Hello everyone! As you can probably already guess, i'm new! I thought i'd pop in here and introduce myself. :)
After browsing the internet for a week and giving up on Gaia I stumbled across this place on my epic search for a decent RP site. I've had a real itch for some good ole' fantasy RP'n. I'm a big fan of LotR, WoT, and ASoIaF. I'm a sucker for a good romance but I also love some action/drama. I also draw in my spare time and I am in desperate need of some inspiration.
I hope to get to know a majority of you and I look forward to some potential RP-ing!

Such a lovely username!
Unintentional insomnia aside, we have lots to offer here at Gateway, and we hope you enjoy yourself for the duration of your stay. :]
We have plenty of fantasy floating around here, it's quite a popular genre, so you should have no trouble finding an interesting role play to jump in. And there's always some good action going on, whether it's on the forums or in the chat. :]
To help you become accustomed to the site, here are a few helpful links.
The Rules
Always a good idea to become acquainted with our lovely set of rules. There's only five, and they cover pretty much everything that needs to be covered. :]
Role Play Academy
A great resource, in case you wish to brush up on rusty skills, or learn some neat tricks and tips.
Help Forum
Any problems? Post them here, and we'll see if we can help.
Beginner's Guide to Chat
A guide for our chat system, to help out new members.
These should help you out some. The site is large, and; can be a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's all second nature.
