I second the idea of the D.C.-Virginia area. I think that NYC is too large for an RP with lots of territory already, hell, you could easily fit three RPs in NYC and they would never touch.

Personally, I don't know where the Gangs should be based, but as my idea for a "third party" group is seemingly approved, I would like to lay claim to Pentagon and D.C. Mall, unless that is too much. I think that a group who was gathering technology would take up residence in a very technological area, both in high tech (Pentagon) and historical tech (Smithsonian and the Mall).

Yeah, I decided I'll do Boston maybe, that is if anyone joining my group agrees. Boston has Harvard which could be used, it being a gigantic place, with rooms, and much more. Fenway park, and a lot of other places if they are not destroyed. Miracles can, and will happen. I think New York is gonna be no mans land, all the rouges taking up there. The city is huge, much better for the gangs to come in and have a little fun. Be harder to find people and such as well.

Also, Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts which I will probably use to my advantage. Imagine they have some sort of weaponary there, even if it isn't that advanced.

Ha ha ha, we go from 20 posts in an hour to two in two hours. Anyway, I'm going to start to draft up a technical dossier, as that idea was well-received. Should have it done by this evening, and I'll post it here; free to all edits of course. Let me know if the GM(s) would rather I PM'd them the dossier.
