Hello, I'm Castiglio. I've always wondered what it would be like to RP, so I'm trying it out. I made a character for an RP called "Life Anew in Eronnis", or something, but I can't post in it, for some reason. I'd very much like to get started. It's my first time RPing, so advice would be very much appreciated.

If you're new to roleplaying and want to learn the ropes, then this is the place to be! The great thing about RolePlayGateway is that we're a community built not only to challenge you, but to help you grow as you become more accustomed to our wonderful craft. Don't be afraid to stop by our Role Play Academy, an entire section of the website roped off to feature articles, discussion topics, and general essays on theory regarding roleplay.

It's seriously an excellent place to pick up a few tips and tricks, but don't be afraid to just dive right into the craft .. which it seems that you're already doing!

As you've submitted a character to an RP but still find yourself unable to post, the GM of the roleplay may need to approve your character before you'll have access to the posting tab.

Anyways, yes, if you have any questions about anything at all, please let me know! If you want someone to stick with you and show you the ropes when it comes to roleplaying, I'd be happy to offer my services there, as well.

A young man slams the door open and bursts into the room. This man is clearly named Dark Cookie from the name below his avatar. "Why, hello there Castiglio. I see you have met Sato, he's the local know it all so if you need any help I do suggest you ask him. However when he is not online and I am feel free to shoot me a PM and I will try to help in anyway I can." The man said as he struck his hair to keep it in place over his eye. "This place is great you'll love it just give it a chance and you will see." The man said before walking back through the door and out of the room.
