Physical Description/Picture: This depends on what form he is in at the moment.
Human: Hark is a bit larger then average build (6'7''), with a bodybuilder’s physique. He tends to wear second-hand, rumpled suits in gray, black, or green, and dark sunglasses. White hair sweeps back from his temples to end in a ponytail that rests between his shoulder blades. His heritage shows in a slight light-green cast to his otherwise tanned fair skin (hard to notice) and the fact that he occasionally forgets to blink (hence the glasses). He has a wide mouth and seems to be always grinning at something. His voice is a rolling baritone that gives you the feeling that he he yelled, things would shake.
Snake morph: This is Hark's "true" form, and for him, the most normal feeling. In this form, Hark has serpentine features, built like a humanoid dragon morph, with two human arms and legs, and a long, muscular tail. He has light green, iridescent scales all over him, and a yellow stripe that runs from the top of his forehead (between his eye ridges) all the way down to the tip of his tail. He also has a spattering of yellow spots around his wrists and ankles. In this form he likes to wear a blue flower-pattern Hawaiian shirt and... no pants, just a wide sash-type belt with various pockets and patches. He has very sharp, very white teeth, and still always seems to be grinning, but wider now that he can unhinge his jaw.

Naga: Hark loses the legs in favor of a much longer and stronger tail. He can move very fast and squeeze though impossibly small spaces when in naga form.

Personality Traits and quirks:
-Slippery fellow that he is, Hark hates to do any work. He is a professional freeloader, and has mastered the art of getting people to let him hang around and mooch off them.
-Hark has a brutal streak that comes out whenever he gets in a fight (and he likes to cause fights). When he's brawling he likes to cause pain, and fighting is a turn-on for him >.>
-Two words: skirt chaser. The fact that he has the charisma to often get what he wants makes him all the more dogged to win over the tough cases.
Abilities:
-Strong and durable, especially in snake form
-Fast, good dexterity
-Chameleon-like ability to change his color when in snake form. However, his color also will change according to his mood, and that often overrides his camo. Green means he’s in a good mood (the lighter the green, the more content he is), orange means he’s annoyed, yellow mean he’s scared, purple means he’s pissed, and red means he’s either in a fighting mood or horny (or both XD).
-Silver tongue: Hark has good charisma and can usually talk himself out of a tight spot.
Family: None to speak of. Hark grew up as a gang member on the street until he struck out for himself at age 15. He survived by always being the one person that everyone is obligated to.

-Had run-ins with the thieves guild over scams before
-thrown in jail once for beating a couple guys to death during a bar fight
-thrown in jail AGAIN for beating up a former girlfriend.
