personality: Rude, quiet. Otoni liked to make people suffer but theres something about him that draws people to him.
Otoni grew up in Akita, Japan but was been living in the United States since his first year as a highschool student. He hops back and forth from Japan to America a lot. Otoni speaks perfect english and perfect Japanese as well as some Latin.
