Could i be Hermione?

[yeah sure, its jump in, so go]

Harry lay on his bed in Privet Drive, while below Petunia and Vernon shouted at each other in Harry's own argument. "Im going away,' he had told them, 'To Ron's house. Dumbledore left me a job.' And since then they had argued whether theyd let him go. He was going to be 17 in 5 minutes, and the Death Eaters would find him. When he turned 17, it was vital he got away safely. His own portkey lay beside him, a red clock. And he hadnt used it yet because he wanted the Dursleys to know he was going.

There was a knock on the door, it was Dudley.
"Mummy says you can go, Dad doesnt care. So, i guess this is goodbye."

Hermione was reading at the Weasley house in the drawing room. She had only arrived a few days ago after jinxing her own parents. She was reading threw teh daily prophet. The head line read. "Muggle born registration on the rise" it read that a law was being passed to have all muggle Born's registered due to the fact that muggle born witches and wizards have obtained there magic by steeling it or means of other illegal ways. She threw it down and crumbled it up. Anger filled her. It was absurd! She looked out the window. She was told that harry might be coming by port key to the house tonight. It was his birthday and soon he would be without his mothers shield. She went out into the yard and looked up at the stars.

"Avis."Hermione said pointing her wand. Out from the tip came four blue birds. They chirped happily and flew around her.

(hope you dont mind me jumping in! )

Ginny was twenty feet in the air, and rising. She was on an old broom Fred had given her, and she couldn't sleep. She didn't want to disturb anybody, so she flew as quietly as she could. She passed Hermione's window, and saw several little blue birds flittering around her. She laughed to herself, and landed neatly on the grasss. She put the broom away, and went up to her room, closing the door behind her. Arnold the little purple Pygmy Pufff made that odd little squeak he did whenever someon walked in, and bounced in his cage. She smiled at him, picked him up and out his cage, and sat on the bed with him, letting him run up and down her arms and shoulders.

(This isn't the same as the original- we can twist the story any way)

Harry ran out the door. Free at last! Kissing the ground, he walked off down the road. But it wasn't happy for long. Voldemort was out there...and he was looking for Harry to kill. Harry shook his head and turned the corner, where he ran into none other than Mad Eye Moody.
"You done, Potter?"
Harry nodded sharply and then climbed on the back of Mad Eye's broom.
"Were going to the Willow, Mad Eye. Then I have something to do."
And with that, the broom rose and off they went.

Ginny was incredibly jumpy, and she didn't know why. Twice someone's door had banged shut, and she'd jumped so hard poor Arnold fell off of the hollow of her collarbone, where he quietly dozed. She set him in his cage again, and walked out her room. She tapped on Hermione's bedroom, door, and called out, "Hermione? Can I come in?"

Harry's mouth dropped, gazing at the sight, Mad Eye blinked and nearly fainted, but he was partly expecting this and turned sharply.

"Hold on Har-" Mad Eye, cut off, and Harry stared at him strangely.

"You alright, Mad...Eye?" Harry gasped. Mad Eye fell off the broom. Hundreds of Death Eaters surrounded Harry. And Harry got angry, raised his head and screamed, "Mad Eye Moody is dead!"

And then he plunged into the darkness below.

Hermione didn't say anything, so Ginny mad eher way back outside, grabbing her broom as she went. She looked up at the night sky, and sighed, before kicking up several feet into the air. She had heard that Harry was coming tonight, so she was keeping an eye out.

(can I be Ron?)

Ron was sittin in his room staring at his Chudley Cannon posters wondering when Harry would arrive. He turned and saw Ginny through the window flying high. A surge of brotherly protectivness surged through him. What if she flew out of the warding barrier? He slipped on his shoes, grabbed a sweater(he wasn't looking so it was, sadly his old weasley sweater. Two sizes too small and an ugly maroon), and his broom. He nearly flew down the stairs in his tuning panic. Once out the door he swung his legs over the broom and kicked off.

Ginny couldn't help but laugh as she saw Ron flying towards her in that old maroon sweater of his that mum had knitted years ago. "Ron, you are aware that you look ridiculous?" she asked innocently, before dipping down and behind him smoothly.

Mind if I use Voldemort? Although I might have to use the deatheaters as well since nobody's using them yet-like peanut-butter without jelly :(


Most people would assume that voldemort spent all of his time brooding and punishing his minions-in reality, he only spent a small fraction of that time dealing with management issues...for instance, right now he was reanimating several troll's to use in the coming months of battle-there would be more as well soon, but first he needed the bodies to raise.

Ron screamed at Ginny, "What do you think you're doing? You could get killed! Land this instint."

Ginny rolled her eyes, and landed neatly. no doubt when Ron landed he would give her a lecture. She picked absentmindedly at her fingernails.
