face. "Yeah, it is. I guess I will have to keep you out of trouble, there are a few louts in this crowd." He winked for that; knowing that his brother was not as proficient as he in the Arts of Fighting, but was certainly getting better thanks to Josiah's tutelage.
ReikoHe too, laughed. He knew that his brother considered him boring, and shook his head. "No doubt. No doubt." He chuckled and nodded. "Such louts are always present when there's a gathering of this size, you know." He grinned as he saw his brother's wink and began walking towards the hangar. "Shall we find out where we will go then?"
Josiah[b] nodded, and moved his arm from around his brother's shoulder, ruffling the younger man's hair as he did so. "Well, lead the way, smart man. You know I am the brawn in this operation. And all this hassle is pointless. I already know where I am going to be. Dice. They should just tell me where the hell my dorm is so I can kick back a little." Stretching slightly, he yawned, having had a rather heavy night the previous evening.
ReikoHe sighed then nodded as he began to lead the way towards the dock, quickly finding the number 04-X as he heard the intercom announce to newcomers where to go. "This is where we're supposed to report to. Apparently we'll be boarding Sanctus Gemini once we get instructions there." He chuckled and looked to make sure that his brother was following, and navigated his way towards the dock, brushing past groups of students. He ignored those that weren't important at the moment, and reached the docking bay. "Well, I suppose we'll have to wait here. I'm with the Lain regiment, but I wouldn't know where the hell the regiment is, and the same goes for you, brother. You're in Dice..." He muttered, as he looked about, wondering what would come next.
JosiahFollowing his brother, Josiah had a rather bored expression on his face, feeling the effects of the night prior significantly now. He paid no mind to the students wandering somewhat aimlessly, and without order. It was, however, not with total lack of attention he walked, he ensured no one tried pushing his little brother around, despite Josiah himself walking in his set path, any obstruction being nonchalantly brushed to the side. "Yeah, something like that, Rei. I know I am in Dice. Remind me though, what did the fuckers place my rank as?" He couldn't remember at all, such things meaning little to the boisterous heir, "Was it corporal or lieutenant?" Eyes continued to scan, ensuring no hassle would enter the vicinity of the two brothers. Although, should there be, it would be fun.
ReikoAgain he shrugged when he heard Josiah's comment. "I have absolutely no fucking idea. Maybe you can ask. After all, they're supposed to assign us to wherever we're needed." He chuckled again and shook his head as he got in line. He eyed the groups of people scattered about the docking bay. "Probably corporal. Then again, it could be lieutenant." He shook his head as he heard the intercom repeat instructions over and over...slowly grating upon his nerves. "And if you are corporal or lieutenant, you won't be assigned with the first years, I think."
JosiahHe laughed fully then, a loud roar of a laugh. "Watch ya language, kiddo." It had been some while since he had heard his rather stoic brother swear, and it amused him. "Well, that kinda sucks; What rank are you gunna be?" Looking around still, he started to pace back and forth, tapping his legs with his hands in some random rhythm. "And will they turn that FUCKING tannoy off!" An outburst that was very loud, an obvious source of irritance for the fiery chap.
ReikoHe grinned when he heard his brother tell him to watch his language. "Private." He chuckled again then as he looked at his brother pacing just a little ways besides him. He nodded in agreement. "Yes, it does suck, as always." He tossed his head back, laughing fully, not as loud as his brother, but just enough to make people know that there was someone laughing. "Nah, they probably won't turn off the damn thing."
Josiah"For fuck's sake. Come on, Rei, I am pissed off here." With that, Josiah stormed off towards the front of the crowd, pushing through the people with no care. In the crowd, the six foot five inches tall, angry, fiery man was easily visible ina sea of generally much younger kids. His intention was to get the tannoy turned off. "The little shits WILL listen to me and turn it off, I fucking swear it, Rei. Else, I'll pop each speaker in the bloody base." It was not noticable, even Josiah could not tell, but both he and Rei knew he carried a gun with him at all times.
ReikoAgain he laughed as he heard his brother swear once more. "Alright." He followed easily, almost right behind his brother as he pushed his way through the crowd, still laughing. "You know, they'll probably be taking in new students all day, so they'll probably not turn it off. Lower the tone maybe, but not turn it off...unless they want to assign people to the landing pad for the vessels coming through here." He grinned again as he heard the threat to pop each one. "I wouldn't be surprised if you'd have to pop each and every one of the speakers in this damn base."
JosiahNot really paying his brother much mind, Josiah reached the front if the crowd, looking down at the obvious cleric on a chair behind a rather rickety table. Slamming his hands down upon the table, Josiah eyed the man, his rage and annoyance more than clear. "Now then, pen pusher, either you turn off this fucking tannoy, or you get someone else to do it." Josiah moved closer to the cleric's face, levelling his eyes to that of the cleric. "The decision is yours. Which one?"
ReikoHe noticed that his brother wasn't paying attention, and chuckled when he stopped besides his brother and listened to his condescending tone as he spoke to the pen-pusher as he called them. "You might wanna do as he suggests." He chuckled, wondering if his brother would really pop each and every one of the speakers that were blaring the tannoy.
JosiahThe pen pusher looked at the rather domineering Josiah Ituralde with an obvious nervousness and uncomfort. He stuttered his reply, obvious lacking in confidence "I... I... We were t-t-told to leave them on f-for the stud-d-dents." Josiah stood up, turned towards his brother, "Oh fucking great, Rei, I am talking to an idiot. Can't even string a word together. Bashing the table in front of the cleric, which was only a cheap fold up thing, with enouh force to break it, Josiah turned and walked back the way he had come. "This is fucking shit, Rei." He was sure his brother would follow him.
ReikoHe laughed as he watched the pen pusher nervously answer. He laughed even more when he heard his brother tell him that he was talking to an idiot. He laughed, shaking his head. "That's what you get, I suppose." He turned and followed his brother, chuckling in amusement as he agreed. "Of course it is, but you know how students are."
JosiahOnce again, the instructions began their repitition, and with a growl, Josiah drew his pistol and let loose with three squeezes on the trigger, off around the crowd, speakers would pop, sending out sparks of electricity. Replacing his gun, most of the speakers were some distance off, so Josiah decided to sit down, finding a steel bench a few moments later. "Ahh! That's better, Rei. My head is killing me.
ReikoHe could not help but grin as he heard his brother pop the nearest speakers. "Well duh, you had quite a night last night." He chuckled again, shaking his head as he watched the crowd freak out at the fact that his brother had a gun. "You know you'll probably lose that for using it in here right?" He leaned against the wall a little ways from his brother, watching him then letting his eyes roam the crowd.
JosiahGrinning at his ever serious brother, it was good not be discussing their individual reasons for being here. Josiah was sick of the war; it was a bad thing for his father's business, which was his inheritance. Josiah had come here to train to be the best, and in doing so, be able to destroy both sides of the war, and keep his business in a prosperous position. "Yeah, yeah, you need to live a little, Rei. Have a beer, kiss a girl, ya know... Have some fun." He shook his head and the chuckled slightly. "They can have that one. It is getting old now. And I have more than just that, come on!"
ReikoHe nodded. "Yes, I do know I need to live a little." He raised an eyebrow as he said that the officials could have the gun. "Alright. You'd better keep that to yourself though." He knew that he would keep it to himself, since he was told just now. But he nodded, as he was told to follow, and followed, curious now.
Josiahstood, just as three rather smartly suited officials walked towards the pair. "Oh great, here they come." He took out his pistol, holding it by the barrel, the safety being switched on, and waited.
ReikoAgain, he laughed. "I told you, they'd be coming." He grinned and watched, wondering how his brother would handle this, and tilted his head, as he watched the smartly suited officials coming towards them. "Might as well let them have it and say fuck the world and fuck all of your stupid tannoy." He chuckled as his eyes narrowed, marking each official.
JosiahJosiah remained standing for only a moment more, then walked towards the officials, holding the gun out, handle first, he shoved it into the hand of the official in the middle, "There. Problem solved. Now, rather than fucking me and my brother about, take us to our dorms. I am corporal in Dice, he..." He threw his head towards Reiko, "is in Lain, same rank. Now, get a move on, before I get annoyed." He then yawned in a mocking manner, demonstrating his boredom, hopig his brother would notice the obvious lift his brother had just given him.
ReikoHe'd noticed. He didn't argue though. He chuckled as he watched the officials, watched their reactions, wondering what they would do next. He shook his head as he waved. "Yo." in response to his brother throwing his head in the direction that he was in. He grinned, and merely looked at them with something like boredom and irritance.
JosiahThe officials, obviously unused to such a brash approach and attitude from the students, were a little gobsmacked. Clearly, they were unsure how to react. Josiah, on the other hand, was impressed by his little brother, he did a good job just then. He had to stifle a chuckle as he remembered some of the trouble the pair had gotten themselves into in years past. "Well, the Gemini is over there, me and my bro are gunna go that way, catch up with us when you pick your jaws from the floor." He turned towards the Gemini XX, and looked at his brother with a rather cheeky wink; "Come on kidder, let's leave these three, it must be embarassing for them."
ReikoWhen one of the officials heard that they were leaving, he spoke "But you'll need to come with us and explain to us why you fired off a weapon in an area full of students. You should know better, corporal." Meanwhile, he was grinning at the idiotic official that was blathering. "Oh come on. He just popped the speaker system. You know those damn system is annoying when they're blaring like that." Again, in the distance, the system was going off. "And we'll be seeing ya later. You know what our names are. You know our rank. You know our regiment. You should be able to find us after we've settled in." He turned and began to follow his brother. Again, the official interrupted "I don't think so. Not before you give over any other weapons you have." Rei muttered then. "I don't have any fucking weapons...unless you count my hands, feet and head?" The official opened and closed his mouth like that of a fish as he tried to think of a good comeback.
JosiahJosiah hadn't stopped as the official spoke, uninterested in their words. When Reiko caught back up, the older fellow grabbed his brother by the shoulder again, as he had earlier, and he pulled him into himself. "That's my boy. You're learning well. I wanna see more of that side of you. Let's get going, kidder." With that, Josiah let go of his brother and continued at a rather swift pace towards the Gemini.
ReikoHe nodded and followed at just the same pace as his brother was walking. "Thanks." He chuckled then shook his head. "Well, this time they were being stupid, so they deserved it." He grinned, hearing the officials shout behind them to halt and to come back with them. He grinned as he thought of flipping them off, but then thought better of it, as he headed towards the Gemini, intending to get rid of them through the mass of people. "We'll lose the idiots when we're in a large group of people."
JosiahWith a chuckle, Josiah shook his head "I don't really give a shit, ya know." Walking through the crowds towards the large training ship, the Ituralde brothers were pretty much unhindered, what with the elder walking slightly infront, clearing a path with no mind of manners or the like. Getting to the ship, he walked up the ramp, and started to wander towards the dorms, seeing the signs that pointed off to each regiment's dorms. "Well, I guess I will be seing you later, Corporal." He saluted in a playful manner to his brother
ReikoHe knew his brother didn't give a shit. He chuckled as he looked back a few times, noting the fact that they'd lost the officials. "I do know." He grinned as he heard people curse his brother and mutter. He got to the ship just behind his brother and started to wander as well towards the dorms, and nodded as he heard his brother. "Indeed, I'll see you later, Corporal." He grinned and snapped off a crisp salute and turned towards the Lain regiment dorms.
JosiahWell, he was finally here, in the Gemini. It would be a couple of days, and then his plans to remove both armies would begin. Watching his brother walk off towards the Lain dorms, Josiah smiled, deciding the kid'll be alright, especially after that display this morning. Turning then himself, Josiah walke doff towards his own dorms, hopefully he would be able to relax for some time, his headache was still there.
This is where the RP ended. Hope you guys enjoyed it, and don't mind the style I used LOL.
