Cyberpunk: I just have two issues with your character.
1. The Demons here do not come from Hell.
2. Elements? Sorry chum but the demons here are also pretty much magicless. Magic can only be used by fey and warlocks.

Other than that he is pretty good.

Name: Cyprian LaVonte.

Age: His physical/anatomical age is around eighteen and a half, though he has been alive and walking the earth for half a millennium.

Race: Vampire

Appearance: Cyprian has a fair-featured face and medium length (about an inch past his ears), messy, copper-black hair that's thick and lush. His eyes are a jade-emerald color, and his skin, though fair, is almost luminescent with pallor, giving him a surreal and off-puttingly inhuman look. He has a small tattoo of a simple black heart on the top of his right hand, in the small area under the space between forefinger and thumb, and another tattoo on his left inner-wrist which reads "T.F." in black ink calligraphy, both of which he acquired by means of application of ink through the venom glands of a severed vampire fang. He wears simple, dark, slim fitting jeans that have been torn off slightly under the knees, and usually wanders around without a shirt or shoes, preferring not to fool with too much clothing. Because he is a vampire, his body is hairless apart from the hair on his head, and he has a lean, fit build, and is about 5'10 in height. (Not sure what your specifications are as far as vampires go, are they harmed by things like garlic, crosses, sunlight, stakes, etc.?)

Personality: Most of the time, Cyprian is cold and calculating, and can seem at times as though he is uninterested in anything happening around him at all, as though for him the world has lost its luster. He wanders the streets alone some nights, smoking cigarettes and thinking to himself with an indifferent expression, every now and then humming some barely audible, haunting melody. The more social people tend to avoid him, not out of dislike, but out of caution, as Cyprian can have the effect of giving people the perturbing feeling that the unknown is in their presence when he is among them. Due to his age, there is a vast amount of information stored within his mind, and he has developed very complicated thought processes and advanced abilities of mental-concept expansion. His mental state is unlike that of most people around him because of this. Though, he does not believe that this sets him above those he associates with. This is because his extensive psyche-control and understanding is due mostly to his age, rather than any side effect of vampirism. Because of his vast mental development, he holds to worldviews and opinions that seem strange and at times even unconceivable to those he discusses them with. He moves with the elegant grace that is a vampire's trademark, and always responds to his surroundings calmly and usually appears not to be in the slightest interested in what may be going on around him. He remains to himself, in his calm and calculating manner, and says little.

Life: Cyprian has been around for a great number of years, his birth date falling somewhere between 1500 to 1580 during a time when his homeland was under siege, and has seen critical periods in history take place before his eyes. Having fled with his family to England in the early years of his life before the deaths of his parents, he considers himself a thorough Englishman, though his accent has dissipated over the years he's spent blending in wherever he may light in his travels across Europe and overseas in the States. His parents were killed in a raid of his village prior to his conversion from human to vampire, long ago, and thus when asked he bluntly states that he remembers nothing of them. Though, not many know if this is actually true or not. He rarely discusses his past, and what few things he may utter are spoken softly and to himself, and are often quite vague.

You need to know this: Cyprian possesses particular skill with a blade, as he was born in a time wherein use of such weapons was extremely prominent. He also has acquired skill with handguns and other firearms, such as shotguns and rifles, having served in more than one war in the span of his many years.
