Hamilton Academy is a private boarding school, grades 9-12, nestled into the green, lush hills of England. As one of the less expensive schools in England, many children of the 'almost-wealthy' have found their way here, either through choice or through the dictating of parents. The school is settled into a beautiful landscape, and the sprawling grounds cover nearly five acres. In addition to nearly every desired academic class, the school has a multitude of sports and extra-curriculars. There is soccer [football], lacrosse, polo, baseball, horse showing, swimming, and rowing. There is a club for nearly any interest, and nearly all of them are student run.
This is the story of the kids at the boarding school.

-Students only! No playing teachers. Also, I'm going to TRY to have it be balanced with M/F, which means I may close registration of one or the other to try to get it balanced. .
-Please, at least two paragraphs a post. I don't need novels, but I do need character development! If I keep seeing one-liners, I'll PM you about it, if it keeps happening, you'll get kicked.
-Try posting at least once a day. It gets confusing if you take too long to post. If you're going to be absent for a while, post something in the OOC boards to let us know.
-In regards to having more than one character, prove to me first that you can handle one and still be active in the RP. If you want to add another, ask me and we'll see.
-Keep it pg-13. I don't care if you cuss, I don't care about the violence, but if things start to get steamy, take it to PMs please.
-Wait for me to approve your character before posting.
-If anybody has a complaint about how another person in the SL is acting, please don't hesitate to PM me and we'll work something out to take care of it.

Name: Isabelle [Izzi/Dizzy] Paquette

Description [Picture & Written - No celebs or anime]:
Izzi's of a pretty average build - she stands at about 5'4", and weights 115 lbs. You'll usually find an old looking, tattered and torn pair of jeans on her long legs, and some sort of hoodie or t-shirt on her slim upper frame. She's not busty by any means, though she doesn't really have a boyish figure either. Just slim, as her mother used to put it. Her dark brown hair falls to about her elbows, and is straightened every day without fail. She doesn't wear heavy makeup, but she does always have black eyeliner outlining her dark brown eyes. She has what her brothers called the hugest smile belonging to man, and pearly white, impeccably straight teeth. She has some Italian in her background, which lends to her tanning a little more easily than most. She has a tattoo of a tree on almost her entire back, something she attained without her parents permission or knowledge.
Personality:
Izzi is a great ball of vibrating energy. She's full of smiles, laughter, and the occasional playful punch. She grew up with five older brothers, so she's always been a bit of a tomboy, and is only recently coming into touch with her..ahem..feminine side. She's a complete adrenaline junkie, and loves doing things simply for the thrill of it. She rarely thinks ahead, which tends to get her into trouble. On the other end of the spectrum, Izzi loves music, and getting lost in it is the only time she calms down and finds peace.
History:
Izzi grew up in a pretty normal family in Manchester. Her parents divorced when she was little, but it was a good thing, and her parents were much better apart than they were together. She lived with her mom and five brothers, visiting her dad every other weekend before he moved away with his new wife to start another family. Growing up with five brothers turned Izzi into a tomboy, something she was never really cured of. She learned how to do her makeup and hair and all that - getting a training bra was an absolute nightmare - but she still prefers to kick it with the boys. Her oldest brother. Jon, taught her to play the keytar, and she's been composing her own music since she was 12. The only time you'll ever see Izzi completely peaceful is when she's playing music, or listening to it. Izzi has, and always will be, an adrenaline junkie. It could be blamed on her brothers, or simply genetics, but she's got it bad. Rock climbing, bungee jumping, sky diving, racing - she wants to do it all. When the more traditional methods of getting her adrenaline fix aren't available, Izzi will resort to somewhat illegal activities. She loves breaking the rules, simply for the thrill, and is completely hard headed when it comes to being told what to do. One of the worst habits she's developed is thievery - it started with the occasional thrill, now it's an impulse she can't seem to resist. Her parents deemed Izzi too unmanageable for public schools, and sent her to Hamilton Academy in the hopes that she'd be turned into a proper young lady.

Maybe even roommates?? Maeryn is only trying to behave because she sees how much her mother is hurt. She's having an inner battle trying to decide whether to live for her mother, as always, or finally start living for herself.
